DEDICATION TO QUALITY
We take pride in creating high-quality boats that meet the needs of boaters all across the
country. Part of what makes our boats so outstanding is the superior fuel-economy. Our team
of designers and boatbuilders put meticulous time and effort into creating a stepped hull that
runs smoothly across the water, reducing drag and lifting the overall fuel-efficiency.
Just how efficient are our boats, and what does that mean to you, the boat owner? It means
less money going into the tank, and more time spent cruising along in your favorite craft. If
you are an angler, it also means you can go further in your boat, reaching distant fishing holes
that many other boats may not be able to reach and at a much quicker speed.

models. Glasstream Powerboats shall be under no obligation to equip or modify boats built

General Responsibility
Regardless of channels through which an owner routes his complaint, specific action to
resolve the owners’ dissatisfaction must take place in the dealership. The owner is a retail
customer who has been developed and sold through the efforts of the dealer. The dealer should
have the first opportunity to handle the owners’ complaint.
In all cases every effort should be made to completely resolve the owners’ complaints as soon
as possible after the owner makes them known. The dealer should apply all proper and
available service information in correcting the owners’ complaint. If the dealer cannot satisfy
the owner, the dealership should request assistance from Glasstream Powerboats warranty
department.
Dealer Responsibility
Providing adequate storage is the responsibility of each dealer. The dealer is responsible for
the protection of the interior fabrics from fading and damage while the boat is at the
dealership. Faded material or damaged upholstery is not replaceable under warranty if the
damage occurs while the boat is being stored at the dealership. It is the dealer’s responsibility
to prevent damage to the boat from outside elements such damage is not covered under
warranty.
Immediate Inspection
Boats received at the dealership must be carefully checked against the order specifications to
determine whether or not there are any shortages or damage. Claims for shortages and
damages that are not noted on the delivery inspection document at the time of delivery cannot
be accepted., In the rare instance where the dealer and driver cannot inspect upon delivery,
the dealer must make a shortage/damage report to Glasstream Powerboats within 3 days after
delivery.
Limitations
Certain costs are considered part of selling dealers’ normal cost of doing business or dealer
responsibility and must be absorbed by the dealer. These are: (1) Service required due to
improper storage, protection or handling o\f new units by the dealer prior to sales, including
damage to batteries, accessories and gelcoat; (2) Any work normally performed as part of a
dealer preparation and rigging, before or after boat delivery to owner; (3) Warranty repairs
performed a second time by dealer (due to incorrect ore inadequate diagnosis, improper
assembly or repair) are considered as shop comebacks and are not reimbursable. All retail
dealers shall perform warranty work for owners of Glasstream Powerboats product regardless
of where the product was purchased.
Owner Responsibility
It is the owner’s responsibility to carry warranty verification documents and present them to
the servicing dealer as proof of ownership when warranty services are required. The owner is
also responsible for all transportation related costs. Glasstream Powerboats is not responsible
for transportation hauling or storage fees.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Safe boating is very important to Glasstream Powerboats. In addition to the
information found in this manual, it is recommended that any boat owner or operator
familiarize themselves with state/local laws as well as all U.S. Coast Guard safety
guidelines. It is also important to have a good understanding of the Rules of the
Road and to exercise good judgment and common sense at all times while on the
water.
Glasstream also advises that while on board, all passengers should wear lifejackets,
and the vessel’s operator should always wear the engine safety lanyard.
You should never operate the vessel under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Additionally, extreme caution should be exercised while operating the vessel in
rough water, severe weather, darkness, fog or low visibility.

** Please note that due to the various components installed in the fuel system to
comply with the EPA (Evaporative Emissions Regulations), the actual usable
volume of each tank may be less than the values listed above.
All fuel systems have been factory inspected and pressure tested in accordance with
regulations in effect at the time of manufacture. This inspection ensures that the
system is air tight, leak proof and safe. It is the responsibility of the end user to
maintain it in that condition. Make frequent inspections of the entire system to
ensure it remains functional for years to come.

LIVEWELL SYSTEM
Glasstream Powerboats can be built with a wide array of livewell quantities and
arrangements. The plumbing of these wells is often specific only to the particular
boat or configuration; however, some similarities exist.
Most wells utilize an intake, a drain, and an overflow. The intake is usually located on
the bottom of the hull. This intake allows the system to receive clean water and it is
connected to a valve and then a livewell pump. The drain and the overflow are plumbed

In most cases, when using the livewell, the drain must be closed to allow water to
accumulate in the well. The intake valve can be decreased to slow water from
coming into the well with the adjustment of the livewell spray head. This will allow
for the proper flow of water ratio to overflow, keeping an aerated well to improve
bait life.

GELCOAT MAINTENANCE

UPHOLSTERY CARE
The vinyl upholstery used on the seats, cushions, bolsters, and for the headliner in
some cabins, should be cleaned periodically with mild soap and water.
Any stain, spill or soiling should be cleaned up promptly to prevent the possibility
of permanent staining. When cleaning, always rub gently. Avoid using products
containing ammonia, powdered abrasive cleaners, steel wool, ink, strong solvents,
acetone and lacquer solvents or other harsh chemicals as they can cause permanent
damage or shorten the life of vinyl. Never use steam heat, heat guns or hair dryers
on vinyl.
Stronger cleaners, detergents and solvents may be effective in stain removal, but
can cause either immediate damage or slow deterioration. Lotions, sunscreen,
waxes and polishes, etc., contain oils and dyes that can cause stiffening and
staining of vinyl’s.
