Fusion Rear Pivot Mount
Installation Instruction
Tools Required: Standard and Metric Hex Key Set, Torque Wrench with Sockets, Wrench Set, Flat Head Screwdriver and Nitrile Gloves.

Removing Chair Covers
6. Li upper cantilever cover o the chair li frame. 7. Disconnect indicator wire connector by pressing the release clip.
1. Position the chair’s back and base in the fully up position.
2. Disconnect chair from mains power.
NOTE: If covers are already removed proceed to rear pivot mount kit on page 2.
Reinstall Chair Covers
1. Li up resting upper rear cover on chair
platform to reinstall lower cover. Using
both hands, spread the plastic cover and
push inward over bolts.
2. Reconnect the memory button wire
connector.
4. Using an 5/32” hex key, reinstall the screws
(2) on the sides of the upper rear cover.
3. Reinstall upper rear cover.

5. Turn rear side covers (2) clockwise to
reinstall.

7. Reinstall pump cover using a 1/8” hex key.
8. Reconnect chair to mains power and verify operation.
6. Reinstall cantilever cover on the chair li frame. Reconnect the indicator
wire connector (refer to step 2).

1. read chair retaining bracket onto spiral
ex tubing.
2. read spiral ex tubing through utility
center retaining bracket.
3. Route tubing and wires through spiral ex
tubing into utility center.

3. Using a 1/8” hex key, remove
the screws (2) on the sides of
the pump cover.
4. Li back corner and slide pump cover forward to disengage tabs
from brackets and remove.

5. Turn rear side covers (2) counter
clockwise to remove and set aside.

CAUTION: A wire is connected to the indicator light. Be sure not to pull cover completely o before performing the next step.

8. Using a 5/32” hex key, remove the screws (2)
on the side covers.
9. Remove upper rear cover.
CAUTION: A wire is connected to the memory button. Be sure not to pull cover completely o
before performing the next step.
10. Disconnect the memory button wire connector by pressing the release clip. Remove upper rear cover.
11. Using both hands, spread the plastic cover and pull outward to li cover over bolts.
Rear Pivot Mount Kit
1. Reconnect chair to mains power.
Position the chair’s base in a
comfortable working position.
Disconnect chair from mains power.
NOTE: Skip rear pivot mount kit
installation if chair is pretubed.
NOTE: Recessed holes must be
facing upward.
2. Attach the rear assistant mount to the
platform below the chair brake with two
shoulder screws. Tighten in place using
a 1/4” hex key.

CAUTION: Apply one
drop Loctite 243 to
screw threads.
CAUTION: Grease bearings.
1. Install rear adapter main bearings using illustration above.
2. Proceed to routing drain/suction line.

1. Install rear adapter main bearings using illustration above.
4. Route umbilical down li frame and
through umbilical guides.
5. Route umbilical between solenoid manifold and hydraulic uid reservior.
1. Remove plug from upper rear cover. 2. Route umbilical through upper rear cover. 3. Rest upper rear cover on chair platform.
