Care and Maintenance
Batter Care
• The de ice is powered by a rechargeable battery. When the power is weak, please charge the battery. To
extend battery life, use battery power before recharging.
• Unplug the charger from the electrical outlet and the de ice when not in use. Do not lea e the battery
connected to a charger longer than a week. O erloading may shorten its ser ice life.
• Extreme temperatures can affect the battery's carrying capacity. Battery needs adjusting temperature. If the
temperature is abo e 40 ° C, the battery can not be charged.
• Use the battery only for its purpose. Ne er use any charger or battery that is damaged.
Do not short - circuit the battery. Accidental short circuit can occur when a metallic object such as a coin, clip
or pen causes direct connection of the positi e (+) and negati e (-) terminals of the battery. (These look like
metal strips on the battery). The short circuit may damage the battery or the object that causes it.
• Lea ing the battery in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in summer or in a freezer in the winter, will
reduce the capacity and battery life. Always try to keep the battery between 59 ° F and 77 ° F (15 ° C and 25 °
C). A cold or hot battery may not work temporarily, e en when the battery is fully charged.
• Battery performance is particularly limited with sub-zero temperatures.
• Do not dispose of batteries in a fire! Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Please recycle
whene er possible. Mobile phones are not considered household waste.
Mobile phone maintenance
• Keep the de ice dry. Precipitation, moisture and all types of liquids or moisture contain minerals that
corrode electronic circuits. If your de ice gets wet, remo e the battery and wait for the de ice to dry
completely before replacing it.
• Do not use or store the de ice in dusty, dirty areas. Mo able parts and electronic components can be
damaged.
• Do not store the de ice in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic de ices, damage
batteries, and deform or melt certain plastics.
• Do not store the de ice in cold areas. When the de ice returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form
inside the apparatus and damage the electronic circuit boards.
• Do not attempt to open the different de ice according to the instructions in this guide.
• Do not drop, knock or shake the appliance. Rough handling can damage internal circuit boards and fine
mechanics.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning sol ents or strong detergents to clean the de ice.
• Do not paint the paint de ice can clog mo ing parts and pre ent proper operation.
