Charging the jump starter:
1. Connect the jump starter and the power source via the USB C cable.
2. Short press the ON/OFF button to turn on the product. While charging
the jump starter, the LED Display Screen will show the percent power
increased. Once it is fully charged, the LCD Display Screen will show 100%.
3. Unplug the cable when no charge is required.
NOTE:
●When using product for the first time, please make sure that the
jump starter is fully charged.
●Wall adapter is not included in the package.
●In cold winter,we suggest to store the jump starter indoor instead of the car.

How to jump starter your car
NOTE: This product is for 12V car only.
●Check to make sure that battery level is above 70% before you use it to jump start your car.
Step 1: Insert the plug of the smart battery clamp completely into the jump starter. If the green and red light
indicators on the battery clamp are flashing alternately you are safe to move on to to the next step.
Step 2: Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal(+) of the car battery and connect the black clamp to the
negative terminal(-) of the car battery. If the green light on the clamp is on with click sound, you are safe to
move on to the next step.

Step 3: Start your car.
When the indicator light of the smart clamp is green, you need to start the vehicle within 30s.lf over 30s, the
clamp will stop working,you need to connect again from Step 1. If you failed to start your car, you need to
disconnect the battery clamp from the vehicle and the jump starter. Wait for at least 1mins, then try again.
Force Start Function
If you are sure you followed every step and the red light is always on,please try the force start function.
a. Insert the plug of the smart battery clamp completely into the jump starter.
b. Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal(+) of the car battery and connect the black clamp to
the negative terminal(-) of the car battery.Wrong connection will cause short- circuited.
c. Long press Force Button for 3 seconds,then the green light will be on.
d. Get back to your car in 30s then start the engine.

Step 4: Once your car is started, please remove the battery clamp from the car-battery and the
jump starter within 30 seconds.
Trouble Shooting of LED Indicator on the Clamp
Indicator
Red and green lights flash alternately.
Green light is always on,and the buzzer beeps once.

1.If the connection is totally correct, the voltage of
the car battery is too low,continuous short buzzer

jumper cable to the POSITIVE (+) post And BLACK
jumper cable to NEGATIVE (-) post or car interior.
4.The clamp is short- circuited
-The buzzer keeps on,check whether two damps
together connect or connect both cable damps to
the same piece of metal

Charging your devices
USB/Type-c Output
1. Connect FC500 and your iPhone, smart phones or other electronic devices via USB/Type-c cable.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the car jump starter.
3. Unplug the cable when no charge is required.
Wireless Charging
10W(Max) wireless charging is compatible with all Qi-enabled devices such as cell phones
Airpods and AirPods Pro etc.
DC Output
The DC output only support 12V device less than 100W.
LED Flashlight
Long press for 3 seconds to turn on the light.
Press shortly to switch modes among Solid, SOS, Alert and Off.

Warnings
1. Always wear safety glasses when jump starting a battery (to protect your eyes), and gloves when
handling a battery (to protect your hands).
2. When jump starting a vehicle, please ensure that the blue plug is securely fitted into the jump
start socket on the jump starter.
3. Ensure the battery clamps are connected correctly, and the connectors are free from rust and dirt.
4. Do not allow this product to become wet. Exposure to excessive moisture will damage the unit.
5. Do not immerse the product in water.
6. Do not operate the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquid, gas or dust.
7. Do not modify or disassemble this product.
8. Do not store in locations where the temperature may exceed 104°F (40°C).
9. Charge only using the charger provided.
10. Under extreme heat conditions, battery leakage may occur. Avoid contact with your skin. In case of skin or eye
contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
11. If battery leakage occurs, take it to your local battery recycling center for disposal. Do not attempt to use.
12. Do not place the jump starter on the floor, or at a height less than 18 inches (457mm) above
the floor, during use in a repair facility.
13. This car jump starter is for use with 12V vehicles only. Using on non-12V vehicles may cause serious
damage to the vehicle, jump starter, or injury to the user. Refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle if you
are uncertain what voltage the vehicle runs on.

BATTERY DISPOSAL
The battery is self-contained and not consumer replaceable. The battery must be disposed of properly when it no
longer holds a charge. Proper charging practices will increase the life of the product.

Important Safety Instructions
WARNING - When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all the instructions before using the product.
2. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children. Children
should not operate this device unless under strict supervision by a person responsible for their safety.
3. Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
4. Do not use any attachment that is not sold by FCONEGY which may result in a risk of fire, electric shock,
or injury to persons.
5. To reduce risk of damage to the electric plug and cord, pull the plug rather than the cord when disconnecting
the jump starter.
6. Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit
unpredictable behavior, resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
7. Do not operate the jump starter with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.

8. Do not disassemble the jump starter; take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required.
Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
9. To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the jump starter from the outlet before attempting any instructed servicing.
10. Warning - risk of explosive gases.
a. Working in vicinity of a lead acid battery is dangerous. Batteries generate explosive gases during normal battery
operation. For this reason, it is of the utmost importance that you follow the instructions each time you use
the jump starter.
b. To reduce risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by battery manufacturer and
manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in vicinity of the battery. Review cautionary marking on these
products and on engine.
11. Personal precautions
a. Consider having someone close enough by to come to your aid when you work near a lead-acid battery.
b. Have plenty of fresh water and soap nearby in case battery acid contacts skin, clothing, or eyes.
c. Wear complete eye protection and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes while working with battery.
d. If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid enters eye, immediately
flood eye with running cold water for at least 10 minutes and get medical attention immediately.
e. NEVER smoke or allow a spark or flame within the vicinity of battery or engine.
f. Be extra cautious to reduce risk of dropping a metal tool onto battery. It might spark or short-circuit battery
or other electrical part that may cause explosion.

g. Remove personal metal items such as rings, bracelets, necklaces and watches when working with a lead-acid battery.
A lead-acid battery can produce a short circuit current high enough to weld a ring or the like to metal,
causing a severe burn.
12. When charging the internal battery, work in a well ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.
13. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs,
flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek for medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may
cause irritation or burns.
14. Do not expose a jump starter to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above
130°C (266°F) may cause explosion.
15. Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure
that the safety of the product is maintained.
16. Attach output cables to a battery and chassis as indicated below. Never allow the output clamps to touch one another.
17. Dropping, hitting or other excessive amounts of force to the jump starter may damage the unit (external and
internal), which may result in loss of operation, electrical fire or cause other serious damage.
