a preliminary seal.
3.
Cover the sewer pipe and put it in the sewer pipe clamp.
4.
Turn on the key to make the vehicle powered on.
5.
Turn the panel key indicator to the automatic state. (According to the need, you can also work
in the manual state.)
6.
According to the dryness of the ground, adjust the amount of water, and adjust to the
appropriate amount of water;
7.
Sit on the driving position and adjust to a suitable operating position.
8.
Step on the accelerator, and the whole vehicle will move forward. When going forward, the
associated brush plate in the automatic state of the whole vehicle will absorb water and spray
water to work.
9.
To stop the cleaning work, turn the automatic status button indicator to the manual state, and
then turn off the key to power off.
Advice
When using this scrubber to work, it is best to clean at a speed of 80-90 meters per minute.
Prompt
When the vehicle is working in an automatic state, the functions of brushing, water
absorption, and water spraying are related to driving forward. When the vehicle is not moving
forward, the brushing, water absorption, and water spraying do not work.
Machine Operation
1. When working on slopes or slippery ground, please operate at low speed, and do not work on
slopes exceeding 3 degrees.
2. When the whole machine is working in the manual working state, it is necessary to keep
walking to avoid damaging the ground. It is recommended to operate in the automatic state
during normal work.
3. If the wiper assembly leaves water with drag marks on the ground, wipe the wiper strip with a
rag to remove trash. (Please clean the area to be cleaned in advance to avoid drag marks.)

4. If there is too much foam in the sewage tank, please use the defoaming liquid to pour into the
sewage tank for defoaming.
5. In the process of working, you must observe the power display meter at any time. When the
voltage is as low as 20.2V, the last two grids of the power flash continuously. At this time, the brush,
suction, and water spray stop working, and the drive can continue to walk. When the voltage is lower
than 20V, the electricity meter as a whole flashes continuously, and all functions of the vehicle stop
working. (Please predict inadvance)

Sewage tank drainage
After each cleaning operation is completed or before refilling the clean water tank, the sewage in the
sewage tank should be drained and cleaned, and the dirt and impurities in the suction sewage pipe
should be simultaneously cleaned.
1.
Take off the sewage pipe, pull open the sewage pipe cover, put it in the drainage bucket
or drainage channel to start drainage.
2.
Open the cover of the recovery tank and rinse the inside of the recovery tank with clean water.
3.
Clean the floating ball filter located in the sewagetank.
4.
Clean the full water protector located in the sewagetank.
Clear water tank drainage
After each cleaning, the solution tank should be drained and cleaned.
1. Turn on the ball valve switch located next to the left rear wheel of the solution tank to allow all the
water in the solution tank to drain.
2. Unscrew the transparent cover of the filter assembly, you can also drain the clean water in the
clean water tank. Please clean the filter in the filter.
There is a water shortage indicator on the console panel. When the water in the
water tank is full, the indicator will be on. Please predict in advance.
Warning
When the water tank is filled with water again, if the sewage tank is not drained,
foam or water may enter the float device and damage the suction motor.

8.
Check the abrasion conditions of the skirt side of the brush head and replace it if there is any wear and
tear or damage.
9.
Charge the battery. To prolong the life of the battery and ensure the optimum efficiency of the machine,
the battery must be charged after the use time of the machine exceeds 30min.
Monthly Maintenance (every 80hours)
1.
Dismantle the filter of the clean water tank from the bottom of the machine and clean the filter screen.
Ensure the clean water tank is emptied before dismantling the filter.
2.
Clean the top of the battery to prevent electrode corrosion (refer to [Battery Maintenance]). 3.Check
whether the battery wiring is loose.
4.Check and clean the cover seal of the waste water tank and replace it if there is any damage. 5.Spray
the silica gel dry lubricant on all pivots and wheels, and cover a layer of water-proof lubricating oil to
ensure smooth operation of wheels and pivots.
6.Check whether the nuts and bolts on the machine are loose. 7.Check
whether the machine leaks.
Quarterly Maintenance
Examine the abrasion conditions of the carbon brush of drive motor (drive model), vacuum motor and
brush motor every 250 hours. When the abrasion length of the carbon brush is within 10mm, the carbon
brush needs to be replaced. If it is required to deliver the machine for maintenance, please contact with
the authorized service center.
Warning: Electric shock hazard. Please firstly disconnect the battery wring before maintaining the machine.
5.Battery maintenance
The scrubber system is powered by four 6V maintenance-free batteries in series, and the system voltage is
24V.
