2. セットアップ手順
図の番号に沿ってセットアップします。
1電源コードを繋ぎます。同梱の AC コードクランプで抜けないように止めてください。アースも安全のため必ず接地してください。
2SDI OUT コネクターにモニターやレコーダーなどを接続します。
3SDI IN コネクターにカメラやスイッチャーなどの入力信号を接続します。
4リモート制御 (Windows GUI 等) に使用する PC とLAN で接続します。PC のIP アドレスは次の範囲で設定してください。

192.168.0.xxx
サブネットマスク
255.255.255.0
※FA-9600 の工場出荷時 IP アドレスは 192.168.0.10 です。
5前面の電源スイッチを押し、電源を入れます。起動時は、前面のステータスパネル（ALARM ステータスを含め）が全て点灯します。起動後は入力信
号、オプション搭載状況を反映したステータスが表示されます。
全ての接続を完了させてから、電源を入れてください。
設定変更をした場合は、設定変更後 10 秒間は電源を切らないでくさい。正常にデータが保存されない場合があります。
＜Windows GUI (FA-9600GUI) の起動＞
1FA-9600GUI をインストール
CD-ROM の「FA-9600GUI」のフォルダーを開き、Setup をダブルクリックして、セットアップウィザードを実行し、FA-9600GUI をインストールします。
2GUI ランチャをインストール
CD-ROM の「Processor Control GUI Launcher」のフォルダーを開き、Setup をダブルクリックして、セットアップウィザードを実行し、GUI ランチャをイン
ストールします。
3GUI ランチャから Windows GUI (FA-9600GUI) を起動
GUI ランチャを起動し、Add Unit ボタンをクリックします。FA-9600 の名称 (ユーザーが任意に設定) とIP アドレスを登録します。登録されると、自動
的に FA-9600 との接続が開始されます。Status 欄に Connected が表示されると接続完了です。
Connected をダブルクリックすると、FA-9600GUI が起動します。
3. 前面パネルの操作
Lock ボタン
LOCK ボタンが点灯中は全ての前面操作ができません。前面操作を禁止するには LOCK ボタンを押して点灯させます。
LOCK を解除するには、LOCK ボタンを長押しして、消灯状態にしてから操作します。
設定メニューの選択
メニュー選択ボタンには、VIDEO メニューと AUDIO メニューの
両方が割り当てられています。どちらのメニューを表示するかは、
VIDEO/AUDIO ボタンで選択します。
VIDEO/AUDIO ボタンが青点灯の場合は、VIDEO メニュー (上側) 、
VIDEO/AUDIO ボタンが橙色点灯の場合は、AUDIO メニュー (下側)
を表示します。
矢印ボタン
メニュー間の移動: メニューページの移動には、上下のダブル矢印ボタンを使います。
パラメーター間の移動:パラメーター間の移動には、上下のシングル矢印ボタンを使います。
移動できるパラメーターがあるときは点灯、ないときは消灯します。
パラメーターを設定する
メニューを選択すると、液晶パネルに下記の様な設定メニューが表示されます。設定変更が有効なファンクションボタン F1～F4 の周
囲が点灯します。メニュー項目の値が初期値の場合は、F1～F4 が橙色点灯します。
パラメーターの設定を変更する場合は、該当するファンションボタンを回して値を変更します。(設定範囲を超えると、ブザーがなりま
す。)
パラメーターの設定を初期値に戻す場合は、F1～F4 のUNITY ボタンを押します。(このとき、再度 UNITY ボタンを押すと、設定前
の値に戻ります。)
FS1/FS2 選択ボタン
液晶表示メニューのタイトル表示に FS1 または、FS2 と表示されている場合は、
FS1、FS2 で個別に設定できます。FS1、FS2 ボタンを押して FS を選択します。
使用上の注意
・指定電圧以外の電源電圧は使用しないでください。
・必ずアースをとってください。
・電源コードのプラグおよびコネクターはしっかりと差し込んでください。
・内部設定を行う場合は必ず電源を切ってから操作してください。
・パネルやカバーを外したままで保管や使用をしないでください。
・高温多湿、塵埃が多い、振動がある場所などには設置しないでください。
火災や感電の原因になることがあります。
・内部に水や異物を入れないでください。万一入った場合は、すぐ電源を切
り、電源コードや接続コードを抜いて内部から取り出すか、販売代理店、サ
ービスセンターへご相談ください。
・電源が入らない、異臭がする、異常な音が聞こえるときは、すぐに電源を切
り、販売代理店、サービスセンターまでご連絡ください。

Quick Setup Guide
1. Connection
2. Setup Procedure
The procedure is shown numbered in the above figure.
1Apply DC power to the FA-9600 using the supplied AC cord. Secure the cord with the supplied AC cord retaining clip.
2Connect monitors and/or recorders to the SDI OUT connectors.
3Connect signal source devices such as video cameras and/or switchers, to the SDI IN connectors.
4Connect a PC to be used for remote control (Windows GUI, etc.) to the FA-9600 via LAN. Set the PC IP address within the following
range.

* The FA-9600 default IP address is 192.168.0.10.
5Turn the power of the FA-9600 unit on. When the unit is powered on, all LEDs on the front panel, including Alarm indicators light.
Once startup is complete, current status will be indicated.
Complete connections before turning the power of the unit on.
After a setting change, do not turn the unit power off for at least 10 seconds. The setting data may otherwise not save properly.
<To start Windows GUI (FA-9600GUI) >
1Install the FA-9600GUI.
Open the FA-9600GUI folder in the CD-ROM. Double-click the Setup file to start the setup wizard and install the FA-9600 GUI.
2Install the Processor Control GUI Launcher.
Open the Processor Control GUI Launcher folder in the CD-ROM. Double-click the Setup file to start the setup wizard and install
the GUI Launcher.
3Launch the Windows GUI (FA-9600GUI) from the GUI Launcher.
Start the GUI Launcher and click Add Unit. Enter the FA-9600 device name (user-defined) and IP address. Once the FA-9600 is
entered in the connection list, the connection process automatically starts. When the PC is connected to the FA-9600,
“Connected“ is displayed under Status in the list. Double-click Connected to launch the FA-9600GUI.
3. Front Panel Operation
Lock Button
All front panel operations are disabled when the LOCK button is lit.
To lock the front panel, press the LOCK button. The button light will turn on.
To unlock the front panel, hold down the LOCK button. The button will turn off.
Selecting a Menu
Both Video and Audio menus are assigned to some menu buttons.
The VIDEO/AUDIO button allows you to select Video or Audio menus
and lights to indicate which menu is enabled
The blue button light indicates Video menus (upper labels) are enabled,
and the orange light indicates Audio menus (bottom labels) are enabled.
Arrow buttons
Moving between menu pages: Use up/down double-arrow buttons to move between menu pages.
Moving between menu items: Use up/down single-arrow buttons to move between menu items.
The buttons are lit if available and unlit if unavailable.
Setting Parameters
Pressing a menu button displays the corresponding menu as shown below on the menu display and function button
(F1-F4) outlines will light if the buttons are available for menu setting. Lighting orange indicates that the selected
parameter is set to default.
To change parameter values, press the corresponding function buttons. (A buzzer sound will be heard if the setting
value exceeds the allowable parameter range.)
To set a parameter to its default value, press the corresponding UNITY button below F1-F4. (In such cases, repressing
the UNITY button reverts it to the previous state.)
FS1 / FS2 Selection Buttons
“FS1” and “FS2” in front of menu titles indicate that the menu can be set independently between FS1 and FS2. Select
an FS using the FS1 and FS2 buttons.
Precautions
- Operate the unit only at the specified supply voltage.
- Ensure the unit is properly grounded at all times.
- Ensure the power cord and connectors are firmly connected.
- Do not access circuitry with power applied to the unit.
- Unit should not be operated or stored with the cover, panels,
and/or casing removed.
- Unit should not be operated or stored in a humid, dusty, etc.
environment. Doing so could result in fire or electrical shock.
- Do not allow fluids, metal fragments, or any other foreign
objects to enter the unit. If foreign matter does enter the unit,
turn the power off and disconnect the power cord immediately.
Remove the material or contact your authorized service
representative.
- If you notice any strange smells or noises coming from the unit,
turn the power off immediately, disconnect the power cord,
then contact your authorized service representative.
