1.1 Lieferumfang
Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Zustand.

Diese Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil des Lieferumfangs.
1.2 Haftung, Gewährleistung, Garantie
Der Betreiber übernimmt bei Abnahme des Produktes die Betriebsverantwortung.
Der Gewährleistungszeitraum beträgt 12 Monate ab Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung.
Die Gewährleistung wird im Sinne unserer allgemeinen Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingun-
gen nur übernommen bei:
bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung des Produktes im Sinne dieser Betriebsanlei-
tung.
ordnungs- und sachgemäßer Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung.

keine Haftung.
Die Herstellergarantie erlischt bei Schäden und Betriebsstörungen, die auf eigenmäch-
tige Umbauten und Veränderungen an dem gelieferten Gerät zurückzuführen sind.

Neben dieser Betriebsanleitung stellen wir Ihnen folgende Dokumente zur Verfügung:

1.4 Aufbewahrung der Betriebsanleitung
Diese Betriebsanleitung mit den dazugehörenden Anhängen muss für den Bediener
jederzeit verfügbar sein.
1.5 Wegweiser
Dieser Wegweiser hilft Ihnen, sich in der Betriebsanleitung zurechtzufinden.
Zur Orientierung werden folgende Formatierungen gegeben:

1.6 Sicherheitshinweise

führt, die zu dem jeweiligen Kapitel wichtig sind.

2. Sicherheit
2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Fasspumpen dienen dem schnellen und sicheren Entleeren oder Umfüllen von
Behältern, Fässern und Containern.
Je nach Ausführung können sie Flüssigkeiten aller Art fördern, egal ob dünnflüssig,
neutral, aggressiv oder toxisch.
Zapfpistolen dienen dem komfortablen Abfüllen.
Die Pumpen werden transportabel eingesetzt.
2.1.1 Vorhersehbarer Missbrauch
Pumpen- und Zusatzmaterial muss immer auf das Fördergut abgestimmt sein (siehe
Beständigkeitsliste).
Beachten Sie beim Wechsel der Flüssigkeit die internen Betriebsanweisungen.
Berücksichtigen Sie mögliche chemische Reaktionen und daraus resultierende
Gesundheitsgefährdungen und Materialschäden.
Nichtbeachten kann zu Schäden an Pumpe und Motor und zu Verletzungen des
Bedienpersonals führen.
Die Fasspumpen und das Zubehör sind nicht dafür bestimmt, durch nicht eingewiesene
Personen bzw. durch Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre
Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das
Gerät zu benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen.
2.2 Symbol- und Hinweiserklärung
Sicherheitshinweise sind mit
einem Sicherheitskennzeichen und
einem Gefahrenhinweis
gekennzeichnet. Sie helfen Ihnen, mögliche Gefahren zu erkennen, Risiken zu vermei-
den und das Gerät sicher zu betreiben.
In der Betriebsanleitung erhalten Sie zusätzlich Handlungsanweisungen zur Gefahren-
vermeidung.
Gefahrenhinweise sind in drei Kategorien abhängig von der Schwere einer möglichen
Verletzung eingeteilt. Entsprechend der Schwere werden verschiedene Signalwörter
verwendet.

3. Sicherheit
Nicht im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich einsetzen.
Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten fördern.
Motor nie ohne Pumpe betreiben.
Verletzungsgefahr durch freilaufende Antriebswelle.
Den Motor nur zusammen mit den Pumpen F 310 und F/FP 314
und entsprechenden Flüssigkeiten betreiben.
Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, ob der Motor richtig auf der
Pumpe aufsitzt. Der Stift am Motor muss in einer der beiden Boh-
rungen sitzen. Die Spannhebel müssen beide am Motor hörbar
eingerastet sein.
Motor erst einschalten, wenn sich die Pumpe in der Flüssigkeit
befindet.
Vor dem Öffnen der Spannhebel den Motor ausschalten.
Warten Sie, bis sich der Motor nicht mehr dreht, bevor Sie ihn
abnehmen.
Der Motor ist nicht explosionsgeschützt.
Der Motor hat die Schutzart IP 24.

Der Motor ist mit einem Überstromschutzschalter ausgerüstet.
Bei Überlastung wird der Motor automatisch ausgeschaltet. Nach
Abkühlung kann der Motor durch Drücken des Knopfes an der
rechten Seite des Motorgehäuses wieder eingeschaltet werden.
Wiederholte Überlastung kann den Motor beschädigen.
Spannungsversorgung mit FI-Schutzschalter ausstatten. Starke
Verschmutzung, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Materialzerstörung
des Motorgehäuses kann zu gefährlichen Stromstößen führen.
Pumpe nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
Pumpe nicht der Witterung aussetzen.
Pumpe nicht über aggressiven Dämpfen aufbewahren.
Trockenlauf vermeiden.
Pumpe nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.
Pumpe nur für bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch einsetzen.
Die Gebrauchslage der Pumpe ist senkrecht.
Pumpe nur bis zum Druckstutzen in die Flüssigkeit tauchen.
Pumpe so aufstellen, dass sie nicht in den Behälter fallen kann.
Pumpe bis max. 45°C (PP) bzw. 60°C (PVDF, S) Flüssigkeits-
temperatur verwenden.
Pumpe nur während des Pumpvorganges in der Flüssigkeit
stehen lassen.
Pumpe nur mit geeignetem Schlauch betreiben.
Schlauch gegen Abrutschen vom Schlauchstecker sichern.
Schlauch regelmäßig auf Betriebssicherheit prüfen.
Betriebsinterne Anweisungen beachten.
Schutzkleidung tragen.
(Gesichts- und Atemschutz, Schutzhandschuhe usw.)

4. Inbetriebnahme
Zur Vermeidung von Verunreinigungen beim Fördern sind Pumpen
und Zubehör sorgfältig zu reinigen.
Informationen zur Demontage und Montage der Pumpe und
Zubehör finden Sie in den entsprechenden Kapiteln.
Interne Betriebsanweisungen beachten.
> Die Betriebsspannung mit dem Typenschild vergleichen.
> Das Netzanschlusskabel vor jeder Benutzung auf Beschädigung überprüfen.
> Das Netzanschlusskabel von Flüssigkeit fernhalten.
> Schlauch und Abfüllarmatur sicher mit der Pumpe verbinden.
4.1 Inbetriebnahme JUNIORFLUX
> Vor dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers 2-Stufen-Schalter auf „0“ (Mitte) stellen.
> Netzstecker einstecken.
> Die Pumpe in die Flüssigkeit eintauchen.
> Motor einschalten. Stufe I (reduzierte Drehzahl) oder Stufe II.
4.2 Inbetriebnahme COMBIFLUX
> Den Motor auf die Pumpe aufsetzen und verriegeln.
> Vor dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers 2-Stufen-Schalter auf „0“ (Mitte) stellen.
> Netzstecker einstecken.
> Die Pumpe in die Flüssigkeit eintauchen.
> Motor einschalten. Stufe I (reduzierte Drehzahl) oder Stufe II.

4.3 Montage / Demontage COMBIFLUX an Motor FEM 3070
> Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, ob der Motor richtig auf der
Pumpe aufsitzt.
Der Stift am Motor muss in einer der beiden Bohrungen sitzen.
Die Spannhebel müssen beide am Motor hörbar eingerastet sein.
> Motor nie ohne Pumpe betreiben (Verletzungsgefahr durch frei-
laufende Antriebswelle).
Den Motor so positionieren, dass der Stift in eine der beiden Bohrungen passt.
Die Spannhebel in Richtung Motor drücken, bis beide hörbar eingerastet sind.
Zum Abnehmen des Motors die beiden Spannhebel vom Motor ausrasten.
Vor dem Öffnen der Spannhebel den Motor ausschalten.
Warten Sie, bis sich der Motor nicht mehr dreht, bevor Sie ihn
abnehmen.
5. Reinigung nach jeder Benutzung
> Die Pumpe mit einem geeigneten Reinigungsmittel durchspülen.
> Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten verwenden.
> Pumpe und Schlauch müssen gegenüber dem Reinigungsmittel beständig sein.
> Pumpe nur bis zum Auslaufstutzen in das Reinigungsmittel tauchen.

6. Überprüfung / Reparatur
Die Pumpe gemäß den gesetzlichen/länderspezifischen
Bestimmungen und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften regelmäßig
überprüfen (in Deutschland z.B. DGUV Vorschrift 3).
Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Hersteller vorgenommen werden.
Vor dem Abnehmen des Motors Pumpe, Schlauch und
Armaturen entleeren.
6.1 Ersatz/Änderung der Netzanschlusskabel
Achtung!
Defekte Netzanschlusskabel grundsätzlich ersetzen.
Änderungen am Netzanschlusskabel und Ersatz des Netzan-
schlusskabels dürfen nur von Elektrofachkräften durchgeführt
werden.
Beim Ersatz/Änderung der Netzanschlusskabel mindestens folgende Ausführungen
verwenden: Typ H05 RN-F 2X 0,75.

sponding attachments must always be observed. We will not accept liability for any
damages or failures due to non-compliance with these operating instructions.
This manufacturer warranty is void for any damages and failures resulting from
unauthorised alterations or modifications of the product.

2. Safety
2.1 Intended use
The drum pumps are used for quick and save liquid transfer or emptying of tanks,
drums and containers.
According to the design, they can pump liquids of all kinds, whether liquid, neutral,
aggressive or toxic.
Hand nozzles allow for convenient filling.
The pumps are used as mobile devices.
2.1.1 Foreseeable misuse
Pump and accessory material must always be suitable for the product to be transferred
(see resistance chart).
Observe the operating instructions when changing the liquid. Take possible chemical
reactions and the resulting health hazards and material damage into account.
The drum pumps and the accessories are not intended to be used by uninstructed per-
sons or by persons with limited physical, sensory or intellectual capabilities, unless they
are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive instructions from that
person on how the device is to be used.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2.2 Symbols and signs
Safety instructions are marked by

This will help you to identify potential hazards, to avoid risks and to operate the
device safely.
In addition, the operating instructions contain instructions for hazard avoidance.
Danger warnings are classified in three categories according to the severity of a
potential injury. Different signal words are used according to the severity.
The signification of the safety signs is signalled by shape and colour (DIN 4844):

2.3 Safety signs
In this document, the following signal words are used in conjunction with safety signs
to illustrate potential hazards.
Danger!
Death, severe personal injury or substantial property damage will
result if proper precautions are not taken.
Warning!

Caution!
Minor personal injury or property damage may result if proper
precautions are not taken.
Attention!

Indicates information and instructions for safe and effective
operation.
3. Safety
Do not operate in hazardous locations.
Do not transfer any flammable liquids.
Never operate motor without pump.
Risk of injury due to open drive shaft.
Only use the motor with the pumps F 310 and F/FP 314 and
corresponding liquids.
Check before switching on if the motor fits properly to the pump.
The pin on the motor must be in one of the two bores.
The clamping levers must be audibly locked on the motor.
Only switch on the motor when the pump is in the liquid.
Switch off the motor before opening the clamping levers. Wait
until the motor does not turn anymore before you remove it.
The motor is not explosion-proof.
Protection class IP 24.
The motor comprises a built-in overload cut-out switch.
The motor is switched off automatically in case of overloading.
After having cooled down, the motor can be switched on again
by pressing the button on the right side of the motor housing.
Repeated overloading may cause damage to the motor.

Power supply must include a fault current breaker.
Dirt accumulation, high humidity or material damage on the
motor housing may lead to dangerous current surges.
Never leave the pump unattended.
Do not expose the pump to the weather.
Never store the pump in areas in which corrosive vapours exist.
Avoid dry running.
Clean pump after every operation.
Only use the pump for its intended purpose.
The pump has to be stored in a vertical position.
The pump should not be immersed deeper into the liquid than the
outlet connection.
Install the pump in a way which ensures that it cannot fall into the
container.
Only use the pump up to max. 45°C (PP) or 60°C (PVDF and S)
liquid temperature.
The pump should only be left standing in the liquid as long as in
operation.
Only use the pump with a suitable discharge hose.
Ensure that the hose is securely fixed to the hosetail.
Regularly check the hose and connections to ensure safe
operation.
Follow internal instructions.
Wear protective clothing
(face and breathing protection, protective gloves, etc.)
4. Commissioning
In order to avoid contamination when transferring pumps and
accessories must be carefully cleaned.
You will find information on assembly and disassembly in the
corresponding chapters.
Respect the internal operating instructions
> Ensure that the supply voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the
name plate.
> Always check the power supply cable for damage before starting operation.
> Keep liquid away from the power supply cable.
> Connect hose and filling unit safely with the pump.

> Before inserting the plug to the socket, ensure that two-step-switch is set to "0"
(central position).
> Insert the plug.
> Insert the pump into the liquid.

> Check before starting the motor if it fits properly on the pump.
> The pin on the motor must be in one of the two bores.
> The clamping levers must both be audibly locked on the motor.
> Never operate the motor without pump (risk of injury due to open
drive shaft).
Position the motor in such a way that the pin fits into one of the two bores.
Press the clamping levers towards the motor until they are both audibly locked.
To remove the motor unlock the two clamping levers.
Before opening the clamping levers switch off the motor. Wait
until the motor does not turn anymore before removing it.
5. Cleaning after every operation
> Clean the pump by flushing an appropriate cleaning agent.
> Do not use flammable liquids to clean the pump.
> The pump and flexible hose must be compatible with the cleaning agent.
> The pump should not be immersed deeper into the cleaning agent than the
outlet connection.

6. Testing / Repair
Regularly check the pump according to the relevant national
safety regulations and/or rules for prevention of accidents (in the
Federal Republic of Germany these are e.g. DGUV 3).
Repairs should only be carried out by the manufacturer.
Before removing the motor empty pump, hose and valves.
6.1 Replacing / change of power cable
Attention!
Always replace defective mains connection cables.
Changes to the power cable or replacement of the power cable

2. Sécurité
2.1 Usage normal de l’équipement de travail
Les pompes vide-fûts servent à transvaser ou à vider, rapidement et en toute sécurité,
des fûts, des containers ou autres contenants divers.
Elles peuvent selon les modèles pomper des liquides de toute nature, qu'ils soient
fluides, neutres, aggressives ou toxiques.
Les pistolets facilitent le transvasement.
Les pompes sont utilisées mobiles.
2.1.1 Contre-indications d’utilisation
Les matériaux des pompes et accessoires doivent toujours être adaptés aux matières
à pomper (voir liste de compatibilité).
Veuillez respecter les instructions de service internes lors du changement de liquide.
Tenez compte des éventuelles réactions chimiques et des dangers en résultant pour la
santé et les matériaux.
Le non-respect de cette consigne peut entraîner des dommages sur la pompe et le
moteur et provoquer des blessures chez le personnel opérateur.
Les pompes vide-fûts et leurs accessoires ne doivent pas être utilisées par des per-
sonnes non instruites de leur fonctionnement ou par des personnes dont les capacités
physiques, sensorielles ou intellectuelles sont limitées, sauf si celles-ci sont surveillées
par une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou si elles ont obtenu de cette personne
les instructions nécessaires à l'utilisation de l'équipement.
Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour être sûr qu'ils ne jouent pas avec l'équipement.
2.2 Explication des symboles et des signaux

3. Sécurité
Ne jamais utiliser dans une zone soumise au danger d'explosion.
N’utiliser que pour des liquides inflammables.
Ne jamais utiliser le moteur sans pompe.
Danger de blessures par la rotation libre de l’arbre de
l’entraînement.
N’utiliser le moteur qu’avec les pompes F 310 et F/FP 314 et les
liquides compatibles.
Vérifier avant de démarrer le moteur s’il est bien monté sur la
pompe. La goupille du moteur doit rester dans un des deux trous.
Les leviers de serrage doivent être audiblement encliquetés au
moteur.
Ne mettre le moteur en marche que lorsque la pompe est
plongée dans le liquide.
Arrêter le moteur avant d’ouvrir les leviers de serrage.
Attendre l’arrêt du moteur avant de le retirer.
Moteur NON-ADF.
Classe de protection IP 24.
Le moteur est muni d'un commutateur-disjoncteur de protection
contre les surcharges. Le moteur s'arrête automatiquement en
cas de surcharges. La manette située à la partie droite du moteur
ne doit être manipulée qu'après le refroidissement du moteur.
Des surcharges trop souvent répétées peuvent entraîner une
détérioration du moteur.
