4 x 1-1/2" Bolts (1/4-20) #2 Ph ll ps Screwdr ver
5 x Black Caster Bolts (#4)
3 x Non-Lock ng U-Casters
2 x Lock ng U-Casters
2 x 5/8" Wood Screws
***Read through all steps before proceeding
to assembly.***
1. W th the box s tt ng upr ght and both ends open, remove the corner cardboard from around the top of the cab net, then
sl de the un t out on the cardboard sh pp ng corners that t s s tt ng on. Now cut the tape hold ng the bottom cardboard
together and remove only the short s de p eces.
NOTE: the Drawer Bank slides forward and is not attached. Be careful in the next step!
2. Gently t lt the un t forward enough to remove the back corner cardboard, then gently lower the back and t lt the
cab net back to remove the front corner board and f n sh by lower ng the front.
3. Extend and Secure the Drawer Bank:
•(Th s s essent ally a cab net w th n the cab net, retracted for sh pp ng n a
standard box and forms the support for the front left extended port on of the
top.)
•Remove the last drawer on the bottom, to expose the nsert nuts ns de the
walls for eas er al gnment. (Pull the drawer all the way out and f nd the levers
ns de the tracks. Push and hold down on the left one, pull up and hold on the
r ght one to release the sl des and pull stra ght out the rema nder of the track.)
•Grasp ng the top of the Drawer Bank, sl de t forward or out unt l the bolt holes l ne up w th the nsert nuts and
hand nstall two
1-1/2" bolts on one s de then the two on the other s de.
•Us ng a #2 Ph ll ps screwdr ver, t ghten the bolts keep ng the top edges as
flush as poss ble. See d agrams below.
