유지보수 작업을 진행할 때에 맨손으로 쿨링 핀(cooling fin)을 만지지
않도록 주의합니다. 손가락이 잘릴 위험이 있습니다(UT-3000A에는 쿨링
핀 없음) .
맨손으로 쿨링 핀(cooling fin)을 만지지 않도록 합니다.
인화성 물질 또는 가연성 물질을 사용시에는 특히
주의하여 사용하시기 바랍니다.
실온(25도) 또는 그 이상의 온도(물질에 따라 다를 수 있음)에서 인화성
물질 또는 가연성 물질을 그대로 두면 화재 또는 폭발이 발생할 수
있습니다. 사용하기 전에는 환기가 잘되도록 합니다.

있습니다.

Temperature display is the value of outlet temperature of drum. If you use the drum as liquid
tank, error will be increased depending on heat capacity. As time elapses, difference between
liquid temperature and displayed trap temperature will be fewer

11. 진공펌프 컨트롤 유닛 Control unit for vacuum pump

진공 펌프는 조작 패널의 진공 펌프 스위치로 켜고 끌
수 있다.이 유닛은 정전이 발생하면 진공 펌프의 작동을
중지하고 자동 누출 밸브를 통해 본체에서 공기를 방출한다.
또한 진공 펌프의 총 운전 시간을 표시한다.

①Power switch

조절모드(adjustment mode)에서는 운전
중이거나 정지시간 동안에도 설정 값과
선택한 아이템을 변경할 수 있다.
조절모드(adjustment mode로 이동하기
1) 5초 동안 ［Set ］키를 누른다.
Indicator는「 」을 나타내고
조절모드(adjustment mode)로 이동한다.
2) ［▲］또는［▼］키를 누를 때마다
아래와 같이 변경된다.
1. 표시 온도 눈금(Calibrating displayed temperature)
측정된 온도는 온도 게이지의 값과 일치한다.
※이용 가능한 범위: -20℃～20℃
2. 전원 회복(power recovery) 설정
장비가 작동하느 동안 전원 스위치가 꺼지거나
갑자기 정전 되거나하는 경우 전원 공급이 중단되는
경우, 전원 회복 후에 작동 조건을 설정할 수 있다.
※이용 가능한 설정

잔류 전류 차단기
Residual current
breaker ・전원 꺼짐.・누전 위험 발생 또는 전류 흐름 초과.
냉동기(refrigeration
unit) 보호 기능
・과부하 계전기
(Over load relay)
・고압 스위치
・냉동기가 과부하(over load/over
heat) 운전을 하며 알람 램프가
켜짐.
・Indicator는「oVL」을 표시하고
냉동기와 진공펌프는 중지.
・냉동기 과부하(over load/over heat) 운전.
・실내 온도가 35℃ 초과.
・전력 공급과 전압 한도가 정격값 초과(±10％).
・냉동기 팬이 작동하지 않음 (3000A는 해당사항
없음).
・에어 필터에 먼지 부착됨 (3000A는 해당사항 없음).

・전원 복구 설정은 제어를 중지하고 지속할 수 있음.
・［Alarm］LED 점등됨.
・알람에 대한 설명은 표시기에 표시됨.작동 조건
・냉동기가 제어되는 동안 정전
발생됨.
・냉동기를 정지하지 않고 전원
OFF함.
※진공 펌프만 켜진 상태이면 정전
알람이 작동하지 않습니다. 전원 복구
설정이 완료되더라도 진공 펌프가
정지합니다.
알람 해제 방법
・「Set」키를 누르면 알람이
해제됩니다.

・모든 제어 (냉동기 및 진공 펌프)는 정지됨.

4-1 설치 환경 Installation environment
CAUTION
적절한 환기가 가능한 장소를 선택하여
설치하십시오.
이 장치에는 공냉식 냉동 장치가 장착되어
있으므로 열이 방출됩니다.
장치에서 방출되는 열 때문에 실내 온도가 오르지
않도록 환기가 잘 이루어지는 장소를 선택하여
설치하십시오.
다음 조건을 충족하는 장소에 설치하시기 바랍니다.
◎기기 주변에 인화성 고체/액체/가스가 없는 곳
◎실내온도범위 : 5 to 35℃
◎결로가 없는 곳
◎습기가 적고, 장비에 물방울이 떨어지지 않는 곳.
◎먼지가 적은 곳
◎직사광선이 없는 곳
◎환기가 잘 되는 곳
◎평평하고 안정된 곳

4-2 설치 조건 Installation conditions
CAUTION
장치 주변에 충분한 공간을 확보하십시오.
제품의 성능을 최상으로 유지하려면 제품과 벽면,
천장면 사이에 공간을 두십시오.
제품과 벽, 천장면 사이의 거리가 오른쪽 그림에서
언급한 것보다 넓어야 합니다.

4-3 설치 Installation
CAUTION
본체를 기울이지 마십시오.
냉동기가 본체에 장착되어 있으므로 제품을
이동할 때 기울이거나 눕히거나 하지 마십시오.
1. 제품 운반 및 설치 시 주의사항
1) 바퀴의 멈춤 레버(전면에 있는 2개의 레버)를들어
올려 잠금을 해제한다.
2) 장치를 설치 장소로 옮긴다.
※ 제품을 울퉁불퉁한 장소로 옮길 경우 캐스터가
손상될 수 있다. 들어서 운반하시기 바랍니다.
3) 설치 장소에서 바퀴 멈춤 레버를 잡아 당겨
잠근다.
4) 공급된 캐스터 홀더 (4개)를 휠에 끼워 바퀴를
고정한다.
2. 제품 고정 (클램프 사용 방법)
지진이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 바닥에 제품을
고정하기 위해 클램프를 부착한다. 2개의 포트 (지름:
φ7mm ・φ12mm)를 사용하여 앵커 볼트 (anchor
bolt)를 고정할 수 있다.
1) 나사 드라이버를 사용하여 양쪽면과 뒷면의 나사
(3 개)를 제거한다.
2) 나사 드라이버를 사용하여 클램프(3개)에 나사로
고정한다.
※Model A: 클램프를 양면과 뒤면에 고정하십시오.
※Model L: 뒷면의 클램프를 고정하십시오.
3) 클램프, 앵커 볼트를 다닥에 고정한다(3개).
※앵커 볼트는 제공되지 않으니 필요한 경우

4-4 연결 유틸리티 Utility connection
WARNING
연결하기 전에 전원의 전압,
위상 및 용량을 확인하십시오.
부적절한 연결은 화재 또는 감전의 위험을 초래할
수있습니다.
1. 전원의 전압, 위상 및 용량을 확인한다.
필요한 전원은 오른쪽 표 참조.
2. 설치 장소의 콘센트를 확인한다.
（아직 메인 커넥터를 연결하지는 않는다.）
콘센트에 접지 단자가 있으면 메인 커넥터를
아무런 문제없이 연결할 수 있다.
접지 단자를 사용할 수 없는 경우에는
전기용품점에 문의하여 세 번째 유형의
접지 공사를 수행하십시오.
WARNING
접지선을 올바르게 연결하십시오.
감전의 위험을 방지하기 위해서 가스관이나
수도관에 접지선을 연결하지 마십시오.
WARNING
장치를 올바르게 접지하십시오.
장치를 접지하지 않으면 감전의 위험이 있습니다.
