CHAPTER 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
This ch pter cont ins w rning instructions to oper te the lift properly nd prevent injury to oper tors
or objects.
This m nu l h s been written to be used by shop technici ns in ch rge of the lift (oper tor) nd
routine m inten nce technici n (m inten nce oper tor).
The oper ting instructions re considered to be n integr l p rt of the m chine nd must rem in with it
for its whole useful life.
Re d every section of this m nu l c refully before oper ting the lift nd unp cking it since it gives
helpful inform tion bout:
- SAFETY OF PEOPLE
- SAFETY OF THE LIFT
- SAFETY OF LIFTED VEHICLES

follow the instructions cont ined in this m nu l.
Only skilled technici ns of AUTHORISED DEALERS or SERVICE CENTRES AUTHORISED by
the m nuf cturer sh ll be llowed to c rry out lifting, tr nsport, ssembling, inst ll tion, djustment,
c libr tion, settings, extr ordin ry m inten nce, rep irs, overh uling nd dism ntling of the lift.

1.1 MANUAL KEEPING
For proper use of this m nu l, the following is recommended:
• keep the m nu l ne r the lift, in n e sily ccessible pl ce.
• keep the m nu l in n re protected from the d mp.
• use this m nu l properly without d m ging it.
• Any use of the m chine m de by oper tors who re not f mili r with the instructions nd
procedures cont ined herein sh ll be forbidden.
This m nu l is n integr l p rt of the lift: it sh ll be given to the new owner if nd when the lift is
resold.
1.2 OBLIGATION IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION
In case o machine mal unction, ollow the instructions contained in the ollowing
chapters .
1.3 CAUTIONS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE OPERATOR
Oper tors must not be under the influence of sed tives, drugs or lcohol when oper ting the
m chine.

Be ore operating the li t, operators must be amiliar with the position and unction
o all controls, as well as with the machine eatures shown in the chapter
“Operation and use”
1.4 WARNINGS
Unauthorized changes and/or modi ications to the machine relieve the
manu acturer o any liability or possible damages to objects or people. Do not
remove or make inoperative the sa ety devices, this would cause a violation o
sa ety at work laws and regulations.
Any other use which di ers rom that provided or by the manu acturer o the
machine is strictly orbidden.
The use o non genuine parts may cause damage to people or objects
1.5 SCRAPPING
When your m chine’s working life is over nd it c n no longer be used, it must be m de inoper tive
by removing ny connection to power sources.
These units re considered s speci l w ste m teri l, nd should be broken down into uniform p rts
nd disposed of in compli nce with current l ws nd regul tions.
If the p cking re not polluting or non-biodegr d ble, deliver them to ppropri te h ndling st tion.
DECLARATION OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The m nuf cturer h s p id proper ttention to the prep r tion of this m nu l. However, nothing
cont ined herein modifies or lters, in ny w y, the terms nd conditions of m nuf cturer greement

CHAPTER 2 – PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
The identific tion d t of the m chine re shown in the l bel pl ced on the control unit.
Use the above data both to order spare parts and when getting in touch with the
manu acturer (inquiry). The removal o this label is strictly orbidden.
M chines m y be upd ted or slightly modified from n esthetic point of view nd, s consequence,
they m y present different fe tures from these shown, this without prejudicing wh t h s been described
herein.
2.1 WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
The w rr nty is v lid for period of 12 months st rting from the d te of the purch se invoice.
The w rr nty will come immedi tely to n end when un uthorized modific tions to the m chine or
p rts of it re c rried out.
The presence of defects in workm nship must be verified by the M nuf cturer’s personnel in ch rge.

CHAPTER 3 - PACKING, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Only skilled personnel who re f mili r with the lift nd this m nu l sh ll be llowed to c rry out
p cking, lifting, h ndling, tr nsport nd unp cking oper tions.
3.1 PACKING
The p cking of the lift is delivered in following components:
•
N. 2 b se units p cked in steel fr me, wr pped up in non-scr tch w terproof m teri l nd
se led with 2 str ps
• N. 1 power unit p cked in plywood box
• N. 4 drive-on r mps wr pped up in non-scr tch w terproof m teri l, including N. 4 rubber
p ds, N. 4 hydr ulic hoses nd N. 8 nchor bolts.
(If requested, option l ccessories re v il ble to s tisfy e ch customer’s requirements).
The ver ge of the p ck ge is 830 kg.
3.2 LIFTING AND HANDLING
When lo ding/unlo ding or tr nsporting the equipment to the site, be sure to use suit ble lo ding (e.g.
cr nes, trucks) nd hoisting me ns. Be sure lso to hoist nd tr nsport the components securely so th t
they c nnot drop, t king into consider tion the p ck ge’s size, weight nd centre of gr vity nd it’s
fr gile p rts.
Hoist and handle only one package at a time
3.3 STORAGE AND STACKING OF PACKAGES
P ck ges must be stored in covered pl ce, out of direct sunlight n
d in low humidity, t
temper ture between -10°C nd +40°C.
St cking is not recommended: the p ck ge’s n rrow b se, s well s its consider ble weight nd size
m ke it difficult nd h z rdous.
3.4 DELIVERY AND CHECK OF PACKAGES
When the lift is del
ivered, check for possible d m ges due to tr nsport nd stor ge; verify th t wh t
is specified in the m nuf cturer’s confirm tion of order is included. In c se of d m ge in tr nsit, the
customer must immedi tely inform the c rrier of the problem.

must be opened p ying ttention not to c use d m ge to people (keep s fe dist nce when
opening str ps) nd p rts of the lift (be c reful the objects do not drop from the p ck ge when
opening).

CHAPTER 4 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
4.1
LIFT
(ref. Figure 1)
The lift h s been designed for the lifting of motor-vehicles nd for m king them st nd t ny level
between the minimum nd m ximum height.
The m ximum lifting weight, including ny ddition l lo d on the vehicle, is s specified on the
seri l pl te.
All mech nic l fr mes, such s pl tforms, extensions, b se fr mes nd rms h ve been built in steel
pl te to m ke the fr me stiff nd strong while keeping low weight
The electro hydr ulic oper tion is described in det il in ch pter 8.
This ch pter describes the lift’s princip l elements, llowing the user to be f mili r with the m chine.
As shown in figure 2, the lift is composed of two pl tforms: P1 (1) nd P2 (2) e ch equipped with the
drive-on/off r mps (3) which c n be locked to the pl tforms s extensions, nchored to the ground by
me ns of b ses (4).
Pl tforms re linked to the b se by me ns of scissors lifting system.
The lifting system of e ch pl tform is composed of N.4 rms: two inferior (5) nd two superior (6),
nd couple of cylinders: m ster (7) nd sl ve (8).
Motion is tr nsmitted by lever system, from the cylinders to the lever on e ch scissor system.
Lowering nd lifting re c rried out by me ns of control unit (9), pl ced next to the lift.
Two sensors (10) re inst lled on the P2 scissors for the top position limit nd the s fety height limit.
The photocells (11) re loc ted in the scissor rm to check the synchroniz tion of the pl tforms.

4.2 OPERATION
Pl tform lifting is c rried out by the hydr ulic unit which cts upon the cylinders.
The pl tforms re r ised simult neously owing cross feeding of the hydr ulic cylinders.
Lowering, even though electric lly controlled, is c rried out by the weight of both the pl tforms nd
the lo d lifted.
The hydr ulic system is protected by m x pressure v lve thus preventing pressure from exceeding
the m ximum fixed s fety limit.
The synchroniz tion of the pl tforms is c rried out by the double m ster/sl ve circuit nd protected by
photocells thus preventing the pl tforms out of synchroniz tion. .
Whenever the lift h s to be lowered to the ground nd the lowering button is pressed, the lift will stop
t bout 400 mm from the ground.
In this w y, the oper tor must verify th t neither persons nor objects re within the s fety re
If so, the fin l lowering button c n be pressed nd the lift be lowered. A beep sound is he rd during
the l st tr vel.

Motor connection must be c rried out referring to the tt ched wiring di gr ms (figure 5).
The motor direction of rot tion is shown in the l bel pl ced on the motor.
Before use of the lift, m ke sure to check if the motor specific tion shown in the n mepl te of the
motor conforms to the loc l electric supply.
If there is over 10% fluctu tion on the electric l power supply，it is suggested to use the volt ge
st bilizer to protect the electric l components nd system from overlo ding.
