Introduction:
This product is a two-way voice intercom based on 4G full netcom, which has the
functions of wiring-free, one-button alarm, low battery detection, signal strength
detection, voice prompt, voice message, regular reminder, sign-in and clock in. The
product adopts 32-bit high-performance microprocessor with stable and reliable
performance. And a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery is adopt, so that that
service life of the battery is long. This product is easy to be install and can be installed
on the wall, bedside and other places for fixed use.

Main functions of the product:
1. Communication mode: Cat.1 communication.
2. Power supply voltage: 3.7V internal power supply, high-performance rechargeable lithium battery. External power supply adopts Type-C
interface.
3. The alarm mode: press the key to alarm.
4. Antenna technology: 4G dedicated RF antenna. The resonance adjustment technology and anti-metal absorption wireless wave
technology are adopted to reduce the influence of various metal conductors and their own PCB circuits on the antenna receiving
sensitivity.
5. ADST technology: Through intelligent analysis, the product can guarantee 100% successful alarm signal transmission when the 4G
signal is weak.
6. Indication function: it has signal intensity indication, signal emission indication and product self-inspection indication.

7. Warning function: with fault warning of Cat.1 module; 4G card fault warning; 4G signal launch failure warning; Communication failure
warning between this machine and the service platform of the operator; Low voltage warning function.
8. Al interactive function (optional): Al assistant can be awakened by voice wake-up words, and interact with it by command words to
realize the specified function. Including calling for help, making phone calls, adjusting the volume and learning command words, etc.
9. Voice call function: press the button to call by preset number, and realize two-way call function. Support calling and called.
10. Whitelist function: 12 groups of whitelist phone numbers can be set through the platform to prevent harassment and ensure privacy.
11. Timed reminder function: 12 sets of customized periodic text content can be set through the platform, and the equipment broadcasts
voice regularly accordingly.

Usage and precautions:
1. Method of use/installation
1. Register the product IMEI in FeasyCloud Platform. Scan the code through WeChat applet, APP, platform PC management terminal or
directly input IMEI code. Add the device to the FeasyCloud platform.
2. On-site installation test:
(1) Boot preparation: Insert the SIM card in the card slot of the equipment, and automatically boot it after connecting the power supply.
(2) Product self-inspection: The red light is always on after the power supply is started, and it enters the self-inspection process. If the
self-inspection passes, the light goes out.
(3) Description of abnormal self-inspection: If the product fails the self-inspection, the red light will be on with corresponding voice prompts.
(4) Description of power supply: When the battery is used for power supply, when the battery is under-voltage, the red light will flash and
report to the platform. Please keep the external power connection of Type-C port during normal use. (Note: The longest standby time of
battery power supply is no more than 24 hours, which is generally used as backup power supply. Please plug in an external power supply for
normal use.)
3. Set the number: enter the interface of FeasyCloud to set up phone numbers ①and ②, as well as SOS and service (long and short
numbers can be set).
2. Precautions and simple troubleshooting
1. When the signal is weak, the transmission power and transmission time will increase many times, and the service life of the battery will be
drastically reduced. Please be careful to use this product where there is no signal or the signal strength is poor.
2. Lithium batteries are a type of high-performance battery. Remember not to come into contact with open flames and water, nor should there
be any physical impact or risk of explosion. Please do not operate in violation of regulations. Lithium batteries are stored at normal
temperature, and if they are kept in high temperature environment for a long time, the batteries are at risk of damage.
3. During normal use, please connect the external power supply.
