工业缝 纫机的 特性之 一，是 要在机 针和旋 梭等运 动零部 件附近 进行操 作，而 这些零 部件很 容易引 起受伤 的
危险， 所以请 在接受 过培训 的人员 或有熟 练操作 技术的 人员的 指导下 ，正确 地使用 本缝纫 机。

Thank you very much for buying our sewing machine.Before using your new machine,please read the safety instructions
below and the explanations given in the Operation Instruction.
With industrial sewing machines,it is normal to carry out work while positioned directly in front of moving parts such as the
needle and thread take-up lever,and consequently there is always a danger of injury that can be caused by these parts.Follow
the instructions from training personnel and instructors regarding safe and correct operation before operating the machine so
that you will know how to use it correctly.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Safety indications and their meanings
This instruction manual and the indications and symbols that are used on the machine itself are provided in order to ensure
safe operation of this machine and to prevent accidents and injury to yourself or other people.
The meaning of these indications and symbols are given below.

triangle indicates the nature of the caution that must be taken.

This symbol (●) indicates something that you must do. The picture inside the circle indicates

安全注意事项
危险
打开控 制箱盖 时，必 须先关 闭电源 开关并 将电源 插头从 插座上 拔下， 至少等 待5分钟后 ，再打 开控
制箱盖。触摸带有高电压的区域将会造成人员伤亡。

使用环境
应避免 在强电 气干扰 源(如高频 焊机)的附 近使
用缝纫 机。

使用时 应避免 暴露于 直射的 阳光下 。
直射的 阳光会 影响缝 纫机的 正确操 作。
万一发 生雷电 暴风雨 时，关 闭电源 开关， 并将
电源插 头从插 座上拔 下。雷 电可能 会影响 缝纫
机的正确操作。
安装
请让受 过培训 的技术 人员来 安装缝 纫机。
请委托 购买商 店或电 气专业 人员进 行电气
配线。
安装工作必须由两人以上来完成。
在安装 完成前 ，请不 要连接 电源， 如果误
按启动 开关， 缝纫机 动作会 导致受 伤。
请在切断电源后，再拔掉电源插头。不然易
成为控 制箱发 生故障 的原因 。
必须接 地。接 地线不 牢固， 是造成 触电或 误
动作的 原因。
固定电 缆时， 不要过 度弯曲 电缆或 用卡钉
固定得 过紧， 会引起 火灾或 触电的 危险。
如果使 用带小 脚轮的 工作台 ，则应 该固定 小
脚轮， 使其不 能移动 。
缝纫机 头倒下 或竖起 时，请 用双手 进行操
作。单 手操作 时因缝 纫机的 重量万 一滑落 易
导致受 伤。
使用润 滑油或 黄油时 ，务必 戴好保 护眼镜 和
保护手 套等， 以防润 滑油落 入眼中 或沾在 皮
肤上，这是引起发炎的原因。
另外， 润滑油 或黄油 不能饮 用，否 则会引 起
呕吐和 腹泻。
将油放在小孩拿不到的地方。

DANGER
Wait at least 5 minutes after turning off the power switch and disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet before
opening the face plate of the control box. Touching areas where high voltages are present can result in severe injury.
CAUTION
Environmental requirements
Use the sewing machine in an area which is free from
sources of strong electrical noise such as high-
frequency welders.
Sources of strong electrical noise may cause
problems with correct operation.
Any fluctuations in the power supply voltages should
be within ±10% of the rated voltage for the machine.
Voltage fluctuations which are greater than this may
cause problems with correct operation.
The power supply capacity should be greater than
the requirements for the sewing machine's electrical
consumption.
Insufficient power supply capacity may cause
problems with correct operation. In the event of an electrical storm, turn off the power
and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
Lightning may cause problems with correct operation.
The ambient temperature should be within the range
of 5℃ to 35℃ during use.
Temperatures which are lower or higher than this may
cause problems with correct operation.
The relative humidity should be within the range of
45% to 85% during use, and no dew formation should
occur in any devices.
Excessively dry or humid environments and dew
formation may cause problems with correct operation.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight during use.
Exposure to direct sunlight may cause problems with
correct operation.
Installation
Machine installation should only be carried out
by a qualified technician.
Contact your dealer or a qualified electrician for
any electrical work that may need to be done.
The installation should be carried out by two or
more people.
Don't connect the power cord until installation is
complete, otherwise the machine may operate if
the foot switch is depressed by mistake, which
could result in injury.
Be sure to connect the ground. If the ground
connection is not secure, you run a high risk of
receiving a serious electric shock, and problems
with correct operation may also occur.
Install the safety covers to the machine head and
motor.
Hold the machine head with both hands when tilting
it back or returning it to its original position.
Furthermore, after tilting back the machine head,
do not push the face plate side or the pulley side
from above, as this could cause the machine head
to topple over, which may result in personal injury
or damage to the machine.
All cords should be secured at least 25mm away
from any moving parts. Furthermore, do not
excessively bend the cords or secure them too
firmly with staples, otherwise there is the danger
that fire or electric shocks could occur.
If using a work table which has caster, the
casters should be secured in such a way so that
they cannot move.
Be sure to wear protective goggles and gloves
when handling the lubricating oil and grease, so
that they don't get into your eyes or onto your
skin, otherwise inflammation can result.
Furthermore, do not drink the oil or eat the
grease under any circumstances, as they can
cause vomiting and diarrhoea.
Keep the oil out of the reach children.

CAUTION
Sewing
This sewing machine should only be used by
operators who have received the necessary training
in safe use beforehand.
The sewing machine should not be used for any
applications other than sewing.
Be sure to wear protective goggles when using the
machine.
If goggles are not worn, there is the danger that if a
needle breaks, parts of the broken needle may
enter your eyes and injury may result.
If an error occurs in machine operation, or if
abnormal noises or smells are noticed, immediately
turn off the power switch. Then contact your nearest
dealer or a qualified technician.
If using a work table which has casters, the casters
should be secured in such a way so that they cannot
move.
Attach all safety devices before using the sewing
machine. If the machine is used without these
devices attached, injury may result.
Do not touch any of the moving parts or press any
objects against the machine while sewing as this may
result in personal injury or damage to the machine.
Cleaning
Turn off the power switch before carrying out
cleaning, otherwise the machine may operate if
the foot switch is depressed by mistake, which
could result in injury.
Be sure to wear protective goggles and gloves
when handing the lubricating oil and grease, so
that they do not get into your eyes or onto your
skin, otherwise inflammation can result.

under any circumstances, as they can cause

加油量是使油处于线H与L线之间 为好。 当油低 于L线
时，就要及时补充机油。

4.手动给油 Manual Lubrication
手动给 油是在 缝纫机 最初开 始使用 时,或相当 一段时
间没有 用了时,请 供给2-3滴油 。
Apply 2 or 3 drops of oil by hand when the machine is used
for the first time or has been left unused for some time.

注:关于购 买硅油 ，请咨 询缝纫 机代销 店或本 公司营
业。
Fill the HR device with oil be for it is too low in order to
prevent
needle thread breakage and fabric damage.
Note: Use Pegasus recommended silicon oil. ( UNION
CARBIDE CORPORATION ) UCC L-45(10)
5.给HR装置供油 Filling The HR Witch Silicon Oil
1)Open three covers. Sewing the presser foot aside.
2)Knot the preset thread and the thread being used together
to thread the machine.
3)Needle thread
Trim the knots off neatly before passing through the eye of the
needle to rethread .
4)looper theread
Trim the knots off neatly after passing through the the eye of
the looper.
1)打开压脚及机盖（三处）
2)把机上 原有的 线与缝 纫机用 线绑结 在一起 。
3)针线
将线拉到针眼前，剪掉结头再次穿好针线。
4)弯针线
线拉出 接头后,剪 掉接线 头。

7压脚压力的调节 Adjusting The Presser Foot Pressure.
1)压脚压 力的调 节是松 开螺帽 ①和旋 转螺丝 ②来进 行
的。在 能取得 平稳针 脚的范 围内， 尽量调 的松一 些为
好。
1)Loosen adjusting nu① and turn adjusting screw ② to
adjust the presser foot pressure.
It should be as light as possible, yet be sufficient to obtain
the proper stitch formation.

8.差动比的调节 Adjusting The Diff. Feed Ratio
1)Loosen the nut ① and move the lever up ②and down to obtain
the correct differential feed ratio, then tighten nut ①.

Note: Stitch length adjustment must only be made after the
differential feed ratio has been changed.

11.缝纫机的清扫 Cleaning The Machine
1)缝纫 机的清 扫，以 针板槽 及送布 牙周围 为主。
1)Mainly the slots of the needle plate and the feed rows
should be cleaned.

安装下刀片
1）装入下 刀片 。
2）拧紧 螺丝 。
3）转动 手轮将 上刀 移动 对准如 左图所 示位置 。
4）松开 螺丝 ，下 刀架 侧向 右移动 。
