Wytyczne dotyczące stosowania
nnależy zamontować zgodnie z parametrami technicznymi i wytycznymi
dotyczącymi wykonywania połączeń zawartych w naszych opisach
produktów oraz instrukcją obsługi alpex-duo XS.
nchronić przed olejami, smarami, farbami, PU, rozpuszczalnikami, klejami,
organicznymi środkami czyszczącymi, jak również przed amoniakiem i
związkami zawierającymi chlor.
nnie mogą być stosowane jako punkt stały lub do gięcia łuku. Instalować
tylko do gotowego łuku rury.
nnależy zawsze instalować bez naprężeń i zaprasowywać wyłącznie na
rurze alpex-duo XS lub turatec multi.
nmogą być stosowane tylko na prostych odcinkach rur.
nw stanie niezaprasowanym po napełnieniu instalacji wodą o ciśnieniu od
1 do 6,5 bara widoczne są nieszczelności. Wymagana kontrola wzrokowa.

npo montażu, a przed pracami tynkarskimi/wylewkami. należy przeprowa-
dzić próbę ciśnieniową i sprawdzić szczelność zgodnie z ZVSHK.
Woda jako medium kontrolne: Instalacje wody użytkowej zgodnie z DIN
EN 806-4 (min. 11 barów) oraz grzewcze zgodnie z DIN 18380 (ok. 4-6
barów). Sprężone powietrze jako medium kontrolne: zgodnie z DIN EN
806-4 (próba szczelności150 mbar; próba wytrzymałościowa 3 bary).

nmożna układać z rurą alpex-duo XS lub turatec multi w warstwach podłogi
z wylewką asfaltową przy zastosowaniu odpowiednich środków ochron-
nych (patrz Informacje techniczne alpex-duo XS).
nsą odporne na środki do dezynfekcji i czyszczące zgodnie z arkuszem
roboczym DVGW W 291 i DIN 2000 oraz na wszystkie naturalne składniki
wody pitnej zgodnie z DIN 2000.
nzamontować odpowiednio, aby spełnić wymagania normy DIN 4109 -
Ochrona akustyczna w budownictwie wielokondygnacyjnym!
nmuszą być zaizolowane zgodnie z wymogami normy DIN 1988 / DIN EN
806 oraz aktualną normą EnEV (patrz Informacje techniczne alpex-duo XS).
npo napełnieniu wodą chronić przed mrozem za pomocą odpowiednich
środków (np. ogrzewanie, zabezpieczenie przed zamarzaniem, opróżnienie
instalacji przy użyciu sprężonego powietrza
nrury alpex-duo XS lub turatec multi muszą być zawsze układane przez
sprawdzone firmy specjalistyczne.
nmuszą być instalowane przy użyciu narzędzi alpex, lub innych dopuszczo-
nych zgodnie z listą kompatybilności .
nmuszą być chronione przed promieniowaniem UV.

Anwendungsrichtlinien
nsind zu verlegen unter Beachtung der technischen Parameter und
Vorgaben zur Verbindungsherstellung entsprechend unseren Produkt-
beschreibungen sowie der Beipackzettel alpex-duo XS.
nsind vor Öl, Fett, Farbe, PU, Lösungsmitteln, Klebstoen, organischen
Reinigungsmitteln sowie vor ammoniak- und chlorhaltigen Verbindungen
zu schützen.
ndürfen nicht als Festpunkt oder zum Biegen eines Rohrbogens verwendet
werden und sind erst am fertigen Rohrbogen anzubringen.
nsind grundsätzlich spannungsfrei zu verarbeiten und ausschließlich mit
alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohr zu verpressen.
ndürfen nur im Bereich gerader Rohrstrecken eingesetzt werden.
nsind nach dem Befüllen der Anlage mit Wasser im Bereich von 1 bis
6,5bar im unverpressten Zustand sichtbar undicht. Sichtkontrolle erforder-
lich. Siehe Druckprobenprotokoll alpex-duo XS.
nmüssen nach der Installation und vor den Verputzarbeiten/Estricharbeiten
usw. nach ZVSHK druckgeprüft und auf Dichtheit kontrolliert werden.
Prüfmedium Wasser: Sanitär nach DIN EN 806-4 (min. 11 bar) und für
Heizung nach DIN 18380 (ca. 4-6 bar). Prüfmedium Druckluft: nach DIN
EN 806-4 (Dichtigkeitsprüfung 150 mbar; Festigkeitsprüfung 3 bar).

nkönnen mit alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohr unter Beachtung ent-
sprechender Schutzmaßnahmen im Fußbodenaufbau unterhalb von Heiß-
asphalt verlegt werden (siehe Technische Information alpex-duo XS).
nsind resistent gegen Desinfektions- und Reinigungsmittel nach DVGW-
Arbeitsblatt W 291 und DIN 2000 sowie gegenüber allen natürlichen Trink-
wasserinhaltsstoen gemäß DIN 2000.
nund Formteile sind entsprechend zu installieren um die Anforderungen
nach DIN 4109 – Schallschutz im Hochbau zu erfüllen!

sind gemäß den Anforderungen nach DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806 und der aktuellen
EnEV zu dämmen (siehe Technische Information alpex-duo XS).
nmüssen, wenn sie mit Wasser gefüllt sind, durch entsprechende Maß-
nahmen vor Frost geschützt werden (z.B. Beheizung, Frostschutzmittel,
mit Druckluft ausblasen).
nund alpex-duo XS bzw. turatec multi Rohre sind grundsätzlich von aner-
kannten Fachbetrieben zu verlegen.
nsind mit alpex-Werkzeugen sowie freigegebenen Werkzeugen gemäß
Kompatibilitätsliste zu verarbeiten.
nsind vor UV-Strahlung zu schützen.

Guidelines for use
nmust be installed in compliance with the technical parameters and specifi-
cations for connection in accordance with our product descriptions and the
alpex-duo XS mounting instructions.
nmust be protected against oils, greases, paint, PU, solvents, adhesives,
organic cleaning agents, and against ammonia or chloride compounds.
nmust not be used as a fixed point or for pipe bending, and must only be
installed on the finished pipe bend.
nmust generally be installed stress-free and may only be crimped with the
alpex-duo XS or turatec multi pipe.
nmay only be used in straight pipe sections.
nare visibly leaking if left uncrimped after the system has been filled with
water in the range of 1 to 6.5bar. Visual inspection required. See pressure
test report alpex-duo XS.*
nmust be pressure-tested according to ZVSHK and checked for leak-tightness
after installation and before plastering, screed work or the like.
Water as a test medium: sanitary according to DIN EN 806-4 (at least 11bar)
and for heating according to DIN 18380 (approx.4 to 6bar). Compressed air
as a test medium: according to DIN EN 806-4 (leak-tightness test 150mbar;
strength test 3bar). See pressure test report alpex-duo XS.*
ncan be installed in the floor structure under hot asphalt with an alpex-duo XS
pipe or turatec multi pipe taking into account the respective protection
measures (seeTechnical Information).
nare resistant to disinfectants and detergents according to DVGW work-sheet
W 291 and DIN 2000 and to all natural ingredients of drinking water accord-
ing to DIN 2000.
nfittings must be installed appropriately in order to meet the requirements
according to DIN 4109 –Sound insulation in buildings.
nmust be insulated according to the requirements of DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806
and the applicable German Energy Conservation Ordinance (EnEV) (see
Technical Information).
nmust be protected against frost by adequate means if filled with water
(e.g. heating, antifreeze agents, blowing out with compressed air).
nalpex-duo XS pipes or turatec multi pipes must generally be installed by
recognised experts.
nmust be processed with alpex tools and tools approved according to the
compatibility list.
nmust be protected from UV radiation.
