SAFETY TIPS______________________________________________
•Never place the Fezz Audio Omega Lupi amplifier near heat ource , uch a
radiator , heater or direct unlight. En ure adequate ventilation and airflow

temperature and/or high humidity.
•During normal operation, the vacuum tube radiate ignificant amount of heat -

• The amplifier hould be plugged directly into a wall ocket. If you mu t u e an
exten ion cord, plea e make ure that it ha load parameter ufficient to en ure
proper handling of current delivery to the device.
• When cleaning, alway di connect the Omega Lupi from the power ource. U e a
dry, oft cloth. Do not u e water or cleaning agent .
• If your amplifier tart to mi behave or to work incorrectly, if it’ temperature get
too high or you tart feeling moke - immediately di connect the device from the
main .
• Due to the ri k of expo ure to high voltage – plea e do not open the lid of the
amplifier. ATTENTION: Thi warning remain in force al o in a ituation where the
device i already di connected from the wall outlet.
• Alway replace fu e in accordance with the original, intended pecification.
• Do not make repair on your own, or adju tment beyond tho e a de cribed in thi
manual. Execution of any unauthorized repair or modification of the device re ult
in a lo of warranty.

You ju t joined the vacuum tube world of Fezz Audio. Now, be enchanted by the amazing
ound pre entation. The unique preci ion of the location of virtual ource i one of the main
advantage of Omega Lupi. Engaging, lightly empha ized midrange give the natural ound
of the in trument . We have created thi amplifier e pecially for You and joy of unlimited
li tening experience.
VACUUM TUBE AMPLIFIER
Many of u , when looking upon audio amplifier of decade ago, keep repeating a logan,
like a mantra: "Such thing are not manufactured anymore". When we finally manage to
acquire uch a amplifier, we treat it in a very unique way. We look for the be t po ible
location to pre ent it, we adore the moment that we witch it on and we hall certainly not
fail to mention in pa ing about thi new "trea ure" of our to Any of our vi iting gue t .
Whatever we do i all underlined by a great feeling of fondne to tho e time long pa t.
Why i thi happening? The mo t likely rea on i that it i a vacuum tube amplifier. An
amplifier with a pecific warmth to it ound, with a natural ambience, timber. We al o do
know that the ‘Big Name ’ have created their memorable mu ic album u ing vacuum tube .

INSTALLATION OF THE DEVICE_______________________________
UNPACKING
Plea e kindly check if the packaging of the Omega Lupi amplifier ha not been damaged
during tran it. If you find any damage , plea e immediately contact your dealer. Remove the
amplifier and acce orie from the packaging. Make ure that the content i not damaged.
Plea e do not di po e of the original packaging, o a to facilitate po ible hipment of the
device in the future.
CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE

If any of the above items are missing in your package contact your dealer immediately.
Do not connect the device to the power supply if it has visible signs of
damage on it.

INSTALLATION OF THE VACUUM TUBES
Place the Omega Lupi amplifier on a table urface. Carefully remove the vacuum tube
from their packaging and in tall them in the appropriate ocket , according to the ticker on
tube boxe tart from a left ide.
The pin in the ba e of each of the vacuum tube are “coded”, and thi ha the re ult that
the in ertion of the vacuum tube into the ocket i po ible only in one correct and
appropriate orientation. If, whil t in erting the vacuum tube you en e re i tance, and you
can not pu h the tube into the ocket, plea e check the orientation of it pin , rotate the
tube to the correct po ition and try again.
WHERE TO PLACE YOUR AMPLIFIER
Due to the pre ence of high temperature during normal operation of the vacuum tube , the
location that you pick to place your amplifier hould en ure ample ventilation, a free flow of
air. Plea e maintain at lea t 10 cm clearance between the hou ing of the amplifier, together
with the vacuum tube , and other device or element of the interior. The ound quality may
be degraded a a re ult of vibration . Therefore we recommended to place the amplifier on
a flat and table urface.
Excessive
force may damage the socket and/or the pins of the vacuum tubes.
Never place the Fezz Audio Omega Lupi amplifier in the vicinity of sources
that produce large amounts of heat.

To avoid electrostatic shock to the components of the amplifier please
touch a grounded conductive surface before making any connections .
Any and all connections must be made whilst the device is disconnected
from the mains power supply. Before making any such connections make
sure that the amplifier is switched off.

Follow the in truction below to connect Your ound y tem correctly.
STEP 1 / HOOK-UP OF THE HEADPHONES
Check the impedance of your headphone et. Connect the 6,3 mm jack cable to the jack
ocket on the front panel of the amplifier. Cho e appropriate impedance on the impedance
elector knob ( no. (3) picture on page 6 ). LOW po ition – for 32 Ω headphone , MID – up to
150 Ω, HIGH – for 150 Ω and more. For planar magnetic headphone you hould et
impedance knob on HIGH po ition.
STEP 2 / HOOK-UP OF THE SIGNAL SOURCES
Connect the ignal ource to the amplifier input IN. Pay attention to the proper connection
and di tinction of the right (R) and the left (L) channel . For the be t ound quality, we
ugge t u ing the Fezz FAC 01 interconnect cable dedicated for Fezz Audio vacuum tube
amplifier .
STEP 3 / HOOK-UP OF THE POWER SUPPLY CORD
Make ure that the amplifier i witched off. Connect the power cord to the IEC ocket on
the rear panel of the amplifier.
The amplifier i de igned to operate at a rated voltage of 230V / 50Hz. Connecting the device
to a main network with incorrect parameter can lead to damage that i not covered by
manufacturer warranty.
FIRST POWER-UP AND GETTING STARTED______________________
Make ure that all of your wiring i connected in accordance with the information a
provided above.
Set the volume control to minimum. Turn on the main power of the Omega Lupi amplifier –
the vacuum tube hall begin to glow. Make ure that the ound ource i turned on, playing,
and then gradually increa e the volume level by turning the potentiometer.
The operation of the amplifier narrow down to adju ting the volume via VOLUME
potentiometer and electing appropriate headphone impedance on the impedance elector
knob ( no. (3) picture on page 6 ).
To connect a turntable You will need to use an external phono MC/MM
preamplifier or turntable with a built-in preamplifier.

”BURNING-IN” THE AMPLIFIER
Any tube amplifier require an initial pre-heating (or "burn-in") period, in order o that it
achieve it full onic potential. Thi i due to the pre ence of re idua polarization of
dielectric element and due to a nece ary tabilization of working parameter of the
vacuum tube . The tabilization of the electrical parameter of the y tem occur in a natural
proce whil t playing mu ic through your audio y tem.
A preliminary degree of pre-heating of the amplifier i reached after about 10 hour of quiet
mu ic playback.
The full onic capabilitie hall tabilize and unfold within a time- pan ranging from
40 to 60 hour of mu ic reproduction at a moderate volume level .
In the initial period of operation of the amplifier it i advi able to avoid hort-term
operation period of the amplifier. Once activated, it hould remain operational for a
period of about 4-6 hour .
REPLACEMENT OF THE VACUUM TUBES
Your amplifier i equipped with automatic bia module. It’ nece ary to u e PCL86 vacuum
tube that have previou ly been pre- elected and paired up in quad .

TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE_________________________________
If your amplifier doe not work a it i uppo ed to, it i fairly ea y to diagno e and remedy
ome of the common malfunction , by following procedure a outlined in thi following.
