Advanced IR remote control features:
1. Changing fan parameters:
1.1. DISCO –brightness priority: press the DISCO button for 3s (confirmation by a yellow blink).
1.2. THEATRE –low volume priority: press the THEATRE button for 3s (confirmation by a white
blink).
2. Changing DMX parameters
2.1. Switching to DMX mode:
2.1.1. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button once –DMX mode is turned on.
2.1.2. Press again to exit the DMX mode.
2.2. Setting DMX address:
2.2.1. Enter the DMX address setting mode by pressing the DMX button for 3s (confirmation by
green blink).
2.2.2. Select the address with the number buttons - enter the address in the range from 1 to 511
(after each correctly entered digit the lamp will confirm it by green blink). Blinking in red
means giving the wrong value –entering the address should be started from the beginning.
2.2.3. After entering the last digit, press ENTER. Setting the address will be confirmed by a
double green blink. The process can be canceled by pressing the ESC key.
2.3. Changing DMX channel modes:
2.3.1. Enter the DMX address setting mode by pressing the DMX button for 3s (confirmation by
green blink).
2.3.2. Press MODE button to change the mode to the next one. Available modes order: Classic 6
-> Classic 8 -> Pro-6 -> Pro-7 -> RGB -> RGBW -> RGB16bit -> RGBW16bit -> FlashADMX
3. Turning the remote control on / off and selecting the device with a specific IR address
For each Flash-Professional device with the IR remote control feature, the user has the option of assigning
an IR address (MENU -> SETUP -> IR address) so that, if the device group is mounted in close proximity to
each other, it is possible to control one of them without the risk of switching the parameters of the
neighboring lamp (which may happen in the case of the use of IR technology, e.g. in the case of incorrect
targeting towards the device receiver).
3.1. Setting the IR address:
3.1.1. In the device menu, select SETUP -> IR address, press the ENTER button, set the address in
the range of 001 to 999. Selecting the OFF value will cause the functions of temporarily
switching off the control and selecting the device with a specific ID will not work.
3.2. Temporarily disabling the IR remote control functions:
3.2.1. In the device menu, set the IR address to a value in the range of 001 to 999 (see section 3.1)
3.2.2. On the remote control press the MODE button: the functions called by the remote control
do not work in the device to which the control beam was directed.
3.2.3. On the remote control, press the POWER button: restoring the normal operation of the
remote control in the selected device, all functions operate as standard.
3.3. Selection of the device to be controlled by the remote control
3.3.1. In the device menu, set the IR address to a value in the range of 001 to 999, e.g. 004 (see
section 3.1) .
3.3.2. On the remote control, press and hold the FIXT button (confirmation with a green blink).
3.3.3. Within 5 seconds start entering the device ID (IR address) of the lamp you want to control,
for example 004 (always give all three digits of the ID). Each received digit will be
