Read through all steps before proceeding to assembly.
You may want to have an ass stant ava lable when turn ng cab net bases and handl ng tops.
There are 5 boxes labeled Left Cab net, R ght Cab net, Tops, Leaf and Shelves & Back.
Note the Rafix locking cams are accessed at an angle of 25 degrees from the joint, not perpendicular.
1. Place the Left Cab net box on the floor ups de down and open the bottom.
2. Remove the pack ng from around the bottom of the cab net and the Hardware Pack from the Electr c L ft.
3. Install two Lock ng U-Casters n the front near the door (for ease of access when lock ng and unlock ng). Install
two Non-Lock ng U-Casters n the rear of the cab net.
4. Each caster has a large hole and a small hole. The small hole should be pos t oned ns de the cab net. L ne up the
holes n the cab net s des w th the holes n the casters and nsert the caster screw through the large hole of the
caster, through the cab net and screw nto the small hole of the caster. T ghten the screw unt l t s snug.
5. Hold the box flap aga nst the s de as you carefully t lt the box and cab net over and set t upr ght on ts casters.
6. Remove the box from the cab net.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 for the R ght Cab net box.
8. Unpack the top supports from the Shelves & Back box.
9. Attach a caster to the r ght cab net top support.
10. Install the r ght cab net top support.
11. Attach the left cab net top support to the shelf un t back.
12. Attach a caster to the shelf un t back.
13. Attach the left top support to the left cab net.
14. Install the shelves on the left cab net shelf un t s des.
15. Remove the sh pp ng braces.
16. Unpack the cab net tops from the Tops box.
17. Install the Raf x screws n the on the unders de of the tops.
18. Hold a top (marked Left and R ght) over the correspond ng cab net bottom, l n ng up the cam bolts w th the cam
locks that were factory nstalled n the cab net base. Lower the top onto the base. When the top lays flat on the
cab net, t ghten the cam locks us ng a #2 Ph ll ps screwdr ver, turn ng each one approx mately 180 degrees unt l
snug.
19. Repeat step 18 for the other top and base.
20. Br ng the two sect ons together and nstall the h nge p ns to hold the tops together.
21. From the Shelves & Back box, unpack the Back Cross Connector and Leaf Support, wh ch are already attached to
each other.
22. Al gn the Back Cross Connector h nge halves w th the correspond ng h nge halves on the cab net backs and
nstall the h nge p ns n each.
