beunsteady,possiblywon’tburnall
thewayaround,andwillbenoisy,
soundinglikeablowtorch.
With notenoughair, youwon’t
seeanysharpblueconesinthe
flame,youmayseeyellowtips,and
sootmayaccumulateoncookware.
Theairadjustmentshuttersseton
thehoodofthevalveandareeither
lockedinplacewithPhillipshead
screwsor positionedontheburner
tubesbyfrictionfit.
Toadjust the flowof air to the
burners, loosenthePhillipshead
screwsandrotatetheshutters(or
