The following is a procedure to register a dealership and technicians for access to the tech portal of Symphony. It
is recommended that all technicians be registered using their own access credentials. To begin, access the main
symphony website https://symphony.mygeostar.com. All dealers have been given in the past a GeoStar Secure Site
Access e-mail and password. This should be used to first login and register. If you are unable to locate your secure site
access credentials please contact GeoStar customer service. Type in the Secure Site credentials and press the “Sign In”
button.

Once logged in, the ‘Dealer/Technician Terms of Use’ appears. You will need to agree to the terms before continuing.

After agreeing to the terms, the account registration window appears. At a minimum, a designated service manager is
required for registration.
Once a service manager is entered, you have the option of entering other technicians. The service manager will be
the designated authority to manage the technician list if changes are needed in the future. After completing the
registration, click the register button.

This will bring you back to main Symphony Login page.
After completing the registration process, the service manager and technicians should receive the following e-mails to confirm their
registration. Technicians will need to click the “Complete Registration” button to create their password.

The technician can reset password using the ‘Reset Password’ button.
After a successful registration, technicians can login at the same Symphony site (https://symphony.mygeostar.com ) using the new
credentials.
