Safety Warnings
• Read all the instructions carefully before using the unit
and keep them for future reference.
• Retain the manual. If you pass the unit onto a third party
make sure to include this manual.
• Check that the voltage marked on the rating label
matches your mains voltage.
Damage
• Please inspect the unit for damage after unpacking.
• Do not continue to operate the unit if you are in any
doubt about it working normally, or if it is damaged in
any way - switch o, unplug from the mains socket and
consult your dealer.
Location of Unit
• The unit must be placed on a at stable surface and not
subjected to vibrations.
• Do not place the unit on sloped or unstable surfaces as
the unit may fall o or tip over.
• The mains socket must be located near the unit and
should be easily accessible.
Temperature
• Avoid extreme degrees of temperature, either hot or
cold. Place the unit well away from heat sources such as
radiators or gas / electric res.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and other sources of
heat.

Naked Flames
• Never place any type of candle or naked ame on the top
of or near the unit.
Moisture
• To reduce the risk of re, electric shock or product
damage, do not expose this unit to rain, moisture,
dripping or splashing. No objects lled with liquids, such
as vases, should be placed on the unit.
• If you spill any liquid into the unit, it can cause serious
damage. Switch it o at the mains immediately. Withdraw
the mains plug and consult your dealer.
Ventilation
• To prevent the risk of electric shock or re hazard due to
overheating, ensure that curtains and other materials do
not obstruct the ventilation vents.
• A minimum distance of 5cm around the unit should be
maintained to allow for sucient ventilation.
• Do not install or place this unit in a bookcase, built-in
cabinet or in another conned space. Ensure the unit is
well ventilated.

Safety
• Always disconnect the unit from the mains supply before
connecting / disconnecting other devices or moving the
unit.
• Unplug the unit from the mains socket during a lightning
storm.
• In the interests of safety and to avoid unnecessary energy
consumption, never leave the unit switched on while
unattended for long periods of time, e.g. overnight, while
on holiday or while out of the house. Switch it o and
disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket.
Mains Adapter Cable
• Make sure the unit or unit stand is not resting on top of
the mains adapter cable, as the weight of the unit may
damage the cable and create a safety hazard.
Mains Adapter
• The mains adapter will continue to draw electricity from
the mains supply when plugged in the mains socket. In
the interests of safety and to avoid unnecessary energy
consumption, never leave the adapter plugged in the
mains socket while unattended for long periods of time.
Disconnect the adapter from the power supply.

Interference
• Do not place the unit on or near appliances which may
cause electromagnetic interference. If you do, it may
adversely aect the working performance of the unit, and
cause a distorted sound.
Earphones
• Listening to loud sounds for prolonged periods
of time may permanently damage your hearing.
• Before putting on earphones, turn the volume
down then put the earphones on and slowly increase the
volume until you reach a comfortable listening level.
Batteries
• Batteries used in the unit are easily swallowed by young
children and this is dangerous.
• Keep loose batteries away from young children and make
sure that the battery holder tray is secure in the unit. Seek
medical advice if you believe
a cell has been swallowed.
• Please dispose of batteries correctly by following the
guidance in this manual.
• Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight or sources of
excessive heat.

Supervision
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the unit.
• Never let anyone especially children push anything into
the holes, slots or any other openings in the case - this
could result in a fatal electric shock.
CAUTION

The lightning ash with arrowhead symbol, within an
equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to
the presence of uninsulated“dangerous voltage”
within the unit’s enclosure that may be of sucient
magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle
is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing)
instructions in the manual accompanying the unit.
Service
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove screws.
The unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts.
Please leave all maintenance work to qualied personnel.
• Do not open any xed covers as this may expose
dangerous voltages.

Maintenance
• Ensure to unplug the unit from the power supply before
cleaning.
• Do not use any type of abrasive pad or abrasive cleaning
solutions as these may damage the unit’s surface.
• Do not use liquids to clean the unit.

Remove all packaging from the unit. Retain the packaging. If

Top View
1. POWER/FUNC Button
Press to turn alarm clock radio on, and press to change
from iPod/iPhone mode to FM mode, hold the button
to turn to standby mode.
2. Button
Press to play and pause the music track in iPod/iPhone
mode.
3. MEM+ Button
Press to recall the preset memory from 1-20 in radio
mode.
4. SNOOZE/SLEEP/LIGHT Button
SNOOZE: Press to activate snooze function when the
alarm is sounding.
SLEEP: Press to active sleep function when listening
iPod/iPhone or Radio.
LIGHT: Press to control the brightness of the display.

5. MEM/SET Button
Press to store the FM station in the preset memory, In
power o mode hold the button to be able to change
the time.
6. iPod/iPhone Dock
7. Button
Press to play the next track or hold to fast forward
through the current track in iPod/iPhone mode. Press
to tune the frequency up in radio mode.
8. VOL+/ AL1 Button
Press to increase the volume, and hold the button to
set Alarm1 in standby mode.
9. VOL-/ AL2 Button
Press to decrease the volume, and hold the button to
set Alarm2 in standby mode.
10. Button
Press to play the previous track or hold to fast rewind
through the current track in iPod/iPhone mode. Press
to tune the frequency down in radio mode.

Power Source
Mains Power
• This unit is designed to operate with the provided mains
adapter.
• Connecting the unit to any other power may damage
the unit. Unwind the mains adapter cable to its full
length. Connect the end of the cable to DC-5V-IN
socket at the rear of the unit and then connect the mains
adapter to the mains socket. Make sure the mains adapter
is rmly inserted into the mains socket. The unit is now
connected and ready to use.

Basic Operation
Powering ON/OFF
• Press and hold the POWER/FUNC button to switch the
unit on.
• Press POWER/FUNC button again to switch the unit o.
• To switch the unit o completely, unplug the mains
adapter from the main socket.
Adjusting the Volume
• Press VOL+/ AL1 or VOL-/AL2 Button to increase or
decrease the volume.
Setting the Time
• When your iPod/iPhone is docked in the alarm clock
radio, the Clock will automatically synchronise the time
with your iPod/iPhone.
• For Manual Setting of the Clock,
1. In standby mode, press and hold MEM/SET button on
the top of the unit, the hour digits will begin to ash
2. Press or button to adjust the hour, and press
MEM/SET button to conrm.
3. Press or button to adjust the minutes, and press
MEM/SET button to conrm.
The clock is in 24 hour format.

Setting the Alarm
• The Unit provide two alarm setting that work
independently from each other thus allowing you to
customize each one to your preference , you can set the
alarm and the source of alarm
• For setting the Alarm time of the clock,
1. In standby mode, press and hold VOL+/AL1 button on
the top of the unit, the alarm 1 displayed on the left of
the screen will have a red LED light next to the AL1.
The hour digits will star to ash
2. Press or button to adjust the desired hour. and
press VOL+/AL1 button to conrm.
3. Press or button to adjust the desired minutes.
4. Press VOL+/AL1 button once, you will see the“Buz”
come on the LED screen, press or button , you
will scroll through the 3 options available .”Buz” is for
Buzzer, “FM” is for FM radio, and “iPod” for the iPod/
iPhone.
5. Press VOL+/AL1 button once, you will now see
number, press or button to adjust the alarm
volume between 10-32. 10 is the lowest the alarm
volume will go, and 32 is the highest, alarm volume
automatically starts at 15.
Repeat the same Operation to set Alarm 1 as above,
to Alarm 2 using the VOL-/AL2 button.

Sleep Function
This function allows you to programme the unit to switch o
by itself after a set sleep time.
Make sure the iPod/iPhone or radio is switched on before
setting the sleep time.
1. To activate the sleep function, press the SNOOZE/
SLEEP/LIGHT button on the top of the unit, to set the
play time between 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and
90 minutes.
2. To cancel the timer, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP/LIGHT
button on the top of the unit repeatedly until you see
00 is display on the screen.

FM Operation
Extend the FM wire antenna fully to gain the FM reception.
Do not strip or alter or attach to any other antenna.
1. Press and hold POWER/FUNC button to switch the
unit on.
2. Press POWER/FUNC button repeatedly to select the
mode to play the radio.
3. Press or button to select the desired FM radio
station. Press and hold or button to start auto
scanning. It will stop at the next available station.
4. Press VOL+/AL1 or VOL-/AL2 button to increase or
decrease the volume.
Set Preset Station
The unit allows you to preset up to 20 stations
1. Press and hold POWER/FUNC button to switch the
unit on.
2. Press POWER/FUNC button repeatedly to select the
mode to play the radio.
3. Press or button to select the desired FM radio
station.
4. Press MEM/SET button, and the display will show P01.
Press or button to select the desired FM radio
station. Press MEM/SET button to save the desired FM
radio station.
Recall Preset Station
Press MEM+ button repeatedly to recall the preset FM radio
station.

iPod/iPhone Operation
This unit can support the following iPhone/iPod models.

1. Insert the iPhone/iPod into the iPhone/iPod dock.
2. Press and hold POWER/FUNC button to switch the
unit on.
3. Press POWER/FUNC button repeatedly to select the
mode to play the iPhone/iPad.
4. Button
Press to play and pause the music track.
5. Press VOL+/AL1 or VOL-/AL2 button to increase or
decrease the volume.
6. Press Button to play the previous track or hold to
fast rewind through the current track. Press Button
to play the next track or hold to fast forward through
the current track.
When the iPod/iPhone is docked in standby mode, it
will automatically begin charging if needed.

Hints and Tips
If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something
very minor. The following table contains various tips.
Problem Solution
No Power • Make sure that the main adapter
is connected securely
• Make sure that the unit is
switched on.
No Sound Adjust the volume.
Static Sound Signal reception is too low. Adjust
the aerial or move the unit to a
stronger signal location.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Unit
• To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist,
lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any cleaning uids containing alcohol,
ammonia or abrasives.
• Do not spray an aerosol at or near the unit.
