1. Replacemechanicalsealinthepump.Besuretofillthe
pressurelubricatordailywithFinnPumpGrease.*Note:
Customermaywanttoreplaceallthesealsandbearingsinthe
pumpwhiletheyaretakingitapart.Besuretosuggestthe
laborsavingsindoingitallatonetime.




debris.

2. Feelthebearingareaonthecasing.Isitwarmorthesourceofthe
vibration?Ifsoreplacepumpsealsandbearings.


3. Ifmachinehasacouplinginsertbetweenthepumpandthe
clutch‐inspectformissingteethoralignmentissues.Ifmissing
teethreplaceinsert.


