The XT60 ports output high voltage. Improper operation may cause electric shock or
arcing. Do not use non-XT60 connector objects or body parts to touch the output ports.
Please cover it with a dedicated protective cover when not in use.

All ports on DC Box are output only. Do not connect any power source to the ports on DC Box.
All USB Type-A ports on DC Box provide standard charging protocol only. Connect the USB cable to
the product to power up or recharge your devices.
All USB Type-C ports on PONY 500 and DC Box support both standard and fast charge protocols.
Connect the USB cable to the product to power-up or recharge your devices.

Output: 40-58.8 V 3.5 A
Plug-in DC Box: Align the metal
contacts on the DC Box and PONY 500
then buckle the DC Box to PONY 500.
Remove DC Box: Press and hold the
button on both sides of the DC Box to
release it from PONY 500.

The DC Box does not support hot plugging, make sure to power off PONY 500 before plug-in or
removing DC Box.
Metal contacts output high voltage, which may cause electric shock. Do not touch the metal contacts
with metallic objects or body parts while PONY 500 is powered on.
The dirt on the metal contacts may affect the use of PONY 500. To clean, please power off PONY 500
first and use a dry cloth or alcoholic cotton to clean the metal contacts.

Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn on or turn off the product.

The LEDs show the remaining power. Each LED represents 20% of battery power.

Charging and Charging Time
Fully charge the product before first use.
Place the product on a secure, flat surface and keep away from the heat source when charging.
USB Type-C
Connect the USB cable to the product and the adapter. Charging takes about 5 hours.

01. Operating and Storage Environments
Note: Please follow the safety instruction below for operating and storing this product.
Use and store this product in an environment away from water, and avoid soaking the product in water or exposing it
to rain or snow. Water seepage may lead to faults.
Safety Instructions
During charging, the housing is normally heated to about 40°C. If the temperature continues to increase, cut off the
power supply immediately to end the charging. During charging, keep away from flammables and explosives.
Avoid strong static electricity and electromagnetic radiation in the environment. They may lead to circuit faults and
cause severe accidents.
During use, charging, and storage, place the product on a secure and flat surface to avoid falling.
03. Service
This product contains high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, so repair must be performed by customer service. Dissem-
bling and repairing it by yourself may lead to severe accidents.
The leather handle has a strength of about 40 kg. Use the handle only for carrying the product. Using the handle for other
purposes, such as weight lifting and swinging, may cause the handle to break, leading to damages or personal injuries.
Use a dry cloth to clean this product. Do not use a wet cloth or corrosive chemical detergents.
02. Operating Safety
In operation, keep out of reach of children to protect them from electric shock.
Power off the product before removing or connecting an accessory such as DC Box or adapter to avoid electrical shock.
Charge the product with an appropriate power supply. High or low current may lead to charging failure or product damages.
In operation, keep away from fire or any other high-temperature heat source to avoid abnormal operations caused
by overheating.
In operation, place the product on a secure and flat surface to avoid falling. In case of a fall from height or violent shock,
stop using it immediately and send it for service and repair.
If this product is not used for a long time, charge or discharge the battery to about 50% before placing it into storage,
to avoid battery damages caused by overdischarge.

01. USB Type-C Charging Failure
Troubleshooting
This product supports USB Type-C fast charging. Use the provided USB Type-C charging cable or any other appropriate
USB Type-C cables for charging.
02. Charging Failure
Ensure that the adapter connector is securely connected to the DC port.
This product has overcurrent and overvoltage protections. Ensure that the input power is appropriate. When the protection
is activated, cut off the power supply and restart this product.
Use a PD adapter with a maximum output voltage of 20 V or above.
To maintain the battery lifespan, charge and discharge it every two months.
If the fault is caused by external loads, remove the loads, and press and hold the power button for over 1 second to turn
on the product again. If the fault is caused by the battery, power off the product and contact customer service. Do not
dissemble and install the battery pack by yourself.
03. Abnormal Output
Press and hold the power button for over 1 second to cut off the power output.
Disconnect the DC port for troubleshooting.

Q1 Can I charge the product when it is connected to a load?
The battery can be charged and discharged at the same time.

Q2 How do I store this product if it is not used for a long time?
Ensure that the battery level is about 50%, and then store it at room temperature of about 25°C. In the storage period,
charge and discharge the battery every two months, and ensure that the battery level is about 50% before placing
it into storage again.

Q4 Can I bring this product onto a plane?
As the battery capacity exceeds the limit specified in applicable flight safety regulations on lithium batteries, this
product is prohibited from air transportation.
