2. Functions
Mode Indicators
The control panel has 4 LEDs, which indicate the level of charge.
When the battery is in use, status indicators are lit. As the battery loses its
charge, the LED lights will flash and turn off, one by one.
Basic rule of thumb:
If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery level is approximately 86-100% charged.
If 3 out of 4 LEDs are lit and one is blinking, the battery level is approximately
71-85% charged.

As you go down in charge level, you will see each subsequent LED begin to
flicker and eventually, go out.
The lowest charge level indicator may be white or green. When the vehicle is
in normal operation, the LED glows white. If the scooter is running in power
saving mode, the LED glows green. (Note: in power saving mode, the
maximum speed is 11 mph.)

3. Assembling the Scooter
1) Fix the steering rod and open the parking bridge.
2) Set the handlebars so they are perpendicular to the scooter deck.
3) Make sure that wires from the handlebar and the stem are properly
connected with a white connector.
4) Using a hex wrench, as found in the tool kit provided with your scooter,
tighten the screws on the handlebar.
5) Test the power. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on
the scooter. The battery should be fully charged and you should see the
control panel light up. You can use the power button to turn the device on/off.
Press the power button twice in a row to switch between normal mode and
power saving mode.

4. Charging the scooter
Open the cover of the charging port, located near the front wheel of the
scooter. Connect the appropriate end of the charging adapter and connect
the other end to a nearby outlet.

5. Driving the Scooter
Follow normal safety practices, as with any motorized vehicle. We
recommend you wear a helmet and knee pads, just in case.
1) Power on the scooter using the power button. Check the battery level by
referencing the LEDs on the control panel to make sure you have a sufficient
charge.
2) Place one leg on the scooter and place the other leg on the ground.
3) Using the leg that is on the ground, propel the scooter so it begins to move
forward. Put the second leg on the scooter deck now, so both legs are off the
ground. Press the accelerate button to speed up. Note: only accelerate when
the scooter speed is beyond 3 mph.

4) Take your hand off the accelerate button in order to slow down. Energy
recovery systems kick in to help decelerate the scooter. If you need to
urgently stop, press down on the break handle, located on the left side of the
handlebars firmly to activate.
5) To turn, lean your body in the direction you want to move. For example, lean
your body toward your left to turn left and lean your body toward your right to
turn right. Turn the handlebars slowly in the same direction as your body to
complete the turn.

6. Safety Instructions
Avoid using your scooter in the rain, as wet surfaces create potentially
hazardous conditions.
Slightly bend your knees to better adjust to a rough terrain. If you are
traveling on a rough road, stick to low speeds (3 mph-6 mph).
While we don’t recommend using your scooter to enter into a room, elevator,
etc., if you attempt to do so, be careful not to injure yourself on the door
frames or edges.

While walking with a scooter,
be careful not to press the accelerate
button on the handlebars.
When driving, it is recommended you go
around various obstacles you might
encounter.
Please do not hang backpacks and other heavy objects on the handlebars.
When driving, you should have both feet on the scooter deck. Do not put your
foot on the ground or in the air.

Do not accelerate when going downhill.

Preventing dangerous driving
Dot not ride your scooter on high speed roadways, such as highways
intended for larger, licensed vehicles.
Avoid sharp turns, and be aware of vehicles and pedestrians on or around
the roads, particularly in residential areas with high traffic flows.
Do not ride your scooter through puddles that come up past the bottom of your
wheels.

Only one person should be riding and/or driving the scooter at any time. Do
not attempt to fit more than one person on the scooter, and never try to hold
a child while driving your scooter.

Do not step on the back of
the fender. Do not touch the brake disc.
Keep your hands on the handlebars at all times.
Do not ride your scooter over steps or other large or clunky terrain.

Safety Recommendations
1) An electric scooter, while super fun to ride, can lead to damage or injury if
you don’t follow the appropriate safety precautions.. To ensure the safety
of yourself and others, please follow the instructions outlined in this
manual. There is always a potential risk of injury, which is increased if you
ignore safety rules and recommendations, or fail to operate the scooter as
instructed.
2) Whenever you ride your scooter in a public place, you must comply with all
safety rules and regulations. As there are other hazards present in public
areas, there is always a possibility of collision. Please be sure to adhere to
all recommendations and to respect the pedestrians and vehicles around
you. They have right of way. Risk of injury increases if you fail to operate
the scooter as instructed. As with other motorized vehicles, the higher the
speed of your electric scooter, the greater the recommended braking
distance. On some smooth roads, sudden breaking may cause the
scooter to skid, which might result in the driver’s loss of balance. Be
vigilant about maintaining a reasonable and appropriate speed, given the
context within which you are operating your scooter. Keep a safe distance
from pedestrians and/or other vehicles on the road. When riding on
unfamiliar terrain, proceed with caution.
3) While riding your scooter, always respect the rights of pedestrians. Give
them the right of way and reduce your speed when you are passing by
them, especially children. Be sure to be aware of the flow of traffic. If
pedestrians tend to walk on the right side of the road and you are moving
in the same direction as they are, try to stick to the left side. If you are
moving in the opposite direction, stick to the right side.
4) Please review and follow the traffic rules and regulations specific to your
country, state, city and town, and follow the guidelines outlined in this
manual to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Violation of the above
rules may result in and/or trigger liabilities, such as unexpected financial
costs, personal injury or injury of others, traffic accidents, legal action or
other unpleasant situations. SPDG Bikes LLC does not bear any direct or
joint and several liability.
5) To avoid liabilities, as listed above, do not loan your electric scooter to
individuals who do not know how to drive. Make sure anyone who

operates the scooter is aware of the recommendations covered in this
manual, and of local traffic laws and recommendations. Be sure anyone
who drives the scooter is appropriately equipped with safety gear and
keeps necessary gear on whenever he or she is driving the scooter.
6) Please inspect your scooter carefully before each use. Please discontinue
use of the scooter immediately if you come across any of the following:
broken or loose parts; a drastic decrease in battery life or battery that
appears to lose charge quickly; leaky tires; signs of excessive wear;
unusual sounds when turning the scooter on/off; or other abnormal or
unexpected issues. Have a professional check your scooter and repair
any damage or abnormality before resuming operation.
7. Folding and Transporting

Fold
Make sure the scooter is switched off. Holding the front pole, loosen the lock
lever where the folding mechanism is located (near the bottom of the pole).
Lower the pole toward the rear of the scooter. Put the handlebars in
horizontal position and secure it by inserting a hook through a special ring
you will find located on the rear fender. To unfold the scooter, disconnect the
handlebar by removing the hook from the ring. Lift the front pole back into a
vertical position and reposition the lever on the bottom of the pole (at the
folding mechanism) in order to lock the front pole back into position.
Transportation
You can transport the folded scooter with one hand, grabbing it by the
secured front pole.

8. Care and Storage
Clean and Store your S-Fit Electric Scooter
If you find any stains on your electric scooter, wipe the impacted area with a
soft, damp cloth. To remove more difficult stains, you can use toothpaste and
a toothbrush. In the event your scooter sustains scratches or deeper marks,
try sandpaper or other grinding materials to help smooth or buff them out. Try
a small area first before attempting on a larger affected patch.
Warning: Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or any other volatile chemical
solvents to clean the scooter. Do not wash the scooter using strong water
pressure. Whenever you are cleaning or repairing the scooter, be sure to
switch the power off. In addition, be careful to close the charging port each
time you complete charging the scooter. Otherwise, the scooter may sustain
long-term damage caused by water entering the charging port. This also
elevates your risk of electric shock or injury.
When you are not using the scooter, store it in a dry, cool place. Do not leave
the unit on the street for long-term storage. Leaving the device in the sun or in
extremely high or low temperature environments can cause rapid aging of
the scooter’s outer body and wheels or reduce battery life.
Maintenance of S-Fit Electric Scooter Battery
1) Do not use batteries from other brands in order to avoid hazards caused
by incompatibility of equipment;
2) Do not open or disassemble the battery, as this could result in electric
shock. Avoid contact with metal objects to prevent an electrical
malfunction or failure caused by a short circuit.
3) Use an AC adapter, as provided in the original scooter packaging, to
prevent occurrence of an electrical accident, such as a fire.
4) Improper disposal of used batteries is irresponsible and hazardous to the
environment. Please ,dispose of batteries in accordance with local laws.
Please do not dispose of batteries together with food waste. Let’s protect
the land we scoot through together.

5) After each use of the device, charge the battery to prolong its service life.
Do not store the scooter battery in rooms with temperatures that exceed
122 F or go below 68 F. (For example, do not leave the battery out in the sun in
the peak of summer.) Be careful to keep the battery away from excessive
heat or open flame. Failure to store the battery in an appropriate climate may
result in its deterioration and damage.
If within 30 days the scooter is not used, re-charge the battery. Be sure any
long-term storage is cool, dry and secure. The scooter battery should be
charged at least once every sixty days to avoid early reduction of battery life
or failure of the battery. Such loss of battery life is not covered by warranty.
Avoid a full discharge of the device in order to extend battery life. When using
the device in moderate temperatures, the battery will support a longer ride
and smoother performance. In temperatures below 32 F, the scooter’s
performance and battery endurance decrease.
Some further guidelines on battery life: At -4 F, battery life will support
approximately half of the distance you can travel in more moderate
conditions. As the temperature rises, the battery will support longer rides,
until peak conditions are reached. Once the conditions get too hot, battery
usage will return to suboptimal conditions. Please note, this range is a loose
estimate and will change based on changes in environmental conditions.
Note: A fully charged scooter can last about 120-180 days in standby mode.
The battery has a smart chip that stores information about its
charging/discharging. If you let too much time pass between charges, it can
cause serious damage to your battery. In extreme cases, this means the
battery will be damaged and you will not be able to charge it for future
rides. The warranty included with your electric scooter does not cover
damage caused by negligence or lack of use of your scooter or battery.
Caution: Do not disassemble the device unless using authorized
professionals, as there is a risk of electric shock or serious injury.
