Configuration Guide
Configuration is required to pair your Ferret Repeater
with your Ferret Sweeps camera prior to use.

Setting Up Your Ferret Repeater
Note: Configuration is required to pair your Ferret Repeater with your Ferret
Sweeps camera prior to use.
1. Plug the Repeater into a power bank to power up. WiFi indicator LED will
be green.
2. Open the WiFi Settings on your smartphone or tablet and select the
“Ferret-Repeater-XXXX” SSID.

3. Once connected, open an internet browser on your smartphone or tablet
and enter the address 10.10.10.254. The Ferret Repeater Configuration
Page will open up.
4. Switch on your Ferret Sweeps camera.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap SCAN NOW.

6. Find your Ferret camera’s SSID “Ferret-WiFi-XXXX” and tap “Select”. In
this example, the Ferret camera’s SSID is “Ferret-WiFi-DC21”
7. Tap “Next”

8. Tap “Confirm”
9. Wait for the "Configuration Successful" message.
10. After approximately 30 seconds, the green WiFi Indication LED will turn
Blue confirming your Ferret Repeater has been configured.

11. Go to the WiFi Settings on your phone, select the SSID “Ferret-WiFi-
XXXX_RPT “. Check that you’re connecting to the SSID with “RPT” in the
name (for the Ferret Repeater).
Ferret-WiFi-DC21_RPT in the example below.
12. Open your Ferret WiFi App. Your phone is now connected to your Ferret
camera via the Ferret Repeater.
NOTE: The Ferret Repeater will only need to be reconfigured if you need it to
connect to a different Ferret camera.

Your FERRET Repeater comes with a 12-month replacement warranty. In the unlikely
event that your FERRET Repeater develops a fault within 12 months of purchase,
please email [e-mail] or return it your place of purchase with proof
of purchase.
Failure due to physical damage, misuse, neglect, improper use or moisture is not
covered. The Ferret Repeater has nouser serviceable parts inside. Disassembly will
void the warranty.
