Troubleshooting
• If the cursor sometimes floats (or drags), hold the” ESC” and “F12” at the same time for 3
seconds to re-sync the controller. The indicator will begin blinking quickly. Set the remote down
and keep the remote control absolutely still while the remote syncs to the USB receiver. When
the indicator flashes green rapidly, the remote has been re-synced.
• If the remote controller does not work and the green indicator begins blinking when the USB
receiver is correctly plugged in you can solve this problem by re-pairing the device. Keep the
distance between the remote control and the pc within 1m. Press the “ECS” and “Enter” keys for
2 seconds, then the red indicator stops blinking and the green indicator starts blinking quickly
and then set the remote on a flat surface. When the green indicator stops blinking and turns on
the pairing is complete.
Notes
1. Battery: If the remote seems sluggish, the batteries may not have enough power and will need to
be changed.
2. Working Distance: The controllers range will be effected by the environment around. For
maximum range, make sure that the remote is not blocked by metal items.
3. Pairing: The device has been paired to the USB peripheral at the factory.
4. Indicator: There is a multicolored LED at the top of the remote.
Green Indicator: When the green LED is lit, the remote is in mouse mode and can be controlled by
waving the remote around.
Red Indicator: When the indicator blinks, it means that the remote controller is not connected to the
USB dongle. Please check whether the receiver is correctly connected to the pc and whether the
receiver is blocked by interference.
