1. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Carefully read the instruction manual before use.
Important safety warnings
Unpack the product carefully and be sure not to throw away any part of the package before having found all
components of the product.
Keep the product in a dry place out of reach of children.
Read all cautions and instructions. The failure to adhere to warning cautions and instructions may result in
an accident, fire and/or a serious injury.
Packaging
The product is placed in a package preventing damage during transport. This package is a raw material therefore
it can be handed-over for recycling.
Instructions for use
Before beginning to work with the machine, read the following safety rules and instructions for use. Familiarize
with operating elements and the proper use of the device. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference.
We recommend keeping the original package including the inner packaging materials, cash voucher and
guarantee card for a period of warranty at minimum. For a case of transportation, pack the machine into the
original box from the manufacturer, thus ensuring a maximum protection of the product during a possible
transport (e.g. moving or sending into a service station).
Note: If you hand the machine over to next persons, hand it over together with the manual. Adherence to
the attached instructions for use is a precondition for the proper use of the machine. The operation manual
includes also instructions for operation, maintenance and repairs.
The manufacturer does not take any responsibility for accidents or damages resulting
from the failure to adhere to this manual.

3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep all the safety advice and instructions in a safe place for future reference
WARNINGS!
Children or persons who lack the knowledge or experience to use the device or whose physical, sensory or
intellectual capacities are limited must never be allowed to use the device without supervision or Instruction
by a person responsible for their safety. Children must never be allowed to play with the device.
If the device is damage, do not repair! Never use the damage product!
Do not use the device while tired, ill or under influence of alcohol or other drug or medicaments.
There is a risk of injury to the skin resulting from contact with the spray product. Always wear suitable eye
protection (goggles or face shield), protective clothing, gloves and breathing protection when in use.
Do not carry out any repairs or modifications to the pressure sprayer.
Do not eat, smoke or drink when in use.
Wash your hands and face after each spraying session.
Secure the product against falling, overturn, vibration, extremely high or low temperatures, direct sunlight and
impacts during transportation to avoid damages and spillage.
Always read and observe the Information provided by the chemical manufacturer when working with or
mixing spray solutions.
Release the residual pressure in the container by pulling the safety valve upwards before you open the
container (Fig. 3).
Never use the device in strong wind condition and in headwind direction. There is a risk of Injury to the skin
resulting from contact with the spray product.
Please keep mixing and filling inside the sprayer container to avoid contamination of the environment,
especially with plant protection products, fertilisers, disinfectants or cleaning agents.
Never spray on people, animals, electrical devices and lines, into the wind, or into bodies of water.
Do not attempt to remove congestions by blowing into parts of the product with your mouth.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the product in any way. Clean and maintain the product as described
within this Instruction manual. Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Repairs shall only be carried out by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons. Failure
to do so may result in hazard.
Observe the legal requirements of your country for accident prevention and have the product examined
externally by a competent professional every 2 years and subject it to an internal Inspection every 5 years.
Check the product regularly each year after wind by using of clean water. Check product before each use.
Do not use the sprayer when any leakages, uneven spray jet.
Intended use
The product is used for spraying liquids in the home, garden and greenhouses. The liquids include water,
insecticides and fungicides for plants, disinfectants and water-soluble fertilisers that are allowed to be used In
your country. Only the use of liquid manure, weedkillers and pesticides (PSM) approved by the BBA (Federal
Biological Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry) is allowed. At the time of product manufacture, these
approved PSMs are not known to have any harmful effect on the materials used. The insecticides, fungicides and
fertilisers for plants may only be sprayed in the concentrations given in the Instructions from the sprayed medium
manufacturer. The spraying of solvents or solvent-containing liquids or oil Is a particular example of Improper use
of the product. This product is intended for private use only.

5. OPERATIONS
BRINGING INTO USE (UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY)
Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat surface, check and make sure all the delivery parts are complete and
free of any damage.
Attaching the spray tube (see Fig. 1). Turn the union nut (10) anticlockwise to release it from the handle
(11). Push the spray tube (6) into the handle (11) as far as it will go. Tighten the union nut (10) by fuming it
clockwise.
WARNING!
Examine the product before each use, ensure it is free damages, congestions and all
parts work as intended. Rubber parts such as the hoses or O-rings must not show any
cracks or appear porous. Pay particular attention to the safety devices. Ensure all
connections are fitted tightly. Examine the product before first use after winter.
Check that the appliance is functioning properly! Check the pressure sprayer before each use to ensure that it is
free of visible damage and is functioning safely. To do this, carry out the following tests and inspections:
Check the container (5), the suction hose (12) and the carry strap (6) for visible damage.
Check that the hose connections are fitted tightly.
Check that the pipe connections are fitted tightly.
Pump the pressure sprayer. Pull the safety valve (3) up to the stop. You must be able to hear the pressure
escaping.
CAUTION:
Do not use the product if any visible damage or loss of functionality.
FILLING THE PRESSURE SPRAYER CONTAINER (FIG. 2)
WARNING!
Do not exceed the nominal volume!
Ensure the liquid to be sprayed is compatible with the product.
Ensure that the use of the pesticide, liquid fertiliser or cleaning agent is permitted in your
country.
Ensure the operation ground is flat and rigid. Avoid spillage during operation. Avoid contamination of the
environment.
Press the pump handle (1) downwards and turn it anticlockwise.
Note: Before you open the container, pull the safety valve (3) upwards to release any residual pressure still
present in the container (5).
Draw the pump (2) out of the container (5).
Now fill the container.
Note: Fill the container (5) with only the amount of liquid that you actually need for that particular spraying
session (not more than 61).
Place the pump (2) back into the container (5) and turn the pump handle (1) clockwise as far as it will go.

BUILDING UP THE OPERATING PRESSURE
Move the pump handle (1) up and down until the pressure sprayer has been pumped up to a pressure not
exceeding the maximum permissible operating pressure.
Note: if the pressure of the air in the container reaches to the maximum, the pressure is automatically
released through the safety valve (3).
Press the pump handle (1) downwards into the recesses.
Note: Make sure the handle is secured by the recesses before carrying or transport in order to prevent loss
of fuel, damage or injury.
SPRAYING
WARNING!
Take into account of wind, rain and other climate and environmental conditions to avoid
of uncontrolled or unintended liquid distribution.
Hang the pressure sprayer over your shoulder by the carrying strap (6).
Note: Ensure that the pressure sprayer is always kept upright.
Hold the spray tube firmly by the handle (11) and direct the adjustable spray nozzle (7) e.g. at a plant.
Press the trigger (13) to start spraying.
Release the trigger (13) to stop spraying.
Note: When the pressure in the container (5) is no longer sufficient to spray, pump the container (5) to
increase the pressure.
When finish of spraying, pull the safety valve (3) upwards as far as it will go to release the residual pressure
in the container (5) (See Fig. 3).

Troubleshooting
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Follow below solutions to solve the problem encountered, or contact the retailer or manufacturer.

7. CLEANING AND CARE
WARNING!
Always release residual pressure before cleaning (See Fig. 3). Protect yourself with
suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) from hazardous substances, as you wold
while spraying. Take precautions to avoid environmental contamination from hazardous
substances.
WARNING!
If the nozzle (7) seems to be blocked, do not try to blow it free with your mouth.
Clean the pressure sprayer after each use!
1. Cleaning of the pressure sprayer
Unscrew the spray nozzle (7).
Clean the spray nozzle (7) under running water.
If the spray nozzle (7) is clogged, clean it by pushing a needle through it.
Flush through the pressure sprayer, pipes and tubes with water.
Clean the surfaces of the product with a moist cloth.
2. Cleaning of the suction hose (12)
Loosen the union nut of the suction hose (9) on the container (5).
Pull the suction hose (12) out of the container (5).
Clean the suction hose (12) under running water.
After cleaning, insert the suction hose (12) back in its opening on the container (5).
Tighten the union nut (9) hand-tight.
3. Clean the pump (2) and container (5)
Remove the pump unit (2) and flush it under running water.
Rinse the spray container (5) with water. Turn it upside down to empty it completely.
STORAGE
Release any residual pressure still present in the container (5) after use. To do this, pull the safety valve
button (3) upwards until you can no longer hear the hiss of escaping air.
Thoroughly clean the device and allow it to dry before you put it away for the winter. This will avoid frost
damage.
Clean the pressure sprayer before storing it away.
Remove any leftover spray product from the container (5) and the pipes.
Store the pressure sprayer in a dry, dust-free place.

9. WARRANTY
A statutory warranty applies for tills product.
Damages caused by wrong treatment or operation, by false placement or storage, improper connection or
installation, as well as force or other external influences are not covered by this warranty. We recommend careful
reading of the operating instructions as It contains important information.
Note:
1. In case this product does not function correctly, please firstly check if there are other reasons, e.g. for
electrical appliances interruption of the power supply, or generally incorrect handling are the cause.
2. Please note that, where possible, the following documents or rather information should be provided together
with your faulty product:
- Purchase receipt
- Model description / Type / Brand
- Describe the fault and problem as detailed as possible
In the case of a claim for guarantee or defects, please contact the seller.

10. DISPOSAL
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling
facilities. Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-
out product.

Put any used package material to the place determined by the municipality for waste disposal.
