Each tme the heart beats, t pumps out blood nto the arteres.
Blood pressure s at ts hghest when the heart pumps or ejects blood.
Ths s called Systolc Blood Pressure.
Blood pressure s at ts lowest when the heart rests ( n- between beats).
Ths s called Dastolc Blood Pressure.
The blood pressure s constantly changng. The dfferent cuff fttng
and measurement posture can cause the blood pressure to change.
You should take the measurement at the same tme wth the same
arm and posture everyday.

3. Lfe Gude for Hypertenson Patents
※ Hgh blood pressure (Hypertenson);
A blood pressure of 140/90 or hgher s consdered hgh blood
pressure. Hgh blood pressure (HBP) s a serous condton that can
lead to coronary heart dsease, heart falure, stroke, kdney falure,
and other health problems. Blood pressure tends to rse wth age.
Followng a healthy lfestyle helps some people delay or prevent ths
rse n blood pressure. The followng measures can be regarded as a
lfe gude for hypertenson patents:
1) Consult your doctor about your blood pressure n daly lfe.
2) Mantan a normal weght.
3) Avod excessve consumpton of common salt. Avod hgh cholesterol
foods and fatty foods. Eat more fruts, vegetables and hgh-fber foods.
4) Avod smokng, alcohol and revver.
5) Moderated exercse.
6) relax and reduce stress. Stress can ncrease the blood pressure
suddenly. Relax and reduce stress s a good habt for your health.
