Heart rate measuring status. Turn solid when Heart ate under measuring, flashing if

Battery
Displaying battery status, icon flashing and buzzer alert when battery down below

Icon flashing and buzzer alert again when battery down below 5%, and watch
automatically turn off.
Alarm
Alarm icon will display when clock configured.
Steps
Number after this icon will display steps count or switch by (Up or Down) to total
workout distance.
Phone
Phone connection status. Stays solid when connection alive, flashing and beep when
connection broken. Icon will turn off when the watch enter workout mode.
Charge your watch
Before you start use the watch, fully charge the battery using your computer or a wall outlet as a
power source.
1Attach the charging cable clip to the watch so the clip’s pins align with the contacts on the back of
the watch.

2T rn off the watch before charging may red ce charging time less than 2 ho rs.
3Select a power so rce:
3.1 Comp ter: Insert the free end of the charging cable into a powered USB port on yo r
comp ter.
3.2 Wall o tlet: Insert the free end of the charging cable into a USB power adapter, then insert the
adapter into a wall o tlet.
4Let the battery charge at least 3 ho rs. The flashes d ring charging or the battery icon in the
center of screen t rns solid static if yo r t rn off as below.
When you connect the watch to a power source, the watch will turn on in charging screen. Charge the watch until the battery
icon stays still as above.
Maximizing battery life
Use this procedure to maximize the time range of your watch’s rechargeable battery:
1Use yo r watch witho t recharging ntil the last battery indicator segment disappears and the
empty indicator begins flashing. If the watch display goes blank, yo can still proceed with this
process as long as the display has been in the state for no more than one or two days.
2F lly charge the watch battery for at least 3 ho rs, ntil the battery level indicator no longer
blinking.
3Repeat this proced re twice more.
N TE: Repeat this procedure every two months if the watch is not used or recharged regularly.

Configure your watch for First se
The first time you power on the watch, you will set up language, units, date/time, time format and
personal profile.
1Press and hold for more than 2 sec to power on the watch. The watch then begins the
first-time set p process.
1.1 If first-time set p does not begin, press to go to the main men , then select SETTINGS >
ABOUT > RESET > OK! The watch then enters factory reset process and t rn power back on
a tomatically.
2Follow the instr ctions shown in the watch’s display, sing , , and .
Configure your watch before workout
This section intends to assist you to customize your GH-207. The sequence of items is referring to
the actual watch screen except PAIR due to its importance we move it to independent session.
1. GENERAL
1.1 Lang age
1.1.1 C rrently offer English only. We will provide more lang age options for yo r choice in
near f t re.
1.2 ALARM
1.2.1 When yo set p a time and t rn alarm ON, yo will receive b zzer alerts when time is p.
Also the vibration alert if yo t rn on alarm vibration (SETTINGS > GENERAL >
IBRATION > ALARM > ON).
1.3 DATE, TIME
1.3.1 To choose 24H or 12H system.
1.3.2 Config re yo r local date and time.
1.4 SOUND
1.4.1 T rn ON in KEY, b zzer will beep when yo p sh b ttons.
1.4.2 T rn ON in WORKOUT, b zzer will beep in a niq e so nd when yo p sh to GO,
PAUSE for a r n.
1.5 VIBRATION
1.5.1 Vibration alert for ALARM, TARGET and NOTICE.
1.5.2 T rn ON for ALARM to vibrate when set p time is p.
1.5.3 T rn ON for TARGET to vibrate when yo o t of target zone that yo ’ve indicted.
1.5.4 T rn ON for NOTICE to vibrate when a notification received from yo r phone (Incoming
Calls, Message or Phone Lost).

1.6 UNITS
1.6.1 To choose English system (Inch/lb) or Metric system (cm/Kg).
1.7 DOZE MODE
1.7.1 Enable for power saving. The screen will doze whenever it stays idle (no key interr pt)
for total 5 min.
1.7.2 Screen sho ld wake p when motion detected.
2. TARGET (Target Zone)
2.1 Defa lt val e is OFF that has no target zone alert d ring yo r worko t.
2.2 There’re HR (heart rate), PACE and SPEED to be yo r training target zone.
2.3 Yo can preset each minim m and maxim m val e.
2.4 Choose one of them to be yo r target zone.
2.5 Whenever yo are over or lower than yo r config red target zone, the watch will alerts yo
by b zzer and vibrator (if yo t rn ON in SETTINGS > GENERAL > IBRATION > TARGET).
3. DISPLAY
3.1 GH-207 provides yo 3 pages and 1 mini page.
3.2 Defa lt settings:
3.2.1 Page 1: Chrono / Speed
3.2.2 Page2: Distance / Pace
3.2.3 Page3: HR / Calories
3.2.4 Mini Page: Time (Local time)
3.3 Selections: Chorno, Distance, Speed, Average Speed, Pace, Average Pace, Time, HR, Average HR,
Calories, OFF (Display empty).
3.4 Each page display allows yo to show 2 val es in yo r own preference.
3.5 For Mini page selection: Chorno, Speed, Avg speed, Pace, Avg pace, Time, HR, Avg HR, Calories,
Lap n mber, OFF.
4. A to Lap
4.1 Go SETTINGS > AUTO LAP to choose A to Lap by DISTANCE
4.1.1 Config re the distance yo want to a tomatically co nt the lap.

4.2 Go SETTING > AUTO LAP to choose A to Lap by TIME

4.2.2 Once yo r r n reach the time yo config red for a lap, the screen will display like below
for 4 seconds and go back to the page yo ’ve config red.

5.1 To set p yo r own weight, height, gender and birthday for better calc lations.
6. PAIR
6.1 If yo have and prefer to se BLE HRM chest belt, please go (Pair BLE Heart Rate Monitor
(HRM) chest belt) for paring.
6.2 For Phone paring, please go (Pair with yo r phone).

7.2 RESET
7.2.1 Allow yo to reset the watch back to factory setting.

Pair BLE Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) chest belt
N TE: if you don’t have a BLE Heart Rate Monitor, you can skip this section.
Wear the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate monitor directly on your skin, just below your
breastplate. It should be snug enough to stay in place during your run.

1Wrap the strap aro nd yo r chest, and connect the strap hook to the loop.
2Connect the heart rate monitor mod le to the strap.
3Wet the electrodes (Location A and B) on the back of the
strap to create a strong connection between yo r chest
and the transmitter.
N TE: Some heart rate monitors have a contact patch.
Wet the contact patch.
4Bring the watch in front of yo and ens re the transmission range within
(2m)
of the heart rate monitor.
TIP: If the heart rate data is erratic or does
not appear, you may have to tighten the
strap on your chest or warm up for 5 to 10 min.
N TE: Move away (20m) from other sensors while GH-207 is trying to pair
with your heart rate monitor
5After yo p t on the heart rate monitor, it is on standby and ready to send data.
6Go to yo r watch, enter SETTINGS > PAIR > HR SENSOR > ON, start
paring for 60 sec. Please follow the display instr ction.
7When yo see PARIED on screen, yo r watch now paired and
remembers this HRM belt.
Pair with your phone
1. Pair with iPhone
1.1 T rn on yo r watch.
1.2 Enter SETTINGS > PAIR >PHONE, P sh to broadcasting for
phone pairing. Yo will see WAIT! and flashing on the
screen.
1.3 T rn on Bl etooth in yo r iPhone.
1.4 Enter gR n
1.5 Tap on Import which in the top right corner in the Activities
page. gR n will search for GH-207.
1.6 When gR n see yo r GH-207, tap on GH-207 and tap OK on the top right corner.
1.7 There will be a n mber inp t dialog e pop p on iPhone screen.

1.8 Meanwhile, the watch will show yo a 4 digits n mber.

2. Pair with Android phone
2.1 T rn on yo r watch.
2.2 Enter SETTINGS > PAIR > PHONE, P sh to broadcasting for phone pairing. Yo will see
WAIT! and flashing on the screen.
2.3 T rn on Bl etooth in yo r Android phone.
2.4 Enter gR n
2.5 Tap on Import which on the top right corner of the Activities
page. gR n will search for GH-207.
2.6 When gR n see yo r GH-207, check on GH-207 and tap OK on

2.7 There will be a n mber inp t dialog e pop p on Android phone screen. Check on yo r watch
screen, a 6 digits n mber will shows. Inp t this n mber in yo r Android phone and tap on
OK.
2.8 Watch will show yo PAIRED when this process s ccess. Leave
phone pair setting on yo r watch at ON.
N TE: If you switch SETTINGS > PAIR > PH NE to FF on your
watch, you will need to Forget or Unpaired device GH-207 at your
phone > Settings > Bluetooth, and go through this pairing process
again.
Go for a Workout
1Hold to t rn on the watch.
2P sh go WORKOUT to choose either r n.
2.1 Yo r watch will first search the HRM belt that yo paired before for p to 20 sec. If yo didn’t
pair any HRM belt before or it detected it in 20sec, then initiate optical HRM to detect yo r
heart rate for p to 30 sec.
2.2 A tomatically show yo READY? If HRM belt linked.
TIP: Push to see READY? for you prepare to run, Push again to see GO! and start
chrono.

3Checking yo r c rrent worko t
3.1 The stopwatch provides three pages to display real-time worko t data. Each page incl des one
or two field and a mini page. (Config re yo r watch)

Check your Heart Rate in Time Mode
N TE: You can check your current heart rate in beats per minute (bpm) whenever you want under
time mode.
1Under Time Mode, hold for few seconds.
2Heart Rate sign start flashing on the top of screen for initiate and detecting yo r heart rate for 40
sec.
3Checking yo r heart rate ntil yo hold again for another few seconds to q it from heart
rate checking.
4When yo man ally terminate heart rate meas ring, Average heart rate wo ld show on the screen.
5P sh to see Maxim m heart rate, p sh again to see Minim m heart rate and p sh
again to go back to Time Mode.
Review your WORKO T
In the watch:
N TE: The watch can store up to 50 workout data. You can enter HIST RY page to review each
saved data.

Device Care
Cleaning the Watch
N TE:
1. Do not use a sharp object to clean the watch.
2. Avoid chemical cleaners, solvents, and insect repellents that can damage plastic components
and finishes.
3. Thoroughly rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to chlorine, salt water, sunscreen,
cosmetics, alcohol, or other harsh chemicals. Prolonged exposure to these substances can
damage the case.
1Wipe the watch sing a cloth dampened with a mild detergent sol tion.
2Wipe it dry.
Cleaning the Heart Rate Monitor
A build up of sweat and salt on the strap can decrease the ability of the heart rate monitor to
report accurate data.
Keep the transmitter strap in a cool and dry place to maximize the heart rate sensor battery
lifetime. Never put the strap in a washing machine or dryer.
1Rinse the strap after every se.
2Hand washes the strap occasionally, sing a tiny amo nt of mild detergent, s ch as dishwashing
liq id.
Troubleshooting
Replace Heart Rate Monitor Battery
N TE: If you cannot link to your paired Heart Rate Monitor Belt, maybe the battery required
replacement.

2Remove fo r screws and yo can replace the new CR2032 battery.
3Keep the battery away from children.

Reset the Watch
If yo r GH-207 stops responding, yo may need to reset it. Yo r data or settings will not erase.
1If the display st ck witho t responding, hold for 10 sec above to t rn screen off.
2If the watch doesn’t power on by 2 sec hold on and yo are s re the battery charged, hold
for 10 sec to reset and power on.
