Motoriserat arbetsbord Ergomax (art. no. 40-465, 40-466 och 40-467) är avsett att användas som arbetsplats för
tyngre monteringsarbeten i alla typer av industrier. Arbetsplatsen är enkelt justerbar i höjdled.

Installation
Arbetsbord monteras enl. bifogad monteringsanvisning. Montera transformatorn (skruvar för montering i
bordsskiva finns i skruvpåse). Ställdonskablarna monteras i transformatorn, uttag M1 och M2, medan kabeln till
handkontrollen monteras i uttag HS. Kablar fästs sedan på sådant sätt att de inte riskerar att skadas när
arbetsbordet höjs eller sänks. Därefter sätts stickkontakten i vägguttaget. Slutligen ska systemet nollställas enligt
följande:
1. Håll inne ”Pil Ner” tills systemet är i botten, släpp därefter knappen.
2. Tryck återigen på ”Pil Ner” och håll den inne tills ett kvitteringsklick hörs från transformatorn (efter c:a 5
sekunder).
Nu är systemet redo att tas i bruk.
Bruksanvisning
Arbetsbordet kan nu anpassas för alla kroppstyper och arbetsställningar med en enkel knapptryckning. För att
minimera risken för förslitningsskador är det en fördel att ändra arbetsställning kontinuerligt.
Service
Om systemet slutar fungera bör alla anslutna kablar kontrolleras och en nollställning göras, se instruktion i kapitel
”Installation”.

Motorized workbench Ergomax (art. no. 40-465, 40-466 and 40-467) is intended to be used as a workstation for
heavy assembly operations in all kinds of companies. The workstation is easy to maneuver up and down.

Installation
The workbench is to be assembled according to the attached assembly instruction. Mount the transformer
(screws for mounting it beneath a worktop are supplied). The actuator cables are to be plugged into the
transformer, outlet M1 and M2, whilst the hand control unit is to be plugged into outlet HS. The cables should be
fixed is such a way that they do not risk getting damaged when the workbench is going up or down. The next step
is to connect the transformer to the wall socket. Finally the system should be reset according to the following
instructions:
1. Press the ”Down” button until the system has reached its absolute bottom, and then release the button.
2. Press the ”Down” button again, and hold it until a clicking sound is heard from the transformer (after approx. 5
seconds).
Now the system is ready to use.
User guide
The workbench is now adaptable to all body types and working positions simply by the touch of a button. In order
to minimize the risk of wear damage it is recommended to change working positions continuously.
Service
If the system is not performing as it is supposed to, all connected cables should be checked and the system reset
according to the instruction in the chapter called “Installation”.

Installation
Die Werkbank ist entsprechend der beigefügten Montageanleitung zu montieren. Montieren Sie zunächst den Transformator (Schrauben
zur Montage unter einer Arbeitsplatte werden mitgeliefert). Die Bedienteil-Kabel werden in den Transformator gesteckt, Ausgang M1 und
M2. Das Bedienteil wird in den Ausgang HS gesteckt. Die Kabel sollten so xiert werden, dass sie nicht beschädigt werden können,
während die Werkbank hoch und runter fährt. Als nächsten Schritt stecken Sie den Transformator in die Steckdose. Anschließend sollte
das System nach der folgenden Anweisung zurückgesetzt werden:
Anleitung:
1 . Drücken Sie die Taste ”Down”, bis das System seinen absoluten Tiefpunkt erreicht hat. Dann die Taste loslassen.
2 . Drücken Sie die Taste ”Down”erneut und halten Sie sie gedrückt, bis Sie ein Klickgeräusch aus dem Transformator hören
(nach ca. 5 Sekunden). Jetzt ist das System einsatzbereit.

Bedienungsanleitung
Der Werkbank ist jetzt bereit, sich an alle Körperformen und Arbeitspositionen einfach durch die Berührung einer Taste anzupassen.
Um Verschleißschäden zu minimieren, wird empfohlen, die Arbeitspositionen kontinuierlich anzupassen.
Service
Falls das System einmal nicht so funktioniert, wie es sollte, müssen alle angeschlossenen Leitungen überprüft und das System
zurückzusetzt werden gemäß den Anweisungen in Kapitel ” Installation”.
