6. USE CAUTION: Start with low setting first to test the right temperature for
your scalp.
7. Once your hair is dryer set the speed switch off (0) and unplug the device.
NOTE: During the first few minutes of initial use you may notice smoke and a
slight odor. This is normal and will quickly disappear.
Maintenance:
This appliance is virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is needed. For
proper operating performance, the dryer must be kept clean and free of dust,
dirt and hairspray.
To Clean:
1. Unplug unit and allow to cool before cleaning.
2. Periodically inspect the air intake/filter screen on the back of the brush and
removed any debris that may have accumulated. Build up may reduce air
flow and damage the brush.
2. Use soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the external surfaces. Do not use
alcohol, detergents, solvents, hard abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
3. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into unit.
4. Make sure all components are dried thoroughly before operating.
Do not immerse appliance or its accessories in water.
Storage:
• Before storing the appliance, let it cool down first.
• Appliance should be kept in a place which is safe, dry, and out of reach
of children.
• Never wrap the cord around the appliance or the cord will wear and break
prematurely. Avoid jerking, bending sharply, twisting or straining the cord
and plug.
Limited Warranty
ForPro Expert offers a one-year limited warranty for defects only. Not
responsible for unit due to tampering, negligence, dropping, outdoor use or
operating near water. If you experience any issues with the Ceramic Ionic Pro
Hair Dryer, please contact us at 800-520-6000. Do not contact or return to
the retailer that you purchased from. In case of warranty replacement, please
have your proof of purchase available.

18. WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins
or other vessels containing water. When using this appliance near water
(e.g., bathrooms), the use of an electrical outlet with a Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter is recommended.

Instructions For Use:
This appliance may be plugged into any 100-125VAC, 60Hz electrical outlet
(ordinary household current). Do not use with any other electrical outlet.
Note: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a safety feature, this plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit into the outlet, reverse the plug and try again. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper plug. Do not attempt to
force the plug into an improper outlet.
Line Cord Safety Tips
• Never pull or yank on cord.
• To insert plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into outlet.
• To disconnect appliance, grasp plug and remove it from outlet.
• Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If any
are found, appliance should be repaired or replaced.
• Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue
stress on the cord and cause it to fray and break.
• DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE IF THE LINE CORD SHOWS ANY
DAMAGE, OR IF APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS
WORKING ENTIRELY.
Caution: Heating section should never be touched as it may be hot and
burns may occur. To avoid possible burns to hair or scalp, use high setting
only when hair is wet. Reduce to lower heat as hair dries. Do not keep
appliance directed at one place, keep it in constant motion.
How to Use:
1. Prior to plugging in, check the voltage on the rating label to ensure it
corresponds to your local voltage.
2. Make sure that your hands are completely dry before plugging the device.
3. Plug in and set the switch to the required position
Speed switch:
• Position 0 Off
• Position I Gentle stream of air
• Position II Strong stream of air
Heater switch:
• Position 0 Low temperature
• Position I Medium temperature for gentle drying and shaping
• Position II High temperature for rapid drying
Cool shot button- Cool air
4. Use the hair dryer carefully as needed to style your hair.
5. Do not concentrate the airflow on any one area for an extended period
of time.

12. Air outlet grill and attachments may be hot during use. Allow them to
cool before handling. Do not let bare skin touch heated surfaces.
13. Do not place appliance on any surface while it is operating.
14. While using the appliance, keep your hair away from the air inlets.
15. To prolong the life of the dryer, keep filters clean of hair and dust.
16. Do not plug in or unplug this appliance when your hands are wet.
17. Always store this appliance and cord in a moisture-free area.
