Wear the earbuds to fit your ears
Tog ett he best sound and acti ve noise canceling, the ear buds have to be positione dc orrectly in your ears. If yo u don't wear the earbuds pr operly, they may not wor k,or the soundq uality may be poor. Us ea p air of ear tips that fit your ears and follow the steps belo wto we art hemc orrectly.

The touch-sensiti vese nsors will detect that yo u are wearing the earbuds whe n you putt hem on. Then, the e arbud will emit a sound infor ming you that the earbud is d etected.
