these instructions carefully before connecting, operating or adjusting this product. Please
keep this manual for future reference.
Our series of converters, switchers, extenders, matrixes and splitters are designed to
make your A/V device use more convenient, more comfortable, more productive and
more cost-efficient.
HDMI ARC adapter enables display that supported ARC (Audio Return Channel) to be
connected with the old AV receiver that do not support ARC. It can let old AV Receiver
equipment to support ARC also. (Note:When you need to use the ARC function, please
confirm the CEC function of the Display enabled and please use the standard HDMI 1.4
cable)

Feature：
One HDMI ARC Audio signal input, One Toslink , One Coaxial, One analog L/R Audio
output
Digital Audio port (Toslink & Coaxial) can support 192Khz Sampling Rate(LPCM2.0
Audio Format)
The analog audio (L/R Channel) supports max 1V RMS analog audio output.
The device has ARC switch and indicator light to let you know if ARC is disabled or
enabled.

A：Standby and Start Button
B：Standby Status LED, when light goes bright, the device goes to Standby State
C：ARC On/Off Button
D：ARC Status LED Light, when light goes bright, ARC function on
E：ARC Signal Input Status LED, When light goes bright, the device is connected
successfully.
F：ARC Audio Format Indicator LED, When the light goes bright, The ARC input audio
format is PCM signal.

Connection and Operation:
1. To use one HDMI Cable to connect the Display (TV or Project) that supported ARC with
the HDMI output port , and the other end is connected to device ARC input port.
2. To use optical cable or coax cable to connect the Toslink output port or coax port with
the AV Receiver
3. To use the analog av cable to connect the L/R port of the device with the Active speaker.
4. Connect DC 5.5mm cable to device DC 5V input port.And connect the USB port to

Display Device USB(Type A) interface.
5. When the device in standby status, To press button “ ” at device to turn on the device,
To press again to turn off the device.
6. When the ARC function in close status, To press button “ARC”at device to turn on the
ARC function
7. When the “PCM”LED goes bright, The analog L/R output channel can be output signal.
When this LED is turn off, The analog L/R output channel will be mute, If you need to
use analog audio output, please set the audio format to PCM output for the display
device.

Notes:
Pls use the machine as the instruction listed to keep the long use lifetime of the
machine.
1. The machine should be placed at the spot far from the Damp, High-Temperature,
Dusty, Erosive, and oxidative environment.
2. All parts will be free from the strong shake, hit, fall.
3. Touching the power adaptor with the wet hands is prohibited.
4. Pls hold the power adaptor head and do not pull the power cord when cut off from
the socket.
5. Pls turn the power off when the machine is not used for long time.
6. Pls do not open the cover and do not touch the inside parts.
7. Pls use the original factory power adaptor.
Before power on, pls check the connection line carefully. And make sure that all
interfaces are normally connected. The common trouble shooting way shows below:

4. Please confirm the setting position of audio mode

is on status
7. Please confirm the HDMI cable if it is standard
