重要安全事項Important
1. 請務必於操作前，詳細閱讀說明書內容，並妥善
保存以便日後查閱。
2. 請務必遵照說明書上的注意事項及指示來使用。
3. 請用乾淨的濕布溫和擦拭機器。不要使用磨料和
石油化工類的清潔劑清洗。
4. 不可將電動真空主機或智能塞浸入水中。
5. 不可將電動真空儲物罐放入洗碗碟機清洗。
6. 請勿將產品靠近任何熱源，如火爐等。
7. 請勿自行維修拆開電動真空主機，以免電子零件
暴露造成危險。
8. 使用時，請確保通氣蓋或彈力通氣蓋上的孔沒有

3. Clean your Auto-Vacuum storage system with a
damp cloth and a mild soapy water solution. DO
NOT use abrasives or petroleum-based detergent.
4. DO NOT immerse the Auto-Vacuum Machine or
Smart Knob in water.
5. DO NOT clean the Auto-Vacuum storage system in a
dishwasher.

1.請先轉開通氣蓋，使電動真空主
機與通氣蓋分離。
2.再轉開電動真空主機上的電池蓋。
3.裝入兩個 AA(C size)電池。
4. 裝回電池蓋，並旋轉同電動真空
主機鎖緊。
1. Unscrew the vent cap.
2. Unscrew the battery cover from
Auto-Vacuum Machine.
3. Insert C size or AA size batteries.
4. Reverse the above process to reas-
semble the Auto-Vacuum Machine.

CAUTION
•Please remove the disposable
cap before using the Auto-Vacuum
storage system. This cap is for
packaging only and is not a part of
the functional product.
•Batteries not included. Always
install NEW batteries.
•Ensure battery cover is fastened
tightly to prevent moisture from
entering the Auto-Vacuum Machine.
•It is advised that the batteries
are replaced every 4-6 months to
ensurecontinual vacuum storage.

3. 將真空蓋緊密蓋好儲物罐，並用

2. Screw the Auto-Vacuum Machine on
top of the lid, securing with vent cap.
3. Cover the container with the lid and
lock tightwith the catches, ensuring
the rim of the container is clean and
free of any debris.

the Smart Knob (see p9).

containers clean and free of
any debris that could hinder
the suction process.

4. 按下電動真空主機上的開關鈕，抽

suction process will begin and continue
until optimum pressure is achieved.

for refrigerating, freezing, or
canning. All perishable foods
that require refrigeration MUST
STILL BE REFRIGERATED.
•The Auto-Vacuum Storage Series
cannot reverse the deterioration
process of food. It only slows
down the process by maintaining
the food quality for longer.

智能塞使用指南Smart Knob Operating Guidelines
只有智能塞可連同真空儲物罐一起
儲藏於雪櫃內。
1.旋緊並固定智能塞與彈力通氣蓋。
2.將真空蓋緊密蓋好儲物罐，並用
鎖扣鎖緊罐身與真空蓋，確保罐
邊緣乾淨無異物。
3.將電動真空主機連同智能塞穩固
接合，並按下開關鍵開始抽氣。
主機抽氣完成後，請將主機快速
垂直拔除後才把罐子放進雪櫃。
4.欲打開儲物罐，只需推動智能塞
兩側使空氣進入罐內釋放壓力，
從而打開儲物罐。
To refrigerate the Auto-Vacuum Container,
the Smart Knobmust be used.
1. Screw the Smart Knob on top of the
lid and secure with Spring Vent Cap.
2. Cover the container with the lid and
lock tightwith the catches, ensuring
the rim of the container is clean and
free from any debris.

down the ON/OFF button to begin the
suction process. To refrigerate, unlpug
the Auto-Vacuum Machine quickly
and vertically from the Smart Knob.

Do not use the Smart Knob without
securing it using the Spring Vent
Cap. Without the Spring Vent Cap,
it will be impossible to reopen the
dome again.

乾淨的濕布擦拭電動真空主機或智能塞。切勿

Wash all sealing containers by hand, using a clean
damp cloth. DO NOT submerge the Auto-Vacuum
Machine or Smart Knob in water.

內置真空感應裝置
電動真空主機內置真空感應裝置以確保儲物
時容器內部始終保持真空狀態。當真空度下
降時，本產品會自動啟動抽氣系統維持真空
狀態。
儲存水果與蔬菜
由於蔬果本身會散發水分，因此建議使用者每
天打開蓋子約10分鐘讓水氣散發。這將減少容
器內部水分，保持容器乾燥。
儲存麵包、餅乾、穀物等乾燥或低水分食物
可直接真空儲存，不需要每天打開容器。
製作醃製食品
電動真空儲物系列極其適合製作醃製食品。在
真空的環境下，食物中的細胞和毛細孔會打
開，加速醬汁的吸收，縮短醃漬時間，快速簡
便。使用本機製作醃製食品，只需30分鐘就可
享受醃製美味。快速、全面滲透醬汁，吸收濃
鬱美味，適合烹製燒烤烘焙食物。
Built-In Vacuum Sensor
The Auto-Vacuum Machine comes with abuilt-in
vacuum sensor to monitor the level of vacuum.
When the vacuum level drops, the suctionprocess
will begin again to restore the original vacuum level.
Fruits and Vegetables
As fruits and vegetables releasemoisture, we
suggest you keep the lid open for ten minutes a
day to allow excess moisture to escape. Thiswill
help prevent mist from being retained inside the
storage area.
Bread, Biscuits, Cereals or other Dry Foods
You can store these directly. You do not have to
open the lid daily.
Marinated Foods
The Auto-Vacuum Storage Seriesisperfect for
marinating foods. The vacuum process helps make
food more porous, making marinating simple
and quick. Injust 30 minutes, your foodwill be
completely marinated. The marinade mixture is
infused quicker and penetrates deeperinto the food
roasting, or baking.

若電動真空儲物系列產品無法正常工作，請檢
查以下事項：
•電池是否有電？
•電池的安裝方向是否正確？不正確方向會造
成無法啟動。
•桌面是否平整光滑？
•矽膠密封圈及容器邊緣是否有異物阻礙抽氣
的進行？
•開關鈕是否完全按到底？
•密封圈是否與儲物罐緊密接合，沒有漏氣？
•通氣蓋的孔是否被食物或異物阻塞？
If the Auto-Vacuum Storage Series is not operating
as it should, please check the following:
•Are the batteries dead?
•Are the batteriespositioned correctly?
•Is the table surface smooth?
•Are both the siliconeseals and the rims of the
containers clean andfree of any debris that
could hinder the suction process?
•Is the ON/OFF button fully depressed?
•Is the seal fastened to the container creating any
air leak to hinder the suction process?
•Is the vent cap hole blocked?
