6. Stow the MP3 Player and
Microphone in the upper front
pocket of the Tactical Pack.
Stow additional accessories in
the lower front pocket or the
side pockets of the Pack.
5. Secure the 100X in place by
snapping the mesh cover onto
the four corners of the 100X.
Attach and tighten the straps.
Zip the main compartment’s
outer flap closed.
4. Unzip the main compartment of
the Tactical Pack and pull down
the outer flap and mesh cover.
Place the 100X into the open
compartment with the unit in
the upright position and the
snaps facing outward.
1. Connect one end of 20-foot
audio cable (wrapped around
the back of the LRAD 100X) to
the 100X’s audio input
connector.
3. Using a Phillips-head
screwdriver, thread the inclued
self-tapping screws into the
four corner holes located on the
front of the 100X.
2. Unwind other end of the 20-foot
audio cable one to two turns
and move unwound cable to
top of the 100X.

TACTICAL PACK: OPERATION
To operate the 100X in the Tactical Pack, perform the following steps.
1. Lay the Tactical Pack on its side,
unzip and pull open the main
compartment’s outer flap.
2. Pull back the small Velcro flap
at the top of the Tactical Pack
and pull the unwound audio
cable through the exposed
access hole.
3. Remove the MP3 Player and
Microphone from the Tactical
Pack. Attach audio cable to the
AUDIO output connector on the
MP3 Player. Attach Microphone
to the MIC/USB input connector
on the MP3 Player.
4. Ensure the outer flap is still
pulled open and the 100X is
secured in place. The LRAD 100X
Tactical Pack is now ready for
mobile operation.
