WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung,
bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen, und befolgen Sie
immer die Sicherheitsvorschriften und die
Gebrauchsanweisung.
Wichtig: Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren
und von Personen mit einer körperlichen,
sensorischen, geistigen oder motorischen
Behinderung oder einem Mangel an Erfahrung und
Kenntnissen verwendet werden, sofern diese
Personen beaufsichtigt oder über den sicheren
Gebrauch des Geräts unterrichtet wurden und die
damit verbundenen Gefahren verstanden haben.
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht
durch Kinder durchgeführt werden, es sei denn, sie
sind älter als 8 Jahre und beaufsichtigt. Lassen Sie
Ihr Gerät und sein Netzkabel nie unbeaufsichtigt
und in Reichweite von Kindern jünger als 8 Jahre
oder unverantwortlichen Personen, wenn es an der
Steckdose hängt oder wenn es abkühlt.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der
auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung
übereinstimmt, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals beim Gebrauch
unbeaufsichtigt.

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, dass das Gerät nicht
beschädigt ist. Bei Beschädigung der
Anschlussleitung oder des Gerätes, letzteres
nicht benutzen, sondern von einem Elektro-
Fachmann(*) überprüfen bzw. reparieren lassen.
Eine beschädigte Anschlussleitung muss von
einem Elektrofachmann(*) ausgewechselt
werden, damit jede Gefahr gemieden wird.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu
Haushaltszwecken, wie in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten, weder zum Reinigen, noch
zu einem anderen Zweck. Geben Sie das Gerät
niemals in die Spülmaschine. Sonst kann das
Gerät beschädigt werden.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer
Wärmequelle.
Der Schalter muss auf AUS-Stellung "0"
geschaltet sein und die Anschlussleitung muss
unbedingt aus der Steckdose herausgezogen
sein, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, das Zubehör
wechseln oder wenn Sie das Gerät nicht
benutzen. Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals
unbeaufsichtigt, wenn es unter Spannung ist.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und
bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom
Lieferanten empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör

stellt eine Gefahr für den Benutzer dar und das
Gerät könnte dadurch beschädigt werden.
Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um
das Gerät zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass
nicht die Anschlussleitung irgendwo hängen
bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes führen
könnte.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile ebene
Fläche, damit es nicht umfallen kann.
Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nur für kulinarische
Zubereitungen.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht zum dauerhaften
Gebrauch geeignet. Es ist kein professionelles
Gerät. Daher sollten Sie regelmäßige Pausen
einlegen. Siehe hierzu Abschnitt "Betriebsdauer"
der Bedienungsanleitung.
Sie sollten das Gerät sauber halten, da es in
direktem Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln ist. Siehe
hierzu Abschnitt "Pflegehinweise" der
Bedienungsanleitung.
Lassen Sie Kinder niemals das Gerät benutzen,
auch nicht unter Aufsicht.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Zubehör fest und
richtig am Motorblock aufgesetzt wird, bevor Sie
das Gerät einschalten.
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den
Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie die
Rührschüssel und/oder die Zubehörteile
montieren, entfernen oder reinigen.

Berühren Sie niemals das Zubehör, wenn das
Gerät benutzt wird. Probieren Sie niemals die
Zubehörteile während des Gebrauches
anzuhalten.
Das Gerät kann zum Zubereiten von kleinen
Mengen benutzt werden, die quasi sofort
verspeist werden. Das Gerät ist nicht zum
Zubereiten von großen Mengen geeignet.
Berühren Sie niemals die Klingen, wenn das
Gerät eingeschaltet ist oder greifen Sie niemals
in das Messer, um es anzuhalten.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht ohne
Nahrungsmittel.
(*) Elektrofachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst des
Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der für derartige
Reparaturen zuständig ist. Für eventuelle
Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an diesen
Kundendienst (www.ggv-service.de).
BETRIEBSDAUER
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Die auf dem Typenschild angegebene
Betriebsdauer darf nicht überschritten werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung kann der Motor
beschädigt werden. Richten Sie sich bitte nach dem Typenschild, auf dem die maximale
Betriebsdauer angegeben ist (KB xx min, wobei xx die maximale Betriebsdauer ist). Die Pausen
sollten mindestens 10 Minuten betragen.
MONTAGE UND GEBRAUCH DER KÜCHENMASCHINE
Die Küchenmaschine ist ausgestattet mit einem Rührbesen, Schneebesen und Knethaken. Mit
diesen Zubehörteilen können Sie rühren, kneten und mischen.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche.
Stellen Sie die Geschwindigkeitsstufe auf "0" und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Füllen Sie die Edelstahl-Rührschüssel mit den Nahrungsmitteln.
Drücken Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf der schwenkbaren Halterung und stellen Sie die
Halterung senkrecht.

Stellen Sie die Edelstahl-Rührschüssel auf den Ständer und drehen Sie sie im Uhrzeigersinn,
damit sie einrastet.
Stecken Sie nach Wunsch den Rührbesen, den Schneebesen oder den Knethaken auf die
Achse der Halterung und drehen Sie ihn im Gegenuhrzeigersinn, damit er einrastet.
Kontrollieren Sie den richtigen Sitz, indem Sie leicht an dem Zubehörteil ziehen.
Drücken Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf der Halterung um die Halterung wieder in die
horizontale Lage zu bringen, damit das Zubehörteil in die Rührschüssel getaucht wird.
Montieren Sie den Schüssel-Deckel auf die Rührschüssel.
Stecken Sie den Stecker in eine Steckdose und wählen Sie eine Geschwindigkeit. Für den
Knethaken (z.B. für Kuchenteig oder Kekse) empfehlen wir niedrige Geschwindigkeiten (1-
4), für den Rührbesen (z.B. für zähflüssige Zutaten wie Butter, Kartoffeln und Mehl)
empfehlen wir mittlere Geschwindigkeiten und für den Schneebesen (z.B. für Eiweiß oder
Schlagsahne) empfehlen wir hohe Geschwindigkeiten (7-8).
Mit Stufe "P" (Pulse) arbeitet der Mixer nur so lange, wie Sie die Taste in dieser Stellung
festhalten. Beim Loslassen arbeitet das Gerät nicht mehr. Damit vermeiden Sie evtl.
Beschädigungen des Mechanismus bei zu schweren oder harten Nahrungsmitteln.
Außerdem lassen sich dadurch einige Mixvorgänge leichter und besser durchführen.
Während des Gebrauchs können Sie Nahrungsmittel hinzufügen durch die Öffnung des
Schüssel-Deckels.
Wenn der Mixvorgang beendet ist, schalten Sie das Gerät aus (Stufe 0) und ziehen Sie den
Stecker aus der Steckdose.
Drücken Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf der Halterung und stellen Sie die Halterung
senkrecht. Entfernen Sie das Zubehörteil und den Schüssel-Deckel.
Drehen Sie die Edelstahl-Schüssel im Gegenuhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie sie vom Ständer
ab.
PFLEGEHINWEISE
Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz, bevor Sie es reinigen.
Entfernen Sie die Rührschüssel und das Zubehör, bevor Sie sie in einer Seifenlauge
waschen.
Niemals mit metallischen Gegenständen reinigen oder Schleif- und Scheuermittel
verwenden.
Sie können das Motorgehäuse mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht ins Wasser oder in andere Flüssigkeiten.

Zum Schutz unserer Umwelt und unserer Gesundheit sind Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte nach
bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.

oder der Austausch von Verschleißteilen, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung und sind

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before
using the appliance, and always follow the safety
and operating instructions.
Important: This appliance can be used by children
over 8 years old and people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capacities or with a lack of
experience or knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instructions concerning the safe use
of the appliance and the risks involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless
they are older than 8 years and supervised. Never
leave the appliance and its cord unsupervised and
within reach of children less than 8 years old or
irresponsible persons when it is plugged into the
wall or when it is cooling down.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to
that stated on the appliance.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in
use.
From time to time check the appliance for
damages. Never use the appliance if cord or
appliance shows any signs of damage. In that
case, repairs should be made by a competent
qualified electrician(*). Should the cord be
damaged, it must be replaced by a competent

The speed switch has to be in off-position "0" and
the appliance has to be unplugged from the
power supply before cleaning the appliance,
changing the accessories or when not in use.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in
use.
Never use the appliance outside and always
place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not
recommended by the producer. They could
constitute a danger to the user and risk to
damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord.
Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way
in order to avoid the appliance’s fall.
Stand the appliance on a stable surface so that it
cannot fall over.
Only use this appliance for culinary preparations.
This kind of appliance cannot function
continuously; it is not a professional type of

appliance. It is necessary to make temporary
stops. Check the section "Important information"
in the instruction manual.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance
clean at all times as it comes into direct contact
with food. Check the section "Cleaning" in the
instruction manual.
Never let children use the appliance, even when
they are supervised.
Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly
tightened at the motor block before starting the
appliance.
Make sure the appliance is switched off and
unplugged before inserting, removing or
cleaning the processor bowl and/or the
accessories.
Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil
stay clear of the receptacle when the appliance is
in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never
touch the accessories when the appliance is in
use. Furthermore, never try to stop the
movement of the accessories in any way
whatsoever. Use the function 0 of the switch or
unplug the appliance.
The appliance is designed for the preparation of
small quantities of food that have to be
consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for
the preparation of large quantities at once.

Do not touch the blades while the appliance is
operating and do not try to block their movement
in any way.
Do not use the appliance without any food in it.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales
department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to
perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all
danger. In case of need you should return the
appliance to this electrician (www.ggv-service.de).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks.
Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the
rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed
maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
MOUNTING AND USE OF THE FOOD PROCESSOR
The food processor is equipped with a beater, whisk and dough hook. With those accessories
you can beat, knead and mix.
Put the appliance on a stable level surface.
Make sure that the appliance is in "0" position, and that the appliance is unplugged.
Fill the stainless steel bowl with the chosen ingredients.
Press the release button of the bracket and place the bracket in vertical position.
Place the stainless steel bowl on the base and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
Insert the beater, dough hook or whisk onto the axis of the bracket and turn it
anticlockwise to lock it in place.
Check if the accessory is locked properly by pulling it gently.
Press the release button of the bracket in order to put the bracket back in horizontal
position so that the accessory is immersed in the bowl.
Fit the bowl cover onto the bowl.
Plug in the appliance and select the desired speed. For the dough hook (e.g. to make
dough for cake or biscuits) we recommend a low speed (1-4), for the beater (e.g. for dry
ingredients such as butter, potatoes and flour) we recommend a medium speed and for
the whisk (e.g. for egg white or whipped cream) we recommend a high speed (7-8).
The position "P" (Pulse) is particular because the button has to be held manually. If you
release it, the appliance stops.
During use you can add ingredients through the opening of the bowl cover.
When the preparation is ready, move the switch to position “0” and unplug the appliance.
Press the release button of the bracket and place the bracket in vertical position. Remove
the accessory and the bowl cover.
Turn the stainless steel bowl anticlockwise and take it off the base.

CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
Remove the bowl and the accessories before washing them in soapy water.
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
You can wipe the motor block with a soft damp cloth.
Do not immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT –DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

requirements of regulation 1275/2008/EC. Admittedly, our product does not dispose of a
function to minimize the power consumption, which should according to regulation
1275/2008/EC put the product in off or standby mode after finishing the main function, but this
is practically impossible, as it would compromise the main function of the product so strongly,
that using the product would no longer be possible!
For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the appliance
immediately after use.

In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified
technician or a repair service.
The user manual is by simple request also available in electronic format from the after-sales
service.

Ne plongez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau ou dans

vaisselle. Sinon l’appareil pourrait être
endommagé.
N'utilisez pas l'appareil près de sources de
chaleur.
Le sélecteur de vitesse doit être en position "0" et
la fiche du cordon d’alimentation obligatoirement

Ne déplacez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur son
cordon d’alimentation. Veillez à ce qu’il ne puisse
être accidentellement accroché et ce, afin
d’éviter toute chute de l’appareil.
Posez cet appareil sur une table ou un support
suffisamment stable pour éviter sa chute.
Utilisez cet appareil uniquement dans le cadre
d’applications culinaires.
Ce genre d’appareil ne peut pas fonctionner de
façon continue, il ne s’agit pas d’un appareil de
type professionnel. Il est nécessaire d’effectuer
des pauses à intervalles réguliers. Consultez la
rubrique "Intervalles d’utilisation" du mode
d’emploi.
Il est indispensable de garder cet appareil
propre étant donné qu’il est en contact direct
avec la nourriture. Consultez la rubrique
"nettoyage" du mode d’emploi.
Ne pas laisser les enfants utiliser l’appareil
même sous surveillance.
Assurez-vous que l’accessoire utilisé est
fermement et correctement verrouillé au bloc
moteur avant de mettre l’appareil en
fonctionnement.
Il est indispensable de mettre le sélecteur sur la
position "0" (arrêt) et de débrancher votre appareil
avant de monter, démonter ou nettoyer le bol
et/ou les accessoires.

Gardez vos mains et/ou tout ustensile hors du
récipient pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil
afin d’éviter de graves blessures. Ne touchez
jamais les accessoires lorsque l’appareil est en
fonctionnement et ne cherchez surtout pas à les
immobiliser. Utilisez la fonction "0" du sélecteur
ou débranchez la fiche.
L’appareil est conçu pour la préparation de
petites quantités de nourriture dont la
consommation ne doit pas être trop tardive.
L’appareil n’est pas conçu pour la préparation de
grandes quantités à la fois.
Ne touchez jamais la lame lorsque l’appareil est
en fonctionnement, en outre, n’essayez pas de
l’immobiliser de quelque façon que ce soit.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil sans nourriture à
l’intérieur de celui-ci.

INTERVALLES D’UTILISATION
Cet appareil ne peut pas être utilisé de façon professionnelle. Vous devez respecter les pauses
de fonctionnement. Dans le cas contraire vous risqueriez d’endommager le moteur. Référez-
vous à la plaque signalétique de votre appareil pour connaître la durée maximale d’utilisation
continue (notée KB xx min. où xx est la durée maximale). Les pauses de fonctionnement
doivent durer au moins 10 minutes.

MONTAGE ET UTILISATION DU ROBOT DE CUISINE
Le robot de cuisine est équipé d’un batteur, d’un fouet et d’un crochet à pâte. Ces
accessoires permettent de battre, pétrir et malaxer.
Mettez l’appareil sur une surface stable.
Assurez-vous que l’interrupteur de vitesses se trouve dans la position "0" et que l’appareil
est débranché.
Mettez les ingrédients dans le bol en acier inoxydable.
Pressez le bouton de déverrouillage du support pivotant et placez le support en position
verticale.
Placez le bol en acier inoxydable sur la base et tournez-le dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre pour le verrouiller en place.
Insérez le batteur, fouet ou crochet à pâte sur l’axe du support pivotant et tournez
l’accessoire dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre afin de le fixer.
Vérifiez le verrouillage de l’accessoire en tirant dessus légèrement.
Appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage du support pivotant pour replacer le support en
position horizontale afin d'immerger l’accessoire dans le bol.
Mettez le couvercle correctement sur le bol.
Vous pouvez maintenant brancher l’appareil et sélectionner une vitesse. Pour le crochet à
pâte (par exemple pour pâte à tarte, gâteaux, biscuits) nous recommandons une basse
vitesse (1-4), pour le batteur (par exemple pour denrées consistantes comme du beurre,
des pommes de terre, de la farine) nous recommandons une vitesse moyenne et pour le
fouet (par exemple pour des blancs d’œuf en neige, crème fouettée et crème Chantilly)
nous recommandons une haute vitesse (7-8).
La position "P" (Pulse) est particulière car la touche doit être maintenue manuellement. Si
vous relâchez la touche, l’appareil s’arrête.
Pendant l’utilisation vous pouvez ajouter des ingrédients à travers l’ouverture du couvercle
du bol.
Une fois la préparation terminée, arrêtez l’appareil (position 0) et débranchez la fiche de
la prise de courant.
Pressez le bouton de déverrouillage du support pivotant et placez le support en position
verticale. Enlevez l’accessoire et le couvercle du bol.
Tournez le bol en acier inoxydable dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre et
enlevez-le de la base.
NETTOYAGE
Veuillez toujours débrancher la fiche de la prise de courant avant de nettoyer l'appareil.
Retirez le bol et les accessoires avant de les nettoyer dans de l'eau savonneuse.
Ne nettoyez jamais votre appareil à l’aide de produits abrasifs car cela abîmerait le
revêtement.
Vous pouvez nettoyer le bloc moteur à l’aide un chiffon doux et légèrement humide.
N'immergez pas le bloc moteur dans de l'eau ou tout autre liquide.
PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT –DIRECTIVE 2012/19/UE
Afin de préserver notre environnement et notre santé, l’élimination en fin de vie des appareils
électriques et électroniques doit se faire selon des règles bien précises et nécessite
l’implication de chacun, qu’il soit fournisseur ou utilisateur. C’est pour cette raison que votre
appareil, tel que le signale le symbole apposé sur sa plaque signalétique ou sur
l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée destinée
aux ordures ménagères. L'utilisateur a le droit de déposer l'appareil dans des lieux publics de

Nous, GGV Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, confirmons par la présente que notre produit
correspond aux exigences de la directive 1275/2008/CE. Certes, notre produit n’est pas équipé
d’une fonction pour minimaliser la consommation de puissance, ce qui devrait selon la
directive 1275/2008/CE mettre le produit en mode éteint ou mode veille après avoir fini sa
fonction principale, mais ceci est pratiquement impossible, car cela nuirait à la fonction
principale du produit si fortement que l’utilisation du produit ne serait plus possible!
C’est pourquoi dans notre mode d’emploi nous disons toujours au client de débrancher la
fiche de la prise de courant dès qu’il a fini d’utiliser le produit.

Pour nos produits, les conditions légales concernant les réclamations dans le cadre de la

Si des accessoires sont défectueux, l'appareil complet ne sera pas remplacé, mais les
accessoires seront échangés gratuitement. Dans ce cas, ne renvoyez donc pas l'appareil
complet mais commandez seulement l'accessoire défectueux! En cas de verre cassé, le
remplacement de l'accessoire concerné est payant. L'échange des accessoires soumis à
l'usure ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien ou l'échange de pièces usées ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie et l'échange de ces pièces sera donc payant!
APRÈS LA PÉRIODE LÉGALE DE GARANTIE
Les réparations après la période de garantie peuvent être effectuées par un service qualifié
compétent ou par un service de réparation moyennant payement.
