All Shipments are F.O.B. Jasco Dock, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice for customers approved for open account purchases. MINIMUM ORDER: $100.00 per ship to location. MEXICAN EXPORT: $6.00 handling charge per order. FREIGHT: Surface freight prepaid on orders totaling $500.00 or more to a single location within the contiguous U.S.. Jasco reserves the right to utilize the carrier of its choice on prepaid orders. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be prepaid on orders of $3000.00 or more. RETURN GOODS: No products may be returned without first receiving a "Return Goods Authorization" in writing from the factory. Only material listed on the "Return Goods Authorization" will be accepted for return. Jasco reserves the right to replace or issue credit on all defective return goods. Return must be shipped freight prepaid. Unauthorized or collect returns will be refused. Only currently listed items purchased within the previous twelve months will be accepted for return. The mate- rial returned must be in new and resellable condition in factory-sealed cartons. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all returns of non-defec- tive material. A $15.00 handling charge will be assessed for any item returned to Jasco that is not a Jasco product. CREDIT AMOUNT: The credit amount on returned goods will be based on current price or price paid, whichever is lower.
STOCK ADJUSTMENT: Jasco will allow the exchange of slow-moving merchandise for an order equal to 2 times the dollar value of the return at current dealer pricing up to 5% of the previous year's purchases. Order must accompany return goods request. The material to be returned must be shipped freight prepaid. The material returned must be in new and resellable condition in factory-sealed cartons. Any returned items must be listed in our current price list. Stock adjustments will be limited to once a year. 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY: Jasco Products Company warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product only and does not extend to con- sequential or incidental damage to other products that may be used with this unit. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If unit should prove defective within the warranty period, return prepaid with dated proof of purchase to: Jasco Products Company, 311 N.W. 122nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK. 73114. (Various product categories will have different warranty periods). All orders subject to acceptance by Jasco. Any commitments made by Jasco sales representatives must be confirmed in writing by Jasco fac- tory personnel. Prices are subject to change without notice. Billing will be based upon pricing at the time of shipment.
