?Any health and hygiene regulations for kitchens;
Municipal and/or local building and fire prevention regulations;
?Current accident prevention regulations;
Law no.1083 dated December 61971 ?Rules for safe use of gas fuel?;
UNI-CIG 7129/92 and UNI-CIG 7131/72 standards ?Rules for gas systems connected
to the mains or LPG-powered?;
UNI-CIG 7723/77 standard ?Gas-powered cooking appliances and similar designed for
large systems. Safety rules?;
UNI-CIG 8723/86 standard ?Gas systems for appliances used in professional kitchens
and in the contract sector?;
-Any regulations established by the gas company;
