Thank you for choosing this Arbour manufactured by the UK's largest manufacturer of timber garden products. In order to gain the most benefit from it, please note the
following:
- Important Note : Do not lean or stand on rafters during assembly they are not load bearing.
- Exercise particular care and follow instructions.
- This Arbour is pressure treated to ensure the longevity of all timber components and protect against rot. This may leave a colour difference on some parts that will
even out as the moisture content stabilises.
- Please ensure that you thoroughly check all component parts for quantity and quality before you commence building the product. If there are any missing parts,
please contact the help line as shown immediately. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damaged items once any part of the product has been fitted or altered in
any way (e.g. Painted)
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and swell as a result of varying moisture content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts away from children in order to reduce the risk of suffocation.

Place the bench back so that
it sits onto the bench and is
tight between the two side
panels. Adjust the bench
back so that the angled brace
is flush with the outside of the
post as illustrated.
Secure the back in place
using 2 x 60mm screws for
each side, screwing into the
post.

Lay one of the side panels on
the ground as shown. Place the
bench against this so that the
bench is offset from the post
and approximately 370mm from
the end.
Secure in place using 2 x 60mm
screws for each end, screwing
into the post.
Repeat for the opposite side.
equally at the front and back
Place the trellis back panel
between the two side
panels and above the back
of the bench. Make sure
that the panel is in line with
the top of the sides.
Secure the panel in place
by screwing through
framing into the posts
using 2 x 60mm screws for
each side.

Place the roof assemblies
on to the sides so that the
notch slots onto the
framework. Secure the
roof in to position screwing
down through the roof into
the posts using 2 x 100mm
screws for each roof
section.
From inside the arbour
place the metal plate
across the join of the two
roof panels and fix using 4
x 40mm screws for each
plate. Do this for the front
and back.

Place the barge boards
against the roof so that they
meet at the apex and are in
line with the top of the roof.
Fix in place using 4 x 40mm
screws for each.
Place the finial against this
so that it covers the join of
the barge boards and fix
using 4 x 40mm screws for
each.

Place the roof capping onto the
top of the arbour and fix in place
using 4 x 40mm screws.
