CONNECTIONS
1. HDMI Input = Signal input from the player (HDMI source)
2. Connection for power supply 5 V 150 mA DC (if required)
3. HDMI output = signal output for display / TV / projector
4. Power LED, illuminated when the source is connected correctly
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Connect the HDMI source (e.g. bluray player) to the HDMI input.
Connect the HDMI display (e.g. TV) to the HDMI output.
The power is usually supplied via the HDMI cable through the HDMI source. The LED of the repeater lights up as soon as a signal is present. However, some HDMI devices can not
provide enough power, or the voltage drops with long cables. In such case, connect the supplied adapter cable to a USB power source (USB power supply or USB device connector).
CONNECTION SCHEME
Caution: Use caution when inserting or unplugging the HDMI cables to prevent the plug contacts from getting dirty or damaged. Please also pay attention to a good quality of HDMI
cables. For the maximum range, please select the following structure:
Video format HDMI cable 1 HDMI cable 2
4k @ 60Hz: Source > 15 m > Repeater > 10 m > TV
4k @ 30Hz: Source > 25 m > Repeater > 15 m > TV
1080p: Source > 30 m > Repeaters > 20 m > TV
For cables of different lengths, please insert the longer cable between source and repeater.
MAINTENANCE
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Please do not use a sharp detergent, gasoline or similar.
