TheSELLERwarrantsthePRO-3GSDI4P 1x4 3G/HD/SD-SDI Distribution Amplier
with Reclocking tobefreefromdefectsinthematerialandworkmanshipfor1year
fromthedateofpurchasefromtheSELLERoranauthorizeddealer.Shouldthis
productfailtobeingoodworkingorderwithin1yearwarrantyperiod,TheSELLER,
atitsoption,repairorreplacetheunit,providedthattheunithasnotbeensubjec-
tedtoaccident,disaster,abuseoranyunauthorizedmodicationsincludingstatic
dischargeandpowersurge.ThiswarrantyisoeredbytheSELLERforitsBUYER
withdirecttransactiononly.Thiswarrantyisvoidifthewarrantysealonthemetal
housingisbroken.
Unitthatfailsunderconditionsotherthanthosecoveredwillberepairedatthe
currentpriceofpartsandlaborineectatthetimeofrepair.Suchrepairsarewar-
rantedfor90daysfromthedayofreshipmenttotheBUYER.Iftheunitisdelivered
bymail,customersagreetoinsuretheunitorassumetheriskoflossordamagein
transit.Undernocircumstanceswillaunitbeacceptedwithoutareturnauthorizati-
onnumber.
