Safety Instructions
• This product is only suitable for indoor use only.
• Appliance must be placed on a level and sturdy countertop during operation.
• Keep appliance at least 50cm away from walls during operation.
• Use only 3-pin plug socket with reliable earth connection.
• During operation, keep appliance away from ammables or items that may explode.
• During operation, be cautious that areas surrounding the heat-emitting parts of the appliance
may be hot. Take care to prevent from getting burnt.
• During operation, do not leave the appliance unattended.
• The appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or any individual lacking experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
• Unplug the power cord and let the appliance cool before cleaning or washing, or when the product
is not in use.
• Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. All repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons.
• If power cord is damaged, immediately stop using, and have the cord replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons.
• Do not submerge, spray or splash the appliance with any liquid.

Operation Instructions
• Place main unit on a level surface and place clean grill plate onto the base.
• Connect power cable to wall socket. Make sure your household power supply is compatible with
that required of the appliance.
• Press HEATING button to select heating mode; press once is‘TOP/BOTTOM’ (halogen+tubular
heating element); press twice is ‘TOP’(halogen heating only); press three times is ‘BOTTOM’(tubular
heating element only). Pressing 4th time returns to ‘TOP/BOTTOM’ and cycle begins again.
• After heating mode is selected, press ‘START/STOP’ button to start the machine. Halogen
and/or tubular heating element will heat up.
• Press ‘TIMER’ button to preset cooking time. Default timer is 20 minutes, each press of
‘TIMER’ button increases timer by 1 minute. Long pressing will make timer increase by
5-minute increments.
• After preheating for 2 minutes, place food onto the grill pan. Adjust heating modes according to need.
• Press ‘START/STOP’ button to stop machine after use. The grill fan will continue to run for
5 minutes to dissipate residual heat.
CAUTION!
• Do not turn off socket power supply until machine has completely cooled down.
• If machine is used frequently, it is not necessary to turn off socket power supply.

Care & Maintenance
Technical Specications
• Before cleaning, unplug machine from power socket, and make sure grill is cooled to room temperature.
• Remove grill from the main body and clean with warm water. Do not use abrasive material to
clean grill, to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
• Pull out the grease reservoir, empty out the grease and wash with detergent. Use only warm cloth
to wipe the main body, do not use abrasive material to avoid scratching the surface. Afterwards,
wipe with clean dry cloth. Do not wash directly with water.
• Wipe the main body and grill plate with soft warm cloth. For stubborn stains, wipe with neutral
cleansing agent, then use soft warm cloth to wipe off residual stain.
• Do not immerse machine in water or rinse it under tap.
• Regularly clean the product to avoid malfunction.
• May use cotton swabs to clean air inlet and outlet vents to avoid dirt accumulating. To clean off
grease, use soft toothbrush with non-abrasive cleansing agent to gently brush the vents.
• When the product is not in use, please store in a dry and ventilated place.
WARNING!
• Take care that even after machine has been turned off, grill plate may still be hot.
Do not touch with bare hands to avoid getting burnt!
• Do not let children use product unless under adult supervision!

安全注意事項
• 本產品只供室內使用。
• 使用本機時，必須平穩放在工作枱上，嚴禁傾斜。
• 使用本機時，產品至少離牆面50厘米以上。
• 使用本機時，所用的電源插座必須是3孔，有可靠接地線的安全插座。
• 使用本機時，須遠離易燃易爆物品。
• 使用本機時，須注意產品灼熱的表面，以防燙傷。
• 在使用本機的過程中須由專人看管，請勿離開。
• 請勿讓兒童或智力障礙人士使用或操作本機。
• 不使用本機或清潔產品前必須拔掉電源插頭線。
• 請勿自行修理產品的任何部份，必須要由專業的技術人員修理。
• 如果本機電源線損壞，必須停止使用，更換本機專用的電源線後方可使用。
• 嚴禁向本機灑水或將本機浸入水中。

操作說明
• 把主機放在水平的桌面上，將清潔乾淨的烤盤放在主機底座上 。
• 把電源插頭插入固定電源插座內（注意插座的電壓與要求的電壓一致）。
• 輕觸「加熱 」 按鍵，可以選擇加熱模式；檔位順序循環為：上下加熱(光波加熱+發熱管加熱)、
上加熱（光波加熱）、下加熱（發熱管加熱）。
• 選擇完成後，輕觸「啟動/停止」 鍵進入工作模式，這時光波管或發熱管通電發熱，產品開始
加熱工作。
• 輕觸「定時」 按鍵，可以設置烹調時間，默認為20分鐘，每按一下以1分鐘遞增，長按此鍵可
快速遞增。
• 預熱約2分鐘後，把需要烤製的食物放在烤盤上面烹調；過程中可根據需要來調整高低加熱檔位。
• 使用完畢後，輕觸「啟動/停止」 鍵，此時爐頭風機繼續運行5分鐘散熱。

警告!
• 必須待機器冷卻後方可關閉總電源。
• 若經常使用本機進行烹調，可以不用關閉總開關。

清潔保養
• 清潔保養時請先把電源線拔離插座，並確認產品表面的溫度涼至室溫後方可進行。
• 將烤盤從主機上取出，用溫水清潔，切勿用研磨性材料，以免損壞表面不黏塗層。
• 將底座下方的接油盤取出，將盒內的油倒掉，並將其清潔乾淨；機身表面髒污，請用溫布擦
拭，切勿用研磨性材料以免損壞產品表面，再用抹布擦拭，不能直接用水擦拭。
• 機體、烤盤以柔軟的溫布擦拭，不易擦拭之油污，可用中性洗潔劑擦拭後，再以柔軟的溫布擦
拭殘渣。
• 機體切勿直接用水沖洗或浸入水中刷洗。
• 經常保持整個產品清潔，以免導致產品失靈。
• 吸氣及排氣孔表面可用棉花棒將塵埃除去，如有油污，可用牙刷加少許不損器具的清潔劑小心
清除。
• 產品不用時請放置於通風乾燥處。
警告!
• 產品使用後，烤盤表面尚有餘熱，請勿用手觸摸，小心燙傷！
• 請勿讓小孩在沒有大人的監護下使用本產品！
