1. INTRODUCCIÓN
El presente manual de instrucciones ha sido
realizado en conformidad con los requisitos
de la Directiva de Máquinas CE 2006/42/EG.
El manual de instrucciones representa par-
te integrante de la escalera modular debe
ser consultado antes, durante y después de
la puesta en marcha de la escalera así como
cada vez que se considere necesario, respe-
tando su contenido en todas y cada una de
sus partes.
Solamente de este modo se podrán alcanzar
los objetivos fundamentales que se han esta-
blecido en la base de este manual como son
prevenir riesgos de accidentes y optimizar lo
máximo posible las prestaciones de la esca-
lera.
En el marco de dicho manual se han cuidado
minuciosamente los aspectos correspondien-
tes a la seguridad y a la prevención de acci-
dentes en el trabajo durante la utilización de
la escalera destacando las informaciones que
son de mayor interés para el usuario.

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO (1 PELDAÑO)
1. Poner las patas (A) en sus alojamientos de trabajo (B) y asegurar con los tornillos allen (C)
y las tuercas palometa (D).
2. Desplegar los tirantes (E) y aojar los tornillos especiales (F) y las tuercas palometas (G).
Introducir los tornillos especiales (F) en el rail (R) y jar los tirantes (E) con los tornillos
especiales (F) ya segurar apretando con las tuercas palometa (G).
3. Para el proceso de desmontaje, invertir el orden de los pasos descritos.

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO (4 PELDAÑOS)
1. Montar los dos peldaños del centro como se indica a continuación: poner las patas (J) en
sus alojamientos de trabajo (B) y asegurar con los tornillos allen (C) y las tuercas palometa
(D).
2. Para montar el peldaño inferior: insertar las patas traseras (T) en sus alojamientos de trabajo
y asegurar con los tornillos allen (C) y las tuercas palometa (D). Insertar las patas frontales
(Y) en sus alojamientos de trabajo (K) y asegurar pasando el tornillo (L) del casquillo (I),
jando éste con la tuerca palometa (Z).
3. Para montar el peldaño superior: insertar las patas frontales (X) en sus alojamientos de
trabajo (N) y asegurar con los tornillos allen (C) y las tuercas palometa (D). Insertar las patas
traseras (V) en sus alojamientos de trabajo y asegurar pasando el tornillo (L) del casquillo (I),
jando éste con la tuerca palometa (Z).
4. Desplegar los tirantes (E) y aojar los tornillos especiales (F) y las tuercas palometas (G).
Introducir los tornillos especiales (F) en el rail (R) y jar los tirantes (E) con los tornillos
especiales (F) y asegurar apretando con las tuercas palometa (G).
5. Ordenar los peldaños como se indica en la imagen. Para conectar un peldaño con otro,
aojar el tornillo palometa (S) del sistema de unión pata-pata. Colocar las pletinas (P y Q)
de forma asimétrica en las patas haciendo coincidir sus agujeros y asegurar con el tornillo
palometa (S). Deben ser colocadas en ambos lados de la escalera. Repetir esta operación
según el número de peldaños a instalar.
6. Aojar los pomos de plástico (M) de los casquillos (I) e insertar las barandillas (H) en los
casquillos (I). Apretar los pomos de plástico (M) una vez ajustada las barandillas (H) a la
escalera.
7. Para el proceso de desmontaje, invertir el orden de los pasos descritos.

5. ALMACENAMIENTO, LIMPIEZA Y SEGURIDAD
Las escaleras deben ser almacenadas en un lugar seco.
Para la limpieza de los tableros, se recomienda usar simplemente un paño húmedo, no usar
detergentes fuertes.
Después de cada uso de las escaleras, se debe realizar una revisión visual para comprobar que
los componentes de la misma se encuentran en buen estado y sin roturas. En caso de detectar
componentes en mal estado, contactar con el fabricante para adquirir un repuesto y sustituirlo antes
de su próximo uso.

3. HOW TO USE (1 STEP)
1. Put the legs (A) in its working position (B) and secure with the allen screws (C) and the
buttery nuts (D).
2. Unfold the braces (E) and release the special screws (F) the buttery nuts (G). Place the
special screws (F) into the rail (R) and attach the braces (E) with the special screws (F) and
secure by tightening with the buttery nuts (G).
3. For the process of disassembly, reverse the order of the described steps.

4. HOW TO USE (4 STEPS)
1. Assemble the two steps in the center as follows: place the legs (J) in its working position (B)
and secure with the allen screws (C) and the buttery nuts (D).
2. To assemble the lower step: insert the rear legs (T) into their working position and secure
with the allen screws (C) and the buttery nuts (D). Insert the front legs (Y) into their working
position (K) and secure by passing the screw (L) of the bushing (I), xing it with the wing
buttery (Z).
3. To assemble the upper step: insert the front legs (X) into their working position (N) and
secure with the allen screws (C) and the buttery nuts (D). Insert the rear legs (V) into their
working position and secure by passing the screw (L) of the bushing (I), xing it with the
wing nut (Z).
4. Unfold the braces (E) and release the special screws (F) the buttery nuts (G). Place the
special screws (F) into the rail (R) and attach the braces (E) with the special screws (F) and
secure by tightening with the buttery nuts (G).
5. Order the steps as indicated in the image. To connect one step to another, release the
buttery screw (S) of the leg-leg joint system. Put the plates (P and Q) asymmetrically on
the legs matching their holes and secure with the buttery screw (S). ey must be placed on
both sides of the stair. Repeat this operation according to the number of steps to be installed.
6. Release the plastic knobs (M) from the bushing (I) and insert the handrails (H) into the
bushing (I). Tighten the plastic knobs (M) once the handrails (H) have been adjusted to the
stairs.
7. For the process of disassembly, reverse the order of the described steps.

5. STORAGE, CLEANING AND SAFETY
e modular stair must be stored in a dry place.
For the cleaning of the steps, it is advised to use a wet cloth. Do not use detergent.
Aer each use, the stair should be examined to check that all the components are in good condition
and with no breaks. In case of detecting components in bad condition, get in touch with the
manufacturer in order to acquire spare parts and replace them before the next use.
