• Remove the battery when not in use and
before servicing.
• Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
• Always remove the battery from the
machine before removing the tank
cover.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close
attention is necessary when used by or
near children.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do
not use with any openings blocked; keep
the openings free of dust, lint, hair and
anything that may reduce airflow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all
parts of body away from openings and
moving parts.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning
or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches
or hot ashes.
• Do not use without dust bag and/or
filters in place.
• Turn off all controls before removing
the battery.
• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or
combustible liquids such as gasoline or
use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not use your cleaner as a sprayer
of flammable liquids such as oil-based
paint, lacquers, etc.
• Do not vacuum toxic, carcinogenic,
combustible or other hazardous
materials such as asbestos, arsenic,
barium, beryllium, lead, pesticides or
other health endangering materials.
• Do not pick up soot, cement, plaster or
drywall dust without filter and dust bag
in place. These are very fine particles that
may affect the performance of the motor
or be exhausted back into the air.
Additional dust bags are available.
• Use special care when emptying heavily
loaded tanks.
• To avoid spontaneous combustion,
empty tank after each use.
• The operation of a utility vacuum can
result in foreign objects being blown
into eyes, which can result in eye
damage. Always wear safety goggles
when operating vacuum.
• Remove the battery before connecting
the hose, nozzles, filters, or other
accessories.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed
from the appliance and safely disposed
of.
• If the appliance is to be stored and
unused for a long period, the batteries
should be removed
• The supply terminals are not to be
short-circuited.
NOTE: Use only as described in this manual. Use
only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure
the power switch is in the off-position
before connecting to battery pack,
picking up or carrying the appliance.
Carrying the appliance with your finger
on the power switch or energising the
appliance that has the power switch on
invites accidents.
• Make sure the power switch is off and
the battery pack is removed before
clearing jammed material, making
adjustments, changing accessories,
storing or servicing the appliance.
Unexpected actuation of the appliance
while clearing jammed material or
servicing may result in serious personal
injury.
• Recharge only with the charger
specified by the manufacturer. A charger
that is suitable for one type of battery pack
may create a risk of fire when used with
another battery pack.
• Use appliances only with specifically
designated battery packs. Use of any
other battery packs may create a risk of
injury and fire.
• When the battery pack is not in use,
keep it away from other metal objects,
like paper clips, coins, keys, nails,
screws or other small metal objects,
that can make a connection from one
terminal to another. Shorting the battery
terminals together may cause burns or a
fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may
be ejected from the battery; avoid
contact. If contact accidentally occurs,
flush with water. If liquid contacts
eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause
irritation or burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or appliance
that is damaged or modified. Damaged
or modified batteries may exhibit
unpredictable behavior resulting in fire,
explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack
or appliance to fire or excessive
temperature. Exposure to fire or
temperature above 130°C may cause
explosion. The temperature of 130°C can
be replaced by the temperature of 265°F.
• Follow all charging instructions and do

6
www.evolutionpowertools.com
not charge the battery pack or appliance
outside of the temperature range
specified in the instructions. Charging
improperly or at temperatures outside of
the specified range may damage the battery
and increase the risk of fire.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified
repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that
the safety of the product is maintained.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the
appliance or the battery pack except as
indicated in the instructions for use and

To install the battery insert firmly into the tool until you hear an
audible click, ensuring the battery is fully seated and latched
into position.
To remove the battery depress the battery release button and
pull the battery out of the tool.
Attaching the vacuum hose (fig1)
Before using the vacuum the flexible hose will need to be
attached.
• Ensure the vacuum is placed on a flat, firm surface.
• Unlatch tank latches and remove power head from the tank.
• Remove the hose from the tank.
• Align the latching end of the hose with the intake or blower
port on the appliance, ensuring the alignment lock is
correctly orientated to fit into the port.
• Insert the hose end into the port until you hear an audible
click. Gently pull the hose end to ensure it is correctly
secured.
• Replace power head onto the tank and secure latches.
Note: The power head will only fit onto the tank when the
intake port on the front of the power head and the storage
area for the wide nozzle tool on the tank are aligned.
Note: To reduce the risk of injury always hold securely with one
hand on the main handle. (1)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or explosion, do not operate
this vac in areas with flammable gases, vapors or explosive
dust in the air. Flammable gases or vapors include but are not
limited to: lighter fluid, solvent-type cleaners, oil-based paints,
gasoline, alcohol or aerosol sprays. Explosive dusts include
but are not limited to: coal, magnesium, aluminium, and grain
or gun powder. Do not vacuum explosive dust, flammable or
combustible liquids or hot ashes. Do not use this vac as a sprayer
for any flammable or combustible liquid. To reduce the risk
of health hazards from vapors or dusts, do not vacuum toxic
materials.
CAUTION: To reduce risk of hearing damage, wear ear protectors
when using the vac for extended hours or when using it in a
noisy area. This 11L wet/dry vac is assembled at the factory and
ready for use when you remove it from the packaging. The unit is
ready for dry vacuuming or blowing.
ON/OFF
After you insert the battery into the machine, turn the unit “ON”
by pushing the switch from position “O” to position “I”. The “O” is
the “OFF” position and the “I” is the “ON” position.
DRY PICK UP
NOTE: If foam filter is in position over filter cage, it must be
removed before installing cartridge filter. The cartridge filter can
be used for wet or dry pick up; installation is the same for both.
When picking up large quantities of liquid please refer to the wet
pick up operation section in this manual. Use the cartridge filter
in position over the filter cage for most general dry material pick
up. (Fig. 2)

FIG. 3
FLOAT IN RAISED POSITION
FIG. 5
• With the power head in an upside down position, slide the
cartridge filter down over the filter cage, push the filter seals
against the power head.
• Place filter retainer into the top of the cartridge filter, hold
the power head with one hand, turn the handle on the filter
retainer clockwise to tighten, locking the filter into place.
• To remove the cartridge filter for cleaning, again hold the
power head and turn the filter retainer counter-clockwise
to loosen and remove, slide the cartridge filter off the filter
cage.
• To clean the cartridge filter shake or brush off excess dirt or
rinse (from the inside of the filter) with water, dry completely
(approximately 24 hours) and re-install.
WET PICK UP
• Remove cartridge filter and replace it with foam filter when
you do wet pickups.
• This wet/dry vac is equipped with a float mechanism which
will rise automatically to cut off the airflow when the liquid in
the tank reaches a predetermined level. When this happens,
turn off the vac, remove the battery, and empty the dust
tank. You will know that the float has shut the airflow off
because the suction ceases and the motor noise becomes
higher in pitch due to increased motor speed. The liquid
capacity may vary with the rate of pickup. (Fig. 3)
EMPTYING THE TANK
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury from accidental starting,
remove the battery before emptying the dust tank.
• Remove the power head assembly of the wet/dry vac by
pulling outward on the lid clips located on each side of the
vac. Lift off the power head assembly. (Fig. 4)
• Dump the tank contents into the proper waste disposal
container.
BLOWING OPERATION
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury from accidental starting,
remove the battery before changing. To avoid injury to bystanders,
keep them clear of blowing debris.
CAUTION: Wear a dust mask if blowing creates dust which
might be inhaled. To reduce the risk of hearing damage, wear ear
protectors when using the vac/blower for extended hours or when
using it in a noisy area.
Your vac contains a blowing feature. It has the capability to blow
sawdust and other debris. It can be used to blow dust and debris
out of garages or off patios and driveways. Follow the steps below
to use your vac as a blower.
• Locate blowing port on your vac.
• Insert one end of the hose into the blowing port. (Fig. 5)
• Turn vac “ON”.

FILTER REPLACEMENT
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury from
accidental starting, remove the battery from the
machine before changing or cleaning filter. Your
filter should be cleaned often to maintain peak
vacuum performance.
NOTE: To avoid damage to the fan and motor,
always reinstall the reusable dry filter before
using the vacuum for dry pickups and always
reinstall the foam filter before using the vacuum
for wet pickups.
NOTE: After cleaning, check the filter for
tears or small holes. Do not use a filter with
holes or tears in it. Even a small hole can cause
dust to come out of your vacuum. Replace it
immediately.
NOTE: Before installing the filter on the
vacuum, clean the area of the lid so that the
clamp ring will seal the bag against the lid and
stop small particles from bypassing the filter
bag. If the filter is clean and not damaged,
replace it on the filter cage. If it cannot be
reused, place a new filter over the filter cage.
NOTE: Clean the filter in an open area.
WARNING: Do not remove filter cage and float.
The float prevents water from entering the
impeller and damaging the motor. The cage
prevents fingers from touching the moving
impeller.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Any maintenance must be carried
out with the machine switched off and the
battery removed.
CLEANING
To keep your wet/dry vacuum looking its best,
clean the outside with a cloth dampened with
warm water and mild soap. To clean the tank:
• Empty the tank.
• Wash tank thoroughly with warm water
and mild soap.
• Wipe out with dry cloth.
STORAGE
Before storing your vacuum, the dust tank
should be emptied and cleaned. The accessories
should be kept in the accessory holder so they
can be readily available. The vacuum should be
stored indoors.

ADVERTENCIA: Para reducir el riesgo de
incendio, descarga eléctrica o lesión:
• Retire la batería cuando no se esté
usando y antes del mantenimiento.
• No lo exponga a la lluvia. Consérvelo en
interior.
• Retire siempre la batería de la máquina
antes de retirar la cubierta del depósito.
• No permita que se use como juguete.
Preste especial atención cuando lo utilicen
niños o estos estén cerca del aparato.
• No introduzca ningún objeto en los
orificios. No lo utilice si algún orificio está
bloqueado. Mantenga los orificios libres de
polvo, pelusas, pelos y cualquier cosa que
pueda reducir el flujo de aire.
• Mantenga el pelo, la ropa holgada, los
dedos y todas las partes del cuerpo
alejados de los orificios y las partes
móviles.
• No recoja nada que expulse humo o
esté ardiendo, como cigarros, cerillas o
ceniza caliente.
• No lo utilice sin la bolsa recogepolvo o
los filtros colocados.
• Apague todos los controles antes de
retirar la batería.
• Tenga especial cuidado al limpiar
escaleras.
• No recoja líquidos inflamables o
combustibles como gasolina ni lo utilice
en zonas donde puedan estar presentes.
• No utilice el limpiador para rociar
líquidos inflamables, como pintura al
óleo, lacas, etc.
• No aspire materiales tóxicos,
carcinógenos, combustibles o
peligrosos, como amianto, arsénico,
bario, berilio, plomo, pesticidas u otros
materiales peligrosos para la salud.
• No recoja hollín, cemento, escayola
Transportar
la herramienta con el dedo sobre el
interruptor de corriente o suministrar
energía a una herramienta con el
interruptor encendido puede propiciar
accidentes.
• Asegúrese de que el interruptor de
corriente esté apagado y de que la
batería se haya retirado antes de quitar
material atascado, realizar ajustes,
cambiar accesorios, almacenar el
aparato o realizar su mantenimiento.
El funcionamiento inesperado de la
herramienta mientras se retira material
obstruido o se realiza el mantenimiento
puede provocar lesiones personales
graves.
monedas, llaves, clavos, tornillos u
otros objetos metálicos pequeños que
puedan crear una conexión entre ambos
terminales.

quemaduras.
• No use una batería o herramienta que
esté dañada o modificada. Las baterías
dañadas o modificadas pueden tener un
comportamiento impredecible y conllevar
riesgo de incendio, explosión o lesiones.
• No exponga la batería o la herramienta
al fuego ni a una temperatura excesiva.
La exposición al fuego o a una
temperatura superior a 130°C puede
provocar una explosión. La temperatura
de «130°C» equivale a una temperatura de
«265°F».
• Siga todas las instrucciones de carga y
no cargue la batería ni la herramienta
fuera del rango de temperatura
especificado en las instrucciones. Una
carga incorrecta o a temperaturas fuera del
rango especificado puede dañar la batería
y aumentar el riesgo de incendio.
• Lleve la herramienta eléctrica a reparar
a un experto cualificado que utilice
solo piezas de repuesto idénticas. Esto
garantizará que se preserve la seguridad
del producto.
• No modifique ni intente reparar la
máquina ni la batería, salvo como se
indica en las instrucciones de uso y
cuidado.
