moderate injury, or product damage to the WalkTop™ or your treadmill.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury read this manual in its enrety as well as the safety recommendaons accompany-
ing your treadmill.
Improper use of this product may cause serious injury. Fitne™ assumes no liability for any personal injury or
property damage that may be sustained by or through the solitary use of this product or the use of this prod-
uct in conjuncon with any other apparatus.
1. We strongly recommend that all users consult their physician before starng any exercise program.
2. Read all safety precauons included with your treadmill before installing the WalkTop™.
3. Familiarize yourself with the operaon and use of your treadmill prior to aaching the WalkTop™.
4. The WalkTop™ may obstruct control features of some treadmills. Please ensure that your treadmill has
emergency stop features that allow quick access while using the WalkTop™.
5. Do not sit or place item(s) whose total weight exceeds 35 lbs (16 kg) on the WalkTop™.
6. Note the deck length of your treadmill to ensure you will not fall o the treadmill while walking with
the WalkTop™ installed.
7. Do not run with the WalkTop™ installed. Walk slowly. Users should be familiar with the speed controls
of their individual treadmill unit.
8. Keep children under the age of 12 and pets away from treadmills and the WalkTop™.
9. The WalkTop™ is made for a single user. Do not allow more than one person on the treadmill unit at a
me.

10. Ensure that your treadmill and WalkTop™ are placed on a level surface. Follow treadmill manufacturer
guidelines for clearance surrounding your unit.
11. It is the responsibility of the owner to alert any other users of the WalkTop™ to these safety precauons.
12. Wear appropriate clothing when using your treadmill. Athlec shoes are recommended. Avoid footwear
with heels.
13. Do not place hot items, liquid or solid, on your WalkTop™. Do not use sharp tools of any kind while using
your WalkTop™.
14. Clear all items from the WalkTop™ before aempng to move, dismantle, or make adjustments.
15. Do not aempt to use the WalkTop™ unl it is fully installed and all assembly points checked.
16. Inspect and ghten all fasteners on the WalkTop™ on a regular basis.
17. Use your treadmill and WalkTop™ only in the manner described and recommended.

er assembly, installaon, negligence, or misuse of the treadmill unit.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Fitne™ warrants that this product is free of defects in workmanship and materials u-
lized under normal use and service condions. This warranty is in eect from the date of
purchase for a period of ninety (90) days. This warranty is extended only to the original
purchaser and cannot be assigned, sold or conveyed in any fashion. This warranty does
not apply to products that are used on commercial treadmills or in uncontrolled locaons
with mulple users and treadmills.
Fitne™ makes no warranes, express or implied, and specically excludes and disclaims
any and all implied warranes or condions of merchantability or tness for a parcular
purpose or use, whether statutory or otherwise. All other obligaons or liabilies of Fit-
ne™, whether under a theory of negligence or strict liability, contract, tort or otherwise,
arising out of or relang to the sale, use or operaon of tness equipment or tness ac-
cessories, or otherwise, are excluded by Fitne™ and hereby expressly waived by buyer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Please consult your treadmill OWNER’s MANUAL for WARRANTY INFORMATION
regarding your treadmill. WalkTop™ and Fitne™ assume no responsibility for the improp-
er assembly, installaon, negligence, or misuse of the treadmill unit.
CAUTION: Do not depress the red adjustment lever unl the installaon process is com-
plete. To avoid accidental opening of the WalkTop™, leave the storage strap secured unl
the installaon is complete.
STEP ONE
a) Place unit on oor tabletop side down with arrow facing user. The red adjustment lever should
be facing away from you
b) Measure the approximate distance between the handrails on your treadmill

STEP TWO
a) Loosen thumbscrews (counterclockwise) on the underside of the unit and posion aachment
brackets to approximate width of treadmill handrails.
b) Lightly reghten thumbscrews (clockwise) to avoid accidental movement of the aachment
brackets during the installaon process.
STEP THREE
a) Turn tabletop up with the arrow facing the treadmill control panel and place unit horizontally
across treadmill handrails.
b) Center the arrow with the treadmill control panel. The red adjustment lever should now be
facing you.
c) Place the unit as near the treadmill control panel without interfering with treadmill controls.

STEP FOUR
a) Loosen thumbscrews (counterclockwise) and push each of the four aachment brackets ghtly
against the inside of the treadmill handrails.
b) Wrap four adjustment straps around treadmill handrails.
c) If treadmill has angled arms, obtain help to hold WalkTop™ in place while adjustment straps
are being secured.
STEP FIVE
a) Tighten adjustment straps rmly into place. Do not over-ghten.
b) Repeat this step for all four (4) adjustment straps
NOTE: If the straps are not long enough then extension straps can be ordered at www.Walktop.com

STEP SIX
a) Verify unit is centered and not interfering with treadmill controls.
b) Tighten thumbscrews (clockwise) on underside of unit.
c) Remove the security strap to complete the installaon.
YOUR WALKTOP™ IS NOW INSTALLED!
IMPORTANT
Aer inial setup, remove protecve lm from tabletop once the WalkTop™ is secured to the
treadmill.
Reapply storage strap when removing unit.
Inspect and ghten all fasteners on the WalkTop™ on a regular basis.

Press the red adjustment lever to adjust the back of the unit to the height of your elbows when they
are bent at 90
OPERATION & ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: Remove all objects from tabletop prior to making any adjustments. Never ad-
just the unit while the treadmill is moving. Keep ngers clear of hinge mechanisms.
STEP ONE: SET HEIGHT
Use both hands when making this adjustment.
Place your dominant hand on the red lever and non-dominant hand at top center of
tabletop. Do not place hand on sides near hinge mechanisms.
Use your non-dominant hand to control the moon of the tabletop up or to push
the tabletop down. Release the adjustment lever to lock posion

STEP TWO: LEVEL TABLETOP
Place hands under the front corner of each side of the tabletop.
Slowly li in unison to one of the seven (7) predetermined locaons.
Posions can only be selected when starng from the lowered posion. If you move past the
desired ratchet seng, see STEP THREE.

STEP THREE: RESETTING RATCHET
To reset ratchet, li tabletop all the way to top and then lower to boom.
IMPORTANT
Return the WalkTop™ to the fully closed posion prior to removing from the treadmill.
