ASSEMBLY MANUAL
FORCE USA 1360 MULTI HOME GYM
BEFORE YOU START
Remove all parts from the packaging and separate and count each various component to ensure
everything has been correctly provided.
Follow the instructions and consult both the individual assembly pages and the overall expanded
views of the equipment.
Certain parts may arrive pre-assembled from the factory.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the owner’s manual and
are familiar with the safety precautions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Highly recommended for two or more people to assemble the equipment to avoid injury.
Assemble the equipment on a flat level surface.
Consider placing a mat under the equipment to protect your floor.
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing during assembly and use.
Only tighten nuts and bolts by hand until the whole equipment is assembled
Ensure you correctly orientate each piece before attaching
Do not allow children and pets to be unsupervised around the assembly or usage of this
equipment.
Ensure all parts are in full working order before use.
Only one person should use the machine at any one time.
Do not use the equipment outdoors or around water.
Keep hair, fingers or clothing away from moving parts.
Only use attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
Never operate if any parts are not functioning correctly.
Always correctly stretch and warm up before using the equipment.
Stop immediately if your experience any pain, dizziness or nausea. See a doctor at once.
PLEASE NOTE: Descriptions of pieces as LEFT and RIGHT are from the point of view of standing
behind the equipment facing towards the front.

STEP 01
1.Attach part (21) to part (B) with bolt (37). Attach part (O) to part (B) with bolt assembly (46). Attach part (B)
to part (C) with bolt assembly (42) and (49).
2.Attach part (P) to part (C) with bolt assembly (48).
3.Attach part (Y) and part (AI) to part (A) with bolt assembly (48).
4.Attach part (AD) and part (AI) to part (A) with bolt assembly (48).
5.Attach part (D) to part (AD) with bolt (41).
6.Attach part (B) and part (AI) to part (A) with bolt assembly (48).
7.Slide part (5) and part (12) onto part (D), insert part (AL) into mid hole of part (12). Attach part (19) to part
(AL). Then slide part (13) onto part (D).
8.Slide part (U) onto part (D).

STEP 02
1. Attach part (E) and part (AI) to part (B) with bolt assembly (45) and (48).
2. Attach part (V) and part (AH) to part (A) with bolt assembly (48). Attach part (AH) to part
(V) with bolt assembly (48).
3. Attach part (M) and part (AI) to part (V) with bolt assembly (48).
4. Attach part (F) and part (AI) to part (E) with bolt assembly (46).
5. Attach part (H) to part (D) with bolt assembly (43). Attach part (H) and part (M) to part (F)
with bolt assembly (48).

STEP 03
1.Attach part (L) to part (B) with bolt assembly (49).
2.Attach part (G) and part (AI) to part (E) with bolt assembly (48).
3.Attach part (I) to part (F) with part (AA) and bolt assembly (27).
4.Attach part (J) and part (K) to part (I) with bolt assembly (26).
5.Slide part (10) onto part (J) and part (K).
6.Attach part (N) to part (J) and part (K) with bolt assembly (35).

STEP 04
1.Attach part (Z) to part (V) with bolt assembly (49).
2.Slide part (W) and part (X) to part (V), secure with plastic bolt (25).
3.Attach part (20) to part (V) with bolt assembly (29).
4.Attach the other side of part (20) to part (W) and part (V) with bolt assembly (31).
5.Hook one end of cable (6) to part (W), then through the pulley on part (Z), hook the other end to part (X).

STEP 05
1. Attach part (S) to part (M) with bolt assembly (35).
2. Insert part (T) into port of part (V), secure with bolt assembly (44).
3. Attach part (S) to part (V) and part (T) with bolt assembly (46).
4. Attach part (R) to part (T) with bolt assembly (40).
5. Attach part (Q) to part (V) with bolt assembly (50) and part (23).
6. Attach part (N) to part (Q) and part (T) with bolt assembly (35).

STEP 06
1. Attach two pulley (15) to part (F) with bolt assembly (39).
2. Attach two pulley (15) to part (H) with bolt assembly (39).
3. Attach two pulley (15) to part (Z) with bolt assembly (39).
4. Attach a pulley (15) to part (E) with part (24), bolt assembly (46).
5. Attach four pulley (15) to part (B) with part (24), bolt assembly (46) and (39).
6. Attach a pulley (15) to part (L) with part (24), bolt assembly (46).
7. Attach other pulleys (15) to part (AJ) and (AK) with bolt assembly (39).

STEP 07
CABLE ASSEMBLY
1. Assembly the long cable with no ball (7)
Attach one end of the cable to part (K) with bolt assembly (36). Then thread the other end of
the cable over pulley Z1, down and round pulley AJ1 on upright pulley block (AJ), up and
over pulley Z2, finally attach the end to part (J) with bolt assembly (36).
2. Assembly the cable with one and half ball (8)
Run the end with half ball of the cable (8) through the pulley F1 on part (F), through hole on
part (E),round F2 on part (F), down and round pulley AK1 on part (AK), up and attach the
end to E1 on part (E) with bolt assembly (46) and bushing (24).
3. Assembly the cable with one ball and bolt (9)
Run the end with bolt of the cable (9) through the pulley L1 and B1 on part (L) and part (B),
round the pulley B2 on part (B), up and round pulley AJ2 on part (AJ), under and round
pulley B3 on part (B), up and round pulley AK2 on part (AK), down and round pulley B4 on
part (B), up and through hole on part (F), through pulley H1 and H2 on part (H), then through
hole on part (H), finally through part (AM) and attach the end to the part (AL).

STEP 08
1. Attach part (1) to part (E) with bolt assembly (34).
2. Attach part (2) to part (B) and part (O) with bolt assembly (34) and (28).
3. Attach part (3) to part (V) with bolt assembly (34).
4. Attach part (4) to part (Q) with bolt assembly (34).
5. Attach part (AB) to part (L) with bolt assembly (50).
6. Insert part (AE) into hole of part (B), push part (11) onto each side of part (AE) and (AB).
7. Attach part (AC) to part (AE) and (AB) with bolt (30).

2 YEAR WARRANTY ON MOVING PARTS (Such as cables and pulleys)

with 5 years cover on all cables and pulleys. This warranty applies to first
owners and does not cover second hand equipment or re-sold equipment.
This Force USA warranty covers only failures due to defects in structural,
cables and pulleys and workmanship that occur during normal home use. It
will not cover damage that occurs in transport/delivery or failure due to
misuse, abuse, neglect, incorrect application, alteration or improper
assembly of the product. This warranty does not cover the use or failure of
equipment in studio commercial applications. The replacement or repair
provided for under the Force USA warranty is the responsibility of the user
and the customer will be responsible for any freight charges applicable.
Force USA will not be liable for any consequential damages or for breach of
any implied warranty on the range of Force USA strength equipment. Force
USA reserves the right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a
return and repair existing defective parts on the Force USA product.
VorTex by Force USA is a commercial grade upholstery used for all Force
USA equipment. We use a high grade commercial vinyl with rip-stop mesh
backing which helps prevent rips and tears. Force USA, the Trusted Name in
