Installation ColostroMAT
■Even ground
Connect water supply
■Water hose to cold water
■Water hose to warm water if needed
■Drain hose to the outflow and into the gully

Commissioning
Connect power plug and turn on via main switch
When switching on the first time, select water supply via

Handling
Device mode
■Standby mode: water temperature is kept at 42˚C (disabled by default)
■Waiting mode: device doesn‘t perform any function
■Function mode: a profile is running
There is a difference made between two operating modi:
■Basic mode
■Expert mode
●Press while starting with the main switch
●While holding , in the left of the display is shown

Operation
Start profile
■With profile 1 the water bath is heated up and following hold on 60˚C for 60
minutes. After that, it‘s cooled down to 42˚C.
■With profil 2 the water bath is heated up and following hold on 60˚C for 60
minutes. After that, it’s cooled down.
■With profil 3 the water bath is heated up to 42 ˚C.
■With profil 4 the water bath is completely emptied and filled with cold water.

The cleaning is consisting of the following steps:
■Pre-rinsing
■Main rinsing
■Post-rinsing
Procedure of the cleaning
1. Place detergent reservoire in the rotating cage
2. Fill detergent in the reservoire
3. Switch into the cleaning menu via
4. Confirm with Enter to start the cleaning.
5. The cleaning starts and all LEDs over the profile buttons blink.

You can only change the profile parameters in the expert mode

■Selection of the pasteurisation time via confirm with Enter
■Selection of the pasteurisation temperature via confirm with Enter
■Selection of the feeding temperature via confirm with Enter
■Selection of the time to the end of the profile via confirm with Enter

Software update
■Turn off the ColostroMAT and remove the power plug
■Open control unit box
■Insert SD cart in the provided Slot on the board
■Insert power plug and switch on the ColostroMAT
■Wait until the update is performed and confirm with Enter
■Turn off the ColostroMAT and remove the power plug
■Remove SD cart
■Close control unit box
■Insert power plug and switch on the ColostroMAT
