Get to know your
GO Internet Modem
Installing your GO Internet Modem
is so easy!
Wireless Setup
The ports on the back of your modem Step 1: Connect the supplied power adapter to the power port & connect the
adapter to a power socket
Step 2: For a wired connection, connect the supplied DSL cable [grey cable] to the
DSL port on your modem & to your telephone socket
If your services are installed on a FIBRE connection, do not use the DSL
cable. Instead, use the supplied network cable [yellow cable] & connect
one end to the WAN port on the modem & the other end to the small fibre
modem, also supplied by GO, called ONT.
Step 3: Connect any Internet devices such as the GO Interactive TV box, GO Android
TV box, laptops, PCs etc. to LAN ports 1 - 4
Well done! You’re now connected to your GO Internet Modem
Open your web browser & verify that your connection is working.
You can also set up the wireless connection by entering the Network Name & Wireless
Key manually. Open the wireless network list on your device & from the list select
the Network Name that is printed on your modem’s label. Click on Connect & enter
the Wireless Key, found on the same label. Click on OK/Next.
To connect automatically to your GO Internet modem, scan the QR code printed on the
label which is attached to the bottom of the modem. You can scan the QR code using the
camera on your smartphone or by installing a free QR code reader on your phone.
