Solutionspriortoreturningproduct.
Returns - Returnsforexchangeorrefundmustbehandledbythestore
wherethelampwaspurchased.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Thisproductisguaranteedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
forlife.Warrantyonthebulbisone(1)year.
FullSpectrumSolutions,Inc.willreplaceanydefectivepartswithinthelifetimeof
theoriginalpurchaserundernormalindooruse.Thiswarrantycoversalloriginal
labor,shouldyousendthelampintousforrepairs,andpartsexcludingthelight
bulbs.Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagetotheunitcausedbyabuse,faulty
householdwiring,weatherrelatedevents,orconditionsrelatedtonormalwear.All
warrantypartsmustbeshippedpre-paid in the original packagingandinsured
bytheconsumer.Anydamageincurredduringreturnshippingistheresponsibility
ofthecustomerandwillvoidanywarrantyclaim.Allshippingcostswillbethe
responsibility of the purchaser for shipping to and from the manufacturer. All
coveredlabormustbeauthorizedinadvancebytheFullSpectrumSolutions,Inc.
ReturnandWarrantyDepartment.
