1 Sicherheit
1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Kollektormotoren dienen dem Antrieb von Fasspumpen zum schnellen und
sicheren Entleeren oder Umfüllen von Behältern, Fässern und Containern in nicht
explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
Alle Sicherheitshinweise müssen beachtet und befolgt werden.
Das Nichtbeachten der Sicherheitshinweise kann das Leben und die Gesundheit von
Personen gefährden, zu Umweltschäden und/oder zu umfangreichen Sachschäden
führen.
Die Beachtung der Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung hilft, Gefahren zu
vermeiden und den vollen Produktnutzen zu sichern.
Achtung!
Verletzungsgefahr durch frei laufende Antriebswelle.
Motoren nie ohne Pumpe betreiben.
Pumpe nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
Pumpe so aufstellen, dass sie nicht in den Behälter fallen kann.
Pumpe nur mit geeignetem Schlauch betreiben.
Pumpe nur bis unterhalb des Druckstutzens in die Flüssigkeit
eintauchen.
Schlauch gegen Abrutschen vom Schlauchstecker sichern.
Lärmbelastung!
Gehörschutz benutzen.
Achtung!
Motoren ohne Unterspannungsauslösung gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Anlaufen sichern.
Gefahr Elektrischer Schlag!
Wir empfehlen die Spannungsversorgung in Feuchträumen mit
FI-Schutzschalter auszustatten.
Starke Verschmutzung, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Materialzer-
störung des Motorgehäuses kann zu gefährlichen Stromschlägen
führen.
Prüfen Sie das Netzanschlusskabel vor jeder Benutzung auf
Beschädigung.
Änderungen des Netzanschlusses nur durch Elektro-Fachkräfte.

Bei diesen Motoren kann mit einem Stellknopf die gewünschte Drehzahl stufenlos
eingestellt werden (Regulierung der Fördermenge).
Temperaturbegrenzer
Bei Motoren mit Temperaturbegrenzer wird die maximale Temperatur der Feldwicklung
überwacht. Wird die maximale Temperatur überschritten, schaltet der Motor aus. Der
Motor kann erst nach einer längeren Abkühlzeit (bis zu 20 Minuten) wieder eingeschal-
tet werden. Wiederholte Überlastung kann den Motor beschädigen. Eine Überlastung
kann durch Flüssigkeiten mit höherer Viskosität oder mit höherer Dichte im Vergleich zu
Wasser entstehen. Schaltet der Motor wegen Überlastung ab, vermindern Sie die
Drehzahl.
Überstromschutzschalter
Wird der maximale Strom überschritten, schaltet der Motor aus. Nach Abkühlung kann
der Motor durch Betätigen des Ein-/Aus-Schalters wieder eingeschaltet werden.
Überstromauslösung
Wird der maximale Strom überschritten, schaltet der Motor aus. Der Motor kann sofort
durch Betätigen des Ein-/Aus-Schalters wieder eingeschaltet werden.
Unterspannungsauslösung
Motoren mit Unterspannungsauslösung sind gegen unbeabsichtigtes Anlaufen nach
einer Unterbrechung der Betriebsspannung gesichert (siehe Typenschild U<).
Motoren mit Unterspannungsauslösung können nicht ferngesteuert werden.
Nur durch Betätigen des Ein-/Aus-Schalters kann der Motor wieder in Betrieb
genommen werden.
Achtung!
Motoren ohne Unterspannungsauslösung gegen unbeabsichtig-
tes Anlaufen sichern. Der Motor läuft nach einem Netzausfall
automatisch wieder an.

4 Montage und Inbetriebnahme
Achtung!
Motoren der Schutzklasse I dürfen nur in einem Netz mit Schutz-
leiter betrieben werden.
> Die Betriebsspannung mit dem Typenschild vergleichen.
> Den Motor auf die Pumpe aufsetzen.
Verletzungsgefahr!
Pumpe nur in Betrieb nehmen, wenn die Überwurfmutter
zwischen Pumpe und Motor von Hand fest angezogen ist.
> Pumpe in die Flüssigkeit stellen und durch eine Fassverschraubung oder eine
Anklemmvorrichtung am Gefäß befestigen.
> Das Netzanschlusskabel vor jeder Benutzung auf Beschädigungen überprüfen.
> Das Netzanschlusskabel von Lösemittel fernhalten.
> Vor dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers Ein-/ Aus-Schalter auf „0“ (Stopp) stellen.
> Netzstecker einstecken bzw. anschließen.
> Motor einschalten.
Verletzungsgefahr!
Motor erst einschalten, wenn sich die Pumpe in der Flüssigkeit
befindet.

5 Instandhaltung
Gefahr durch Verspritzen der Flüssigkeit!
Vor dem Abnehmen des Motors:
Pumpe, Schlauch und Armaturen entleeren.
Bei Gegendruck den Motor nicht abnehmen.
Bei unter Druck stehendem Behälter darf der Motor erst abge-
nommen werden, wenn der Behälter drucklos ist.
Gefahr Elektrischer Schlag!
Starke Verschmutzung, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Materialzerstö-
rung des Motorgehäuses kann zu gefährlichen Stromschlägen füh-
ren.
Hinweis
Defekte Teile grundsätzlich ersetzen.
Verwenden Sie Originalersatzteile.
Beim Einschicken von Pumpen zur Reparatur muss die Dekon-
taminationsbescheinigung beigelegt werden (Download unter
www.flux-pumps.com).
5.1 Ersatz der Netzanschlusskabel
Achtung!
Defekte Netzanschlusskabel grundsätzlich ersetzen.
Änderungen am Netzanschlusskabel dürfen nur von Elektro-
fachkräften durchgeführt werden.
Beim Ersatz der Netzanschlusskabel mindestens folgende Ausführungen verwenden:

1 Safety
1.1 Intended Use
The commutator motors are used to drive drum pumps for fast, safe emptying or
transferring of containers and barrels in non-hazardous areas.
1.2 Safety instructions
All safety instructions must be observed and followed.
Failure to follow the safety instructions may lead to serious injury or death or cause
environmental and/or property damage.
Adherence to the safety instructions will help you to avoid risks, to operate the pump
efficiently and to ensure that the product is used to its full potential.
Attention!
Risk of injury due to open drive shaft.
Never operate motors without pump.
Never leave the pump unattended.
Position the pump to prevent it from falling into the container.
Only operate the pump with a suitable hose.
The pump should not be immersed deeper into the liquid than
the outlet connection.
Secure the hose from sliding off the hose connector.
Noise exposure!
Use hearing protection.
Attention!
Protect motors without no-volt release against accidental
starting.
Danger of electric shock!
We recommend providing the power supply in damp locations
with fault current breakers.
Dirt, high humidity or material damage to the motor casing may
lead to dangerous electric shocks.
Check the mains connection cable for damage before every use.
Changes to the mains connection may only be carried out by
qualified electricians.

On these motors the desired speed can be variably set with an adjustment knob
(control of delivery rate).
Thermal switch
On motors with a temperature limiter the maximum temperature of the field winding is
monitored. If the maximum temperature is exceeded, the motor switches off.
Then the motor cannot be switched on again until after a longer cooling time (up to 20
minutes). Repeated overloading may damage the motor.
Overloading can result from liquids with a higher viscosity or a higher density compared
to water. If the motor switches off due to overloading, avoid that speed.
Overload cut-out switch
If the maximum current is exceeded, the motor switches off. After cooling down, the
motor can be restarted by pressing the on/off button.
Overcurrent release
If the maximum current is exceeded, the motor switches off. The motor can be restarted
immediately by pressing the on/off button.
Integral no-volt release
Motors with the integral no-volt release function are secured against accidental start-up
following interruption of the operating voltage (see rating plate U<)
Motors with the no-volt release function cannot be remote-controlled.
The motor can only be restarted by pressing the on/off button.
Attention!
Protect motors without a no-volt release against accidental
starting. The motor automatically restarts after a power failure.

4 Installation and Commissioning
Attention!
Motors with protection class I must only be used in mains with a
protective conductor.
>Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the rating
plate.
> Place the motor on the pump.
Risk of injury!
Only operate the pump when the union nut between the pump
and the motor is tightened hand-tight.
> Immerse the pump vertically into the liquid and secure it in a vertical position by
the use of a barrel fitting or a screw clamp.
> Check the mains connection cable for damage before every use.
> Keep the mains connection cable away from solvents.
> Set the on/off switch to "0" (Stop) before connecting the mains plug.
> Connect or insert the mains plug.
> Start the motor.

Risk of injury!
Only start the motor when the pump is in the liquid.
5 Maintenance
Danger from splashing liquids!
Before removing the motor:
Empty pump, hose and fittings.
Do not remove the motor as long as there is still back-pressure
within the system.
With pressurised containers, the motor must only be taken off
when the container is depressurised.
Danger of electric shock!
Dirt, high humidity or material damage to the motor casing may lead
to dangerous electric shocks.
Note
Always replace defective parts.
Only use genuine spare parts.
When returning the pump for repair, it must be accompanied
by the decontamination certificate (download at
www.flux-pumps.com).
5.1 Replacing power cable
Attention!
Always replace defective mains connection cables.
Changes to the mains connection cable may only be carried
out by qualified electricians.
When replacing power cables, use at least the following types:

1 Sécurité
1.1 Utilisation conforme
Les moteurs universels servent à entraîner les pompes vide-fûts permettant de trans-
vaser ou de vider, rapidement et en toute sécurité, des fûts, des containers ou d’autres
contenants divers dans des zones ne présentant pas de risque d’explosion.
1.2 Consignes de sécurité
Observer et suivre impérativement toutes les consignes de sécurité.
Le non-respect des consignes de sécurité peut mettre la vie de personnes en danger,
dégrader l'environnement et/ou causer de graves dégâts matériels.
Le respect des consignes de sécurité permet la prévention des risques, l’utilisation
efficace de la pompe ainsi que l’économie de vos opérations de transfert.
Attention !
Risque de blessure par la rotation libre de l'arbre d'entraînement.
Ne jamais faire fonctionner les moteurs sans pompe.
Ne pas laisser la pompe sans surveillance.
Placer la pompe de façon à ce qu'elle ne puisse pas tomber
dans le contenant.
Ne faire fonctionner la pompe qu'avec un flexible approprié.
Plonger la pompe dans le liquide en veillant à ce que le raccord
du tuyau de refoulement ne soit pas immergé.
Bien fixer le flexible pour l'empêcher de se détacher de son
raccord.
Nuisance sonore !
Utiliser un casque anti-bruit.
Attention !
Prendre soin que les moteurs SANS déclenchement sous manque
de tension ne peuvent se remettre en marche de façon inopinée.
Ces moteurs se remettent automatiquement en marche après une
coupure de courant.
Risque de décharge électrique !
Nous recommandons d'équiper l'alimentation en tension des
locaux humides d'un disjoncteur différentiel.
Un encrassement prononcé, une grande humidité ou un endom-
magement des matériaux du carter de moteur peuvent provoquer
des décharges dangereuses.
Vérifier que le câble d'alimentation secteur est en parfait état
avant chaque utilisation.
Seuls des électriciens ont le droit de procéder à des modifica-
tions au niveau d’un branchement sur le secteur.

Variateur de vitesse « réglage en continu par manette »
Sur ces moteurs, la vitesse peut être réglée en continu par une manette de réglage
(réglage du débit de la pompe).
Thermorupteur
Sur les moteurs avec thermorupteur la température maximale du bobinage est
surveillée. Le moteur s'arrête dès que la température maximale est atteinte.
Le moteur ne peut être remis en marche qu’après un temps de refroidissement pro-
longé (jusqu'à 20 minutes). Des surcharges répétées peuvent endommager le moteur.
Une surcharge peut se produire avec des liquides d’une viscosité ou d’une densité
supérieure à celle de l'eau. Si, dans ces cas, le moteur s'arrête, réduisez la vitesse.
Commutateur-disjoncteur
Le moteur s'arrête dès que le courant maximal est atteint. Après refroidissement, le
moteur peut être remis en marche en actionnant l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt.
Déclenchement par surintensité de courant
Le moteur s'arrête dès que le courant maximal est atteint. Le moteur peut être
immédiatement remis en marche en actionnant l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt.
Déclenchement sous manque de tension
Les moteurs avec déclenchement sous manque de tension sont protégés contre une
remise en marche inopinée après une coupure da la tension (voir plaque signalétique
portant le marquage U<).
Les moteurs avec déclenchement sous manque de tension ne peuvent pas être com-
mandés à distance.
Le moteur ne pourra être remis en marche qu'en actionnant l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt.

4 Montage et mise en service
Attention!
N’utiliser les moteurs de la classe de protection I que dans un
réseau électrique avec conducteur de protection.
> Comparer la tension de service à celle indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.
> Poser le moteur sur la pompe.
Risque de blessure !
Ne mettre la pompe en service que lorsque l'écrou-raccord entre
la pompe et le moteur a été bien serré à la main.
> Plonger la pompe dans le liquide et la fixer au contenant à l'aide d'un dispositif
de vissage ou de serrage.
> Vérifier que le câble d'alimentation secteur soit en parfait état avant chaque
utilisation.
> Maintenir le câble d'alimentation secteur à distance de solvants.
> Placer l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt sur « 0 » (stop) avant de brancher la fiche de
secteur.
> Brancher ou raccorder la fiche secteur.
> Mettre le moteur en marche.
Risque de blessure !
Ne mettre le moteur en marche que lorsque la pompe se trouve
dans le liquide.
5 Entretien
Danger provoqué par les éclaboussures !
Avant de séparer le moteur :
Vider la pompe, le flexible et la robinetterie.
Ne pas retirer le moteur en cas de contre-pression.
En cas de contenant sous pression, le mettre hors pression
avant de retirer le moteur.
Risque de décharge électrique !
Un encrassement prononcé, une grande humidité ou un
endommagement Des matériaux du carter de moteur peuvent
provoquer des décharges dangereuses.

Remarques
Remplacer immédiatement les pièces défectueuses.
N’utiliser que des pièces d'origine.
Veuillez joindre un certificat de décontamination à chaque
pompe retournée pour inspection ou réparation (téléchargement
sur notre site: www.flux-pumps.com).
5.1 Remplacement des câbles d'alimentation
Attention !
Remplacer immédiatement tout câble d'alimentation défectueux.
Seuls des électriciens ont le droit de procéder à des modifica-
tions du câble d'alimentation secteur.
Remplacer les câbles d'alimentation par les modèles suivants ou de qualité
supérieure :
