IMPORTANT NOTICE
THINGS TO BE DONE BEFORE OPERATING YOUR NEW AIR
COMPRESSOR FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. On the top front of the air compressor pump head, you shall find a
Red Oil Filling Plug, loose the Red Oil Filling Plug, then start to
adding lubricating oil from this hole, the lubricating oil shall be
designated by the manufacturer or the authorised dealer, the
lubricating oil shall reach the halfway mark in the Oil Indicator Glass.
2. Check the motor rotation direction as indicated by the label in
fence cover, in case motor is running at wrong direction, the air
compressor shall be stopped immediately, for three phase air
compressor, you need to exchange two phase wires to make motor
run at correct direction.
3. Hand is strictly prohibited to be placed into the gap of the belt
when motor is rotating, otherwise it may cause serious personal
injury.
4. Install the silencers come with the accessory bag onto pump
head.

1. INTRODUCTION
Read this manual carefully before operating or servicing the air compressor, to familiarize
yourself with proper safety, operation and maintenance procedures. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH
INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS PRODUCT MANUAL COULD RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY
DAMAGE AND OR VOIDING YOUR WARRANTY. Following the instruction in this manual will
make your air compressor runs safer with longer product life.
2. SAFETY GUIDANCE
DANGER- AN IMMEDIATE HAZARD THAT WILL CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR LOSS OF LIFE.
1) TO REDUCE THE RISK OF THE FIRE OR EXPLOSION, NEVER SPRAT FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS
IN A CONFINED AREA. It is normal for the motor and the pressure switch to produce sparks while
operating, if sparks come into contact with vapors from gasoline or other solvent, they may
ignite causing fire or explosion, Always operate the air compressor in a well ventilated area, Do
not smoke while spraying. Do not spray where sparks or flame are present, Keep compressor
away from spraying area as far as possible.
2) DISCONNECT POWER SUPPLY AND RELEASE ALL PRESSURE FROM THE SYSTEM
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL, SERVICE, RELOCATE OR PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE
OF THE AIR COMPRESSOR.
3) Electric motor and D.O.L Starter must be securely and adequately connected with earthing
wires to prevent of electric shock risks.
4) Do not weld on the air tank of this air compressor. Welding on the air compressor tank may
cause an extremely hazardous conditions. Welding on the tank in any manner will void the
warranty.
5) Never use an electric air compressor outdoors when it is raining or on a wet surface, as it
may cause an electric shock.
6) Never directly inhale the compressed air produced by the air compressor. It is not suitable
for breathing purposes.
7) This air compressor starts automatically. ALWAYS shut off the air compressor, remove air
pipe connection from air outlet ball valve and releasing all air pressure from the system before
servicing the air compressor.
8) Check the manufacturer’s maximum pressure rating for the air tools and accessories.
Compressor outlet pressure must be regulated so as to never exceed the maximum pressure of

4/10 pages
the tools.
9) High temperatures and moving parts are present in the air compressor, to prevent burns or
other injuries, Do not operate the air compressor with the fence cover. Allow the air compressor
to cool down before handling or servicing.
10) Be certain to red all labels when you are spraying paints or toxic materials, and follow the
safety instructions. Use a respirator mask if there is a chance of inhaling anything you are
spraying. Read all instructions and be sure that your respirator mask will protect you.
11) Always wear safety goggles or glasses when using an air compressor, Never point any
nozzles or sprayer towards a person or any part of the body.
12) Do not adjust the pressure switch or safety valve for any reason, Doing so will voids all
warranties and may cause serious personal injury.
13) Release the drainage from the tank on a daily basis, a clean and dry tank will help prevent
corrosion of the tank, in any circumstances, the air tank of the air compressor shall not be used
more than 7 years, longer use of air tank may cause serious personal injury. Air receiver tank
pressure test shall be done every two year. The surface of the receiver tank should be checked
every year, if there are serious rust, bumps or pressure test failure, then the air receiver tank
should be disposed.
14) Pull the safety valve at least on a weekly basis to check whether safety valve is functioning
properly, if the safety valve is found not functioning properly then it shall be replaced
immediately.
15) To provide proper ventilation for the cooling of the air compressor, the air compressor must
be kept a minimum 31cm distance from the nearest wall in a well ventilated area.
16) Fasten the air compressor securely if transportation is necessarily, pressure within the tank
must be fully released before transportation.
17) Protect the air hose and electric cord from damage, inspect them weekly for weak or worn
spots and replace them if necessary.
3. BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE AIR COMPRESSOR
This belt driven air compressor is of novel design and excellent workmanship, having the
advantage of fine appearance, easy operation, less oil waste, longer life, easy removing, low
maintenance cost, high safety. It can be widely used in machinery, chemical industry, spray and
decoration, automatic control system and other applications where compressed air is required.
4. OPERATING PRINCIPLE

5/10 pages
This air compressor is a piston type air compressor, the rotation of the crankshaft and connection rod
was converted into piston movement by up and downs to generate the compressed air in the cylinders,
the compressed air was forced into the air tank via one way check valve and generated compressed air
in the air tank. Lubricating oil is required for the movements of all parts within the pump heads, without
adequate lubricating oil within the pump heads, the pump heads will be damaged.
