Safety precautions
1. Electrical work must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
2. Disconnect or turn off power before installation or servicing.
3. Do not take apart or modify the product.
4. Do not drop the product or apply a strong impact to it.
5. The manufacturer or the seller do not bear liability for damage caused by inappropriate use or application.
6. Contact the manufacturer or the seller for inquiry when there is a problem with the product.
7. Do not install the product where the weight cannot be supported.
8. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
9. The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
10. GigaTera control gear is being used for power supply devices.
11. Product shall be mounted on grounded metal part
For luminaires with type Y attachments, the mounting instructions shall contain the substance of the following information
for type Y attachments
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent
or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard

Installation Instruction

Install SMA400 by bolt. (Bolt not provided)

Fix the bracket bolt (4EA). Set the Angle Meter to 50 degree angle.

“60” degree angle between ground and glass cover shows the optimal light beam distribution based on the
given IES file at zero degree tilt condition.

When wiring, make sure that the DC cable is sufficient.

Installation Instruction – Remote Driver IP Box

Assemble the DC cable connector to the Remote Driver.
* The maximum cable distance between the fixture and RED driver is 2.5SQ2or 13AWG, which is 70 meters.

Assemble DC cable. Each cable color have to match. (Red + / Black - )
* Push-in termination : If the cross section of the wire is thick or hard, insert it directly without using tools. For wires that
can not be pushed in due to the small cross section of the wires, use a flat head screwdriver as shown in above.

Connect RED with the AC cables. Please match the cable colors as shown.
* Push-in termination : If the cross section of the wire is thick or hard, insert it directly without using tools. For wires that
can not be pushed in due to the small cross section of the wires, use a flat head screwdriver as shown in above.
AC power can be supplied from RED1 to RED2 via Bridge.

l DC drop per 10 meter DC Cable from 1.2kW driver
to LED module shall be 6.5W based on 2.5mm2 DC
cable wire thickness.
l Recommended core wire thickness from Driver to
LED module for DC cable length upto100m :
2.5mm2
l Recommended core wire thickness for AC cable
from DB to 1.2kW Driver : 2.0 mm2
[ Note ]
1) Rated wattage is the power consumption including
driver efficiency losses, at 25° C stabilized operation in
ambient temperature
2) Operating current includes allowance for 0.90 minimum
power factor, operating temperature and and LED light
source tolerances.
3) Use thermal magnetic suitable D-curve circuit breakers.
